Le doghe del letto di una delle stanze erano staccate e i televisori non funzionavano. Il boiler delle acqua calda non ha una capacità importante, per cui essendo un gruppo qualcuno finiva per fare la doccia fredda

• Maria Larisa (9/5): Sejurul a fost foarte plăcut per total. - Spațiul este foarte mare, noi am fost un grup de 8 persoane și a fost suficient de mare pentru toți, cele 3 băi ne-au ajutat să ne pregătim la timp pentru activitățile zilei și sa nu așteptăm unii dupa alții. Este aproape de gura de metrou, la 4 stații distanta de gara Termini. Zona nu e super aglomerata, dimineața se aud claxoane si sirene de la ambulanță dar nu e deranjant. Curățenia ar putea fi îmbunătățită, in special in ceea ce privește lenjeria de pat. Plapuma era destul de murdara si, in loc de o față de plapuma, era învelită intre doua cearșafuri, ceea ce nu este tocmai igienic. Este aparat de cafea, dar nu și pastile; poate pentru prima dimineață ar fi ok sa fie câteva pastile de cafea.

• Donát (4/5): A big disappointment, with outdated photos. - Overall, the accommodation was a disappointment. The photos are very outdated, and the place is in a worn-down condition, but the location and the size of the accommodation were adequate. The walls and doors are very dirty, and there is mold on the bathroom walls. There aren’t 8 proper chairs as shown in the pictures. The duvets are not in covers but placed between two sheets, so it’s visible how dirty they are. There was only one trash bag and one dishwasher tablet provided; we only had breakfast and coffee at the accommodation, but even for that, one per day would have been necessary. If the boiler and the dishwasher run at the same time, it trips the fuse. Two of the beds were also broken. The room furnishings were different from what was shown in the pictures. The area is very noisy, as the accommodation is located next to a tram line.
• Benjamin (5/5): Not good value for money … but has great potential. - We stayed in this apartment as a family 6 adults + 3 kids. The large surface area is very convenient as well as the 4 separate large bedrooms despite the fact that 1 bedroom is equipped with a low-quality mattress (convertible sofa) and some furniture like a working desk is missing (while the space would allow for it). 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms are also convenient for big families. The overall cleanliness is OK-ish (bed sheets and towels are ok) but you should not look at the details (the ground is a bit sticky, curtains and blankets are dirty…).The neighbourhood is very pleasant, reachable within a short 15min-walk from Piazza del Popolo. The view over gardens is nice, but the street could be a bit noisy sometimes at night as the rooms face the street side. This apartment could be a 10/10 if better maintained and equipped, however there are critical points which really lowered our rating in regards to the amount paid. The kitchen is in bad condition, so don’t expect to spend time cooking here. Most of the pans and pots are in a terribly used condition and half of them is not even suitable for induction-heating !! Cutlery is barely provided for 6 people and lots of useful tools are missing. The bread-toaster requires continuous pressing to heat up and should be replaced. The coffee machine and boiler are dirty and spoilt with hard water residues. You cant use them at the same time as there is only 1 power socket (no powerstrip) … but the worst thing is the electrical installation which does not seem to be compliant with current standards !! We had 5 times a power cut when preparing dinner : you can only use 1 induction-heating area at a time without the hood without microwave and without the oven. How convenient that is when preparing dinner for 9 people … During the last evening, some of us did not have hot water in the shower anymore. We thought the tank was empty … but even in the morning after, at 7am on the day of departure, the water could not be colder !! Looks like again circuit breakers are faulty. This is unacceptable. We did not inform the host at it was late in the evening and nothing could really be solved on spot: some repair works is needed. Regarding the host, she was not always very reactive on whatsapp prior the arrival. However she provided all details upfront and it was easy to get the keys upon arrival. There was no dish towel and soap in the kitchen, but she asked sb to provide during the first day. Nevertheless we would have expected a bit more guidance and tips regarding transportation from the airport. While we learned that you can get 12€ return tickets with buses or 55€ flat taxi fare, she only offered to provide her « special partnership » requiring us to pay 200€ (2 cars) 1-way to pick us from the airport. To summarize, for almost 600€/night paid cash, you could expect a better service, better maintenance and better equipment from that place.

• Fabio (5/5): Delusione iniziale. Comunque il gestore ha tentato di recuperare i disservizi ma non si fa trovare una struttura con dif - Localizzazione Aver trovato carenze varie inattese che sono state segnalate al gestore e sistemate, in parte, in due giorni.
• Laura (8/5): - Le camere sono tante e molto spaziose. Ogni camera ha un buon letto e un divano e in più un televisore e la tapparella elettrica. Il riscaldamento era regolabile. C'è inoltre l'ascensore. La zona è buona e abbiamo trovato un paio di posticini dove fare colazione fuori. Non ho nulla di essenziale da segnalare. Forse potrebbe essere carino trovare le cialde della macchinetta del caffè oppure una bottiglia d'acqua. Però davvero un buon alloggio in relazione alla spesa e a cose si cerca. Non sembra collegato in modo facilissimo ad alcune zone della città anche se con un po' di impegno si arriva un po' dappertutto.

