We had a great experience supported by our liaison who answered so many questions promptly and thoroughly and gave us a true flavor of the area and sights and extra special advice. Wonderful! I look forward to going back and discovering more. Sheryl is the perfect hostess. Amazing experience overall at a darn good price. Great value ! Spacious and modern and cozy at the same time. Every possible amenity and more ! Comfortable Beds to boot. The 2-bedroom rivals any other property I have experienced. I can’t say there was anything we didn’t like !

• Chloe (10/5): Lovely views, huge apartment and very clean! - Amazing views, lovely & clean .. big apartment!! Spent the day exploring Lake Como and planned to check in early and get back out. However due to a couple of ferry issues we arrived late so didn’t have much time to enjoy the room and area. Lovely host Sheryl, she was very helpful checking in on us and advised best way to travel ! Definitely recommend :) <3 Only small issue was that the ferry port right outside apartment was closed (we knew about this already upon booking) would have made travel a lot easier if open. However, plan your travel ahead and all is good :)

• Jensen (10/5): Amazing stay and experience! - The view of Lake Como from the unit was incredible. Along with that, the unit was extremely clean and smelled great. We loved the location as you could get around to plenty of things by walking or a short drive. The communication with the host made everything go smoothly, and we were provided excellent service and recommendations throughout our stay.

Przy samym apartamencie dostępny jest parking gdzie można spokojnie zaparkować w cenie 1,5€ za godzinę. W pobliżu mieszkania liczne restauracje i knajpki oraz sklep. Kwadrans spacerem do pięknego Tremezzo oraz do przeprawy promowej do Bellagio. Idealne miejsce wypadowe na zwiedzanie zachodniego wybrzeża Jeziora Como, 10 minut autem do Menaggio. Ewentualnie autobus spod apartamentu, który zawiezie Was gdzie tylko chcecie. Ale prawdziwą perełką jest widok z apartamentu na Bellagio, po prostu sztos. Prosecco z takim widokiem smakuje wyśmienicie 🥂 Wszystko było super

Przepiękny widok na jezioro blisko do promu , możliwość wynajecia garażu. Dziękujmy bardzo .Do zobaczenia. Dwie drobne sugestie, naprawdę drobne.Proszę o montaż wieszaków na ręczniki w łazienkach plus klucze do drzwi toalet. W kuchni bardzo proszę o podstawy : sól ,cukier oraz kapsułki do kawy /na start/.Dostep do sklepu w weekend jest ograniczony.

Nous reviendrons avec plaisir! Il y a eu quelques difficultés pour le checking en ligne car nous étions nombreux ( 14), mais tout s'est arrangé.

• Dereck (8/5): Great place to spend a couple of days right next to the lake - location and exactly as described in the listing. Door codes etc worked well and the apartment was imaaculate and clean. Really super restaurant right next door overlooking the lake It was all good but i do hae one suggestion . Whilstthere was coffee machine there was no sugar or milk ( or tea) which might be a good addition
• george (9/5): - It was wonderful with a great view to the lake. Brand new and was missing some things such as shades in the entrance in order to have privacy and not be spoted from the rest tenants when sitting in the living room or passing from the bedrooms to the kitchen.

Понятный самостоятельный чек-ин Большая квадратура , 80 кв. Квартира нуждается в ремонте . Все средненькое , немного брезгливо было . Но на Комо беда с нормальным жильем за адекватные деньги , поэтому здесь за счет расположения можно потерпеть эту устаревшесть … Гараж нам предложили за 20 евро в сутки … Как-то это не понравилось , с учетом того что до этого вернулись из Доломит и Тироля и там либо подземный паркинг либо паркинг рядом с отелем публичный предоставлялся гостям абсолютно бесплатно .

• Kan (10/5): This place was the highlight of our trip. - Very spacious beautiful view, my family loved the place. We decided to drop our bags to go out again to Lenno for the villa but once we saw the apartment and the view we decided to spent the entire afternoon at the property. The location was far because the Cadenabbia ferry station was under construction so it was like 22 mins walk from the Tremezzo station. So plan your trip in advance.

