Everything from the furniture to the appliances (like the fridge, washing machine, and hair dryer) is new and high-quality, giving the whole space a fresh, welcoming vibe. The location is incredibly convenient. Beaches, bus stops, shopping areas, and the supermarket are all within a 10-minute walk, yet the neighborhood stays wonderfully quiet—perfect for peaceful sleep. I met several guests during my stay who regretted booking cheaper options. With Residence Mana, I knew I’d made the right choice. (I’m very particular about hygiene and can’t stand worn-out interiors—this place absolutely delivered.) The family who manages the apartment is wonderful—warm, friendly, and incredibly responsive. They were always there if I needed help and replied instantly, which made planning my days effortless. At the same time, they fully respected my privacy. • Rishabh (10/5): - Mrs Sabrina, Mr Steven and their son gave us a very warm welcome and we loved their hospitality. The rooms were great with very comfortable beds. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The location was very close to the beach, stores, clubs and restaurants along the coast of Grand Baie and generally a nice location.
• Allan2796 (10/5): A true gem on "Paradise Island" - One of the best places we have ever stayed in the world! We were met with such warmth from Steven, Sabrina, Roman & Rowana. Nothing was too much trouble & they were very prompt in answering messages. We asked for a very late check-out as our flight was a late night one & there was no issue. Steven has a boat, so trips are easy to organise with him. Sabrina’s cooking is fabulous & was very much appreciated on our 2nd evening there. The apartment is finished to a high standard & the linen is great quality as is the bedding & bath sheets. They also supply beach towels which is a plus. The kitchen is very well appointed with new appliances including an oven (not many apartments on the island have one) & even a double sink. There is more than enough space for groceries. We had guests over & it was a pleasure cooking in there. The bathroom has a great walk-in shower with enough place to stand your shampoo’s/soaps etc. The water pressure is good. There is a double basin & hairdryer & again enough packing space underneath for all your toiletries. The lounge has a big smart TV. Their WIFI is fast & reliable. The balcony off the lounge has comfy outdoor chairs & a little table. The couch pulls out into a sofa bed. Both the bedrooms are spacious & equipped with new aircons which run fantastically. There are also 2 fans. The beds in both rooms are super comfortable & there is enough wardrobe space in both. There are enough plug points for gadgets/phones throughout. NOW…. For the pièce de resistance - The fabulously large undercover terrace. It has a sofa & coffee table. The 6 seater teak dining table & chairs are just beautiful. There is a separate space to hang your washing & even a BBQ should you wish to put something on the coals! Watching the gorgeous Mauritius sunsets from this terrace was sublime. There is a car space & this apartment is serviced.