• Zenon (3/5): Nie polecam tego obiektu. - Lokalizacja była dobra Pobyt oceniamy negatywnie. Brak kontaktu z właścicielem był dla nas stresujący. Opłatę za pobyt wnieśliśmy przez link wysłany przez właściciela, trzeba dodać przed kamienicą w dniu przyjazdu. Brak możliwości skorzystania ze zmywarki (odpływ ze zlewu i zmywarki niedrożny). Klimatyzacja i telewizory nie działały. W ubikacji kapała woda ze spłuczki na podłogę. Brak informacji o zasadach pobytu w mieszkaniu ( lokatorzy zwrócili nam uwagę, że cisza nocna w budynku obowiązuje od 21:00 do 8:00 ) o czym nie wiedzieliśmy. Podłoga wyłożona kafelkami, a krzesła miały metalowe nogi bez podkładek ( lokator skarżył się na przesuwanie mebli) ale jak usiąść do stołu bez przesunięcia krzesła??? Wymagana była kaucja w wysokości 200 euro, które nam właścicielka nie zwróciła i nie poinformowała o powodzie nie zatrzymania pieniędzy. Kaucję zwrócił booking po zgłoszeniu reklamacji.
• Wolf (5/5): Es passte und der Kontakt war sehr freundlich. - Die Lage war gut. Alles konnte man zu Fuß erreichen. Es war leider nicht sauber. Die Geräte und die Einrichtung waren teilweise defekt. Die Stühle in der Küche bildeten eine Gefahr. Fernsehen gab es nur in Landessprache italienisch.

• Ildikó (8/5): Vároközponthoz közeli 4 szobás szálláshely, nagyobb baráti társaságnak tökéletes ár-érték aránnyal. - Ár-érték arányban nagyon jó, kicsit kintebb a központtól, de még gyalogosan is elérhető minden nevezetesség. 10 perc séta után már Róma központjában vagyunk és onnan végig sétálható az egész város. Buszmegálló a ház előtt, ha mégsem gyalogosan közlekednénk. A szomszéd az első éjszaka papírt dobott be, hogy ne hangoskodjunk, pedig nem is voltunk hangosak, csak 11-en voltunk a 12 fős apartmanban és készülődés után el is mentünk és szinte egyáltalán nem tartózkodzunk ott, csak aludni jártunk vissza. Melegvíz egyik este kifogyott, mire mindenki lezuhanyozott volna. Csak lepedő volt a takaró, hiába volt paplan, nem volt mibe belehúzni. Szerencsére jó időt fogtunk ki, pár nappal korábban fáztunk volna lepedővel takarózni.

• Daniele (8/5): Appartamento in posizione strategica - Appartamento molto grande con camere da letto veramente spaziose. Tutte le camere da letto godono di vista esterna e molto luminose. Ottima posizione a 10 minuti a piedi da piazza del popolo da dove iniziare a visitare tutta Roma. Nelle vicinanze anche linea metro. Vicinissimo anche al Bioparco
• MeltCagRob (5/5): Schade um die schöne Wohnung - Kommunikation im Vorfeld und während des Aufenthalts mit der Vermieterin war gut und hilfreich. Die Dame war auch nett und der Check-in und Check-out waren problemlos. Lage ist gut - 10 Min zu Fuss zum Piazza di Popolo Busstation vor der Tür Appartement ist groß - 4 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten und Schlafsofas, 3 WCs und Badezimmer Zimmer haben elektrische Rollos - hilft auch gegen den Straßenlärm nachts ein wenig kleiner Aufzug vorhanden Leider ist die Ausstattung des Appartements teils stark beschädigt, defekt oder sehr schmutzig. Es ist vieles kaputt (Bett, Kästen, Vorhangstangen, Badezimmermöbel und Sanitäranlagen), Bettdecken und Polster teils sehr alte und schmutzige große braune Flecken - man konnte sich dadurch leider nicht wohlfühlen! Die Klimaanlage haben wir nicht genutzt - es tropfte aber schmutziges Wasser daraus Parken ist an öffentlichen Straßen möglich (Wochenende gratis- sonst 8€ pro Tag) - ACHTUNG : bei unseren beiden Autos wurden die Fensterscheiben eingeschlagen und einige Sachen daraus gestohlen ua Zulassungschein (das liegt natürlich nicht in der Hand der Vermieterin - wir hatten Pech). Als wir Anzeige bei der Polizei erstattet haben, meinten die Beamten, dass solche Situationen leider oft vorkommen :-(( Ein älterer Bewohner des Hauses (Privatwohnung) hat sich bei uns beschwert, dass wir den ganzen Tag Lärm machen - das war witzig, weil wir jeden Tag 12 Stunden unterwegs waren und am Abend nur noch geduscht und geschlafen haben. Interessanterweise war aber über uns in der Wohnung an 2 Tagen Lärm durch "etwas Sägen und Verschieben". Wir haben uns diesbezgl nicht beschwert, da wir fast nur unterwegs waren Wäre es sauber gewesen und nicht so viel kaputt, hätte das Appartement einen schönen Flair mit guter Lage !
• Filip (6/5): Barely enough to rest after the day, very unpleasant to travel from/to. - It is a well-equipped apartment with all the necessary appliances. A park called Villa Borghese is nearby, and it is a great place for walking/running - one of the few quiet and nice places in this car-centric city. There was dust and filth everywhere - on furniture and also on the floor. Two out of three beds were broken and did not provide sufficient comfort. Basically, all the furniture is old and worn out, and the pictures do not reflect the current state. Parking around the area is terrible and impossible to find, even if you are willing to pay and not looking only for free places. I naively thought we could just book accommodation out of the city centre and take public transport to the city centre, but Rome's public transport is a complete joke, and every connection is guaranteed to be late or not come at all, so keep that in mind if you want to go downtown. Also, walking anywhere from the apartment is very unpleasant because the city is crowded with cars that constantly honk and ignore traffic lights.

