• Kirsty (10/5): The perfect little escape with an amazing pool and staff. - I loved my stay here. It’s close to everything. 5 minute walk to the main road. But quiet and peaceful as well. The owner/manager is so so sweet as well. I was getting a little worried my taxi to the airport was late and he bought me a tarro soy bean drink from a vendor to try. This was so so sweet and I had never tried it before it was delicious. Absolutely nothing. Everything was perfect.

The location is 5mins away from the tourism road, the staff are the kindest and the rooms are spacious and very clean. The pool is incredibly accessible from the rooms and is always heated which is perfect after every activity or before going out. The breakfast is also very good with very generous portions. The best however is in the hidden little details, from the staff following up on the tour agencies, and to them going the extra mile preparing breakfast even if you check out at 6am (kitchen opens at 7) I would gladly come back here 10/10

• Maria Del Mar (10/5): Incredible value for price - The property was incredibly well maintained and peaceful. The swimming pool is open from 6AM to 10PM, which was really nice. The staff was incredibly kind and helped me arrange all the tours. The breakfast was delicious and accommodating with requests. Incredible value for price — I’ll be back! 🩵 I loved everything about the property.
• Liza (9/5): The place is only a 5-minute walk to the main street. Just expect that the road outside the resort is not cemented. But - The place is just a short walk from the party street, yet it’s still quiet and peaceful. The place itself is very aesthetic, especially with all the beautiful plants. They don’t have a restaurant inside; they only serve breakfast for the guests. Also, expect some mosquitoes since the place is surrounded by many Strelitzia plants. It’s best to bring mosquito spray with you.

A perfect oasis. - We loved everything about this place, the staff were exceptional and welcoming, the pool was the cleanest pool I've swam in and the location was perfect. Close to restaurants and bars, beaches and shopping. In the hustle and bustle of outside, this resort was an oasis. Very tranquil, peaceful and calming. The bed was awesome and the shower was nice and hot with excellent pressure. Absolutely nothing.

A stunning garden setting surrounds the pool and each room. Friendly staff who are always helpful and attentive. Walking distance to town and nightlife, with a short bike ride to Cloud 9 and the port for day trips. Highly recommended — I’ll definitely stay again when I return to Siargao The Wi-Fi could be a bit stronger in the back rooms, but it didn’t take away from an otherwise great stay.

• Brittany (7/5): Cozy, beautiful and convenient - This villa was located in a very convenient location, it was on the main strip of the island with plenty of shops and restaurants in walking distance. It is a small villa and very green/quiet. The staff can also book everything you need from motorbike rental to excursions. In my room some of the appliances were old/rusty. The door to the room did not close properly so I would say some maintenance and upgrades would make this a nicer stay especially for the price point.

• Paul (9/5): - Lovely setting with lots of greenery and quiet chilled atmosphere next to the hustle and bustle of General Luna. Staff very attentive and happy to help in any way possible - hired a scooter through them with no difficulties and returned Ipad to ourselves post check out when coming to collect our bags- as accidentally leff it, oops! Very comfortable spacious rooms and very clean. Overall a very pleasant stay! Only thing personally for us would be a television could be a nice touch in the room. Floorboards around the pool could also do with a bit of TLC.
• Caitlin (10/5): - We had the most perfect stay here! I booked Kajali for my friends birthday and requested if they could possibly decorate the room. They did this perfectly at no extra cost which I found so kind!! The room looked amazing. The pool was perfect and so refreshing, always sun loungers available. The staff were so so friendly and also all looked like they enjoyed their job which was nice to see! We got our laundry done here and it was so cheap and they delivered it to our room less than 3 hours after giving it in. Honestly couldn’t fault it and we want to come back already! The location is perfect. Nothing at all !

Hot water available, big and comfortable beds, free drinking water, spacious rooms with private terrace and the staff was very friendly and helpful, AC was very cold and there was also a fan The room has no TV. Although the room has a mini fridge, there is no minibar. Also, I think a bar serving cocktails/drinks by the pool would be nice

• Michelle (10/5): Would recommend to anyone staying in General Luna. - Fantastic location, really short walk from the main General Luna area but still really quiet at night time. Also directly across from a popular spot for food and yoga. Rooms were super clean and well Kept. The staff were very helpful with organising bikes, laundry etc The restaurant was under construction so there was no breakfast options like we had expected but there are plenty options nearby.

• Paul (10/5): Außergewöhnliche schöne Anlage - Die Anlage ist wirklich wunderschön hergerichtet und gepflegt.  Beim Betreten wird man durch einen Art Dschungel empfangen, mit wundervollen Pflanzen und Blüten. Die Bungalows sind um einen schönen Pool angelegt, durch die Bepflanzung genießen alle eine ausreichende Privatsphäre.  Der Pool ist warm aber sehr angenehm, trotz der guten Lage lässt es sich in ruhiger Umgebung entspannen. Unser Zimmer war in einem guten Zustand und sehr sauber. Klimaanlage hat funktioniert, auch der kleine Kühlschrank und der Ventilator waren einwandfrei. Hervorzuheben ist das enorm bequeme Bett und die schöne Dusche.  Lediglich die Handbrause und der Unterschrank des Waschbeckens waren ein wenig defekt, aber überhaupt nicht störend. Draußen hat jedes Zimmer noch einen separaten Bereich mit 2 bequemen Stühlen und einem Tisch. Die Rezeption ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, wir haben uns für insgesamt 3 Tage 2 Roller gemietet zu fairen Preisen. Sie bieten auch Wäscheservice, Massage und Ausflüge an zu relativ hohen Preisen. Nachts ist Security am Eingang, insgesamt hat man ein sicheres Gefühlt (trotz fehlendem Safe). Wir waren rundum zufrieden, gerne wieder! -Kein Safe -WLAN Empfang teilweise schlecht -kein Angebot Frühstück

