Pop (4/5): A very mixed stay experience. Some awful, some average, some above average. - No breakfast was offered or provided. Heating the lodge was adequate. Facilities provided were above average. 1. Directions provided were terrible. I got lost and stranded twice. I could not get help when I called the booking.com number provided. I had to rely on a several local people to find my way. Several of the street signs did not exist and were missing for several years according to the postman! I finally found out Google maps provided the best directions. 2. Of the many features in the lodge, No Directions or Instructions were provided. Some were never figured out. 3. The water filter in the drip coffee maker had obviously not been replaced for a very long time and was encrusted with old coffee grinds. No replacement filters could be found anywhere. IT WAS GROSS experience!!! 4. No instructions were provided on what to do before checkout. 5. The steep driveway was not used due to heavy snowfall and the close proximity between a block wall and a large concrete Well Cap.