• Mirjana (10/5): - Apartman je ustaroj zgradi blizu centra.Vlasnica je prijatna i kulturna. Apartman je star kao i zgrada i namestaj u njemu.nama je bio polomljen krevet i mi smo odmah prijavili ali ona nije nista preduzela po pitanju toga .Jedino je rekla pa to je sigurno pre vas neko polomio.Ispod nas je ziveo stariji bracni par koji je non stop dolazio da preti da deca ne trce stanom.(pritom sva deca su uzrast preko 7god i nisu nista posebnp radila) da ne vucemo namestaj po stanu(tj. Stolice su bile plasticne sa metalnim koje su škripale svakim slanjanjem jer su takve)Na kraj vrh svega je jedno jutro ostavio papir sa velikim natpisom nee pomerajte namestaj)Onda sam nasla punoo takvij papira u stanu i videla da nije problem u nama nego i njima.).Pritom mi smo svi izlazili u 8h ujutru vracali se u 21h a vec u 23h spavanje.Tako da sami procenite njihov nivo strpljenja.I sta god raditei Ne radite očekujte ovakvo ponašanje.

• Bonaccorsi (4/5): - Non so se previsto, ma come accoglienza almeno una bottiglia di acqua si poteva fare trovare. Box doccia rotto, rubinetto bidet rotto, televisioni non funzionanti, anta armadio rotta, zineffa rotta. Parlato con l'host il quale ha risposto che non era a conoscenza delle defezioni dell'appartamento (come se non avesse controllato nulla prima di fare il nuovo check-in). Mandato l'operaio il giorno dopo che ha potuto sistemare solo anta armadio e zineffa. Delle mancate riparazioni non ci è stata comunicata nessuna ragione a giustificazione. Sinceramente la casa ha grandi potenzialità, anche perchè in una zona di Roma molto ben servita e in un bel palazzo antico, ma la nostra esperienza non può sicuramente considerarsi positiva.

We really liked this property, it was very good as we were 3 families traveling together and each one had their own separate room. The sofa camas werent very comfortable. The TV cable service was only connected the first room, all the other rooms didnt get this service.

• Julie (7/5): Our one night stay at Borghese Green was good. The apartment was clean and spacious. - The location was ideal for walking to several historic locations, piazzas and shops. It is a quiet area with a park facing the building and a tram stop a short walk from the building entrance. The lift is very small. The electronic payment app did not appear to be compatible with U.S. credit cards and had to pay cash.

El precio es caro por el estado de baños y habitaciones.Había moho en los baños, hacía frío en la casa, polvo por todas las superficies, faltaban lamas en los somieres de las cama y un vecino nos dejó una nota a través de la puerta con la ley para que no hicieramos ruido.
• Esther (5/5): Buena ubicación, buen apto, pero sin el mantenimiento necesario - La ubicación muy buena y el apartamento es perfecto para un grupo grande como el nuestro. Es una pena la falta de mantenimiento y limpieza. Una de las camas rotas, una televisión y un aire acondicionado sin funcionar y goteras y humedades importantes del piso de arriba. Aunque parecía limpio había mucho polvo y pelusas en el suelo, algo a tener en cuenta si hay alérgicos, como en nuestro caso

• Irene (5/5): Grande potenziale - La casa ha una posizione ottima, ben collegata tramite tram e bus a tutti i punti di interesse. la zona cucina ha un bel tavolo dove in 10 si entra comodi. Ha delle ottime potenzialità Basterebbe veramente poco per avere una struttura eccellente, i letti andrebbero sistemati o rinnovati, alcuni sono affossati nel centro e altri hanno delle doghe rotte.