On a du mal à régler la température de l’eau des douches ( ou trop chaud ou trop froid ) , et cabines exigus. Dommage qu’il n’y ai pas de chaînes françaises à la télévision ou une connexion internet. On aurait aimé une petite bouteille d’eau dans le frigo .

• Maria Teresa (8/5): Soggiorno molto piacevole e rilassante - Appartamento spazioso, pulito, luminoso, fronte lago, posizione strategica vicino al traghetto, peccato che l'imbarcadero Cadenabbia sia in ristrutturazione, previsione fine lavori maggio/giugno '26 ma l'imbarco a Tremezzo dista 20 minuti a piedi, da visitare il bellissimo parco pubblico, ideale anche per picnic. Vicinissimo alla struttura il parcheggio a pagamento se non si vuole affittare il garage. Presenti pentole nuove, biancheria letto e bagno. Se si soggiorna più di due notti portare assolutamente beni di consumo e di prima necessità specie se si viaggia con bambini, presenti solo 4 capsule di caffè di benvenuto; comunque i ristoranti sono a due passi.
• Vadim (6/5): - Very good location. Nice looking building, overall modern impression. The apartment on the first floor was overlooking the shared terrace area, so we couldn’t open the windows or curtains without being fully exposed to the shared area. There were no windows, only the doors to the terrace so airing the room without fully opening to the world was impossible and this is a big minus also at night. When we came, the apartment was very cold, we had to fumble with an old air conditioner to heat it up a bit. There were various kitchen items like plates, cups etc, and it would be great to have more useful items that would help a travelling family: paper kitchen towels and salt. The knives looked very old and unpleasant to use. In the shower, no shower gel, no hooks to hang the towels, the shower doors in stains and the toilet bowl didn’t look ideally clean. There were some flying insects in the apartment. We have seen many apartments and could feel there was no real care in this one, just business. The host sent us a few WhatsApp messages requesting we send our IDs via WhatsApp which we didn’t appreciate.

• PEDRO (7/5): Spacieux et bien placé - Spacieux, belles chambres… bien placé (mais désert en décembre) Il y a peu de chose pour faire la cuisine. Casseroles très abîmées, pas de couteau, pas de passoire… bref compliqué quand on décide de cuisiner. Heureusement l’hôte très réactif et nous a envoyer quelques ustensiles.

Espaço, confortável, banheiro bom, aliás, possuía dois banheiros, cozinha ampla, quartos amplos e de frente para o lago Como, enfim, excelente. A decoração pode ter um toque um pouquinho mais familiar e aconchegante, mas isso não chega a ser um demérito para a hospedagem.

• Sławomir (9/5): Świetna miejscówka do zwiedzania Como - Świetna lokalizacja z pięknym widokiem na jezioro i na Bellagio. Fajny apartament z dużymi pokojami . Bardzo fajne miejsce do zwiedzania jeziora Como.
• Margaret (10/5): - Modern apartment in an excellent location across the water from Bellagio. There were great restaurants around and the ferry was right across the road. Sheryl was outstanding. She went out of her way to help us navigate our journey to the apartment and kept in contact with us after hours. Her customer service was second to none and she truly went above and beyond anything we had expected. The instructions to access the unit were all straightforward and again Sheryl was available every step of the way with any questions we had. The apartment itself had everything our family of 6 needed. Looking across the water at night to the sparkling lights was impressive, as was waking to the glistening waters of the lake each morning. We thought that using public transport to get to the apartment was going to be a problem. It wasn't. It was basically one bus straight from the station to our doorstep. Again...thanks to Sheryl for helping us navigate this ....there was nothing we didn't like!!

Spacious bathrooms and a lift which is fantastic when traveling with heavy luggage. 2 minute walk to the ferry stop which is only a 10 minute ride over to Bellagio or other nearby towns. Sheryl was very responsive when we were organising check in and throughout our stay. Great place to stay with a group, we would come again. Nothing!

Piękny widok na jezioro. Blisko restauracje i sklep. Mam tylko małe zastrzeżenie do czystości podłogi w pokoju.

Short waking distance to the ferry and some good cafes! Hard to tell if the walls were just thin or our upstairs neighbors were really loud. We could hear them at all hours.