• Von Joseph (10/5): Would stay here again / Highly recommended - The pool. The water felt so fresh, I literally open my eyes under water and the water did not hurt my eyes at all. The layout is also very aesthetic, you feel like you're in a lush jungle. I like the villa, it's huge, there's a lot of shelves by the bathroom, great for organization. I like the toilet had a bidet. I also like the bathroom acoustics, I could play my music and it feels like I have a speaker inside. I also like the location, it's a 3min walk to a pharmacy / convenience store. 5 mins to a full gym. And last but not the least, the hospitality from the staff and owner. I happen to just mention that I was transferring to another hotel in town and she drove me there. Although to be completely honest, I wish I just stayed here during my entire trip because the other hotel was not as great. The wifi was spotty at times, but it was not really a big deal for me. Their in house restaurant had just relocated during my stay, but that's not their fault, and also there's a very popular restaurant across from the hotel. In addition, the main road has tons of options for food.

• Danielle (9/5): מקום מהמם ומפנק ממליצות עליו לגמרי - המקום מהמם, נקי, תחושה של ריזורט מפנק, המסעדה של המלון טובה, הצוות מקסים ומאוד רוצה לעזור, המים במקלחת חמים עם זרם טוב, יש מתלים נוחים למגבות ובגדי ים ויש פן. יש ארונות גדולים והמיטות נוחות, הכל מעוצב יפה ונעים, הבריכה כיפית וגדולה ואפשר להכנס גם בלילה. אהבנו מאוד המיקום עצמו טוב מאוד רק השביל גישה קצת קשה זה לא היה כזה קריטי, וכן אפשר לעשות את זה ברגל, אבל השביל גישה למלון מתמלא בשלוליות מים ענקיות כשיורד גשם (ויורד כמעט כל יום) ככה שצריך ללכת בזהירות בין השלוליות במשך כמה דקות ובחושך זה כן קצת קשה

• Harry (7/5): Good - Great location near the Main Street but quiet from the noise. Excellent set up with private rooms surrounding the pool with lots of native plants. Well set up rooms, bathroom and shelving for clothes 9/10 compared to other places we stayed in Philippines. No TV in the room. No breakfast option. The side street was rough and prone to big puddles after a rain you had to walk through.

• Meghan (10/5): Gorgeous resort, front desk staff goes above and beyond, central location, comfortable, clean beds. - The grounds were gorgeous. The location was excellent: within short walking distance of all the shops, restaurants on Tourism Rd, but far enough away from the main drag that we couldn't even hear the sounds of nightlife and traffic. The room and bathroom was stylish, clean, and the AC worked flawlessly. We loved having a drying line right on our private patio, as well as having plenty of space to hang dry things in the room itself. The pool was so so so nice and larger than the ones we were seeing at other resorts. There was plenty of space in the pool area to spread out and hang with your own group without interrupting another guest's experience. The water was VERY warm though, so we mainly used it at night. I was so impressed with Rodan at reception. He was so helpful in arranging both a private land tour and an island-hopping tour for us (even on election day when everything was pretty much closed) that satisfied everything our group of 7 wanted. He went above and beyond to make our time in Siargao memorable, and made certain that I didn't miss out on catching some waves further north on the coast, even though the tour packages we chose generally don't hit up the surf spots. This is a lack of research on my part, but the nearest beach does not have a surf break. I was hoping to rent a board and be able to walk out to surf, but Cloud 9 was quite far, and I wasn't certain how easy it would be for 2-3 of us to hitch a ride up the coast with surfboards in tow. We ended up skipping Cloud 9 because we were only there for a short amount of time, and incorporated surf sesh into our land tour (pacifico was great!) I was excited about having a plant-based restaurant on-site, but their food was not well seasoned. It was presented beautifully, but the food was super bland. I would choose any other restaurant on Tourism Rd over this one.

The staff were very friendly and it felt tucked away but still a few min walk to the Main Street and restaurants ect. Unfortunately we were in the end room and the wifi wasn’t great .

The location was perfect - very quiet, but a 2 minute walk from the Main Street with so much choice of places to eat and drink (and shop!). The staff were very friendly and obviously worked very hard, which was very much appreciated It would be nice for tea and coffee to be included - there appeared to only be milk and sugar but no tea or coffee! It would also be nice for them to have some drinks options for around the pool, or at least to collaborate with the restaurant next door

• Teddy (10/5): Amazing resort - What an amazing resort, if anyone wanting to stay in middle of the town and have no noise around them this is the one, it’s absolutely stunning and very clean! Lived up the expectations. Staff are really helpful and are friendly… great organisation from staff if you need airport lifts or motorbikes or tours. Speak highly about this place and absolutely recommend to anyone, not expensive either! Nothing bad to say
• Mohamed (1/5): Bad - Total disappointment - Inaccessible breakfast and non-existent service: Our 3-night stay in this hotel in Siargao was a big disappointment, mainly due to the service related to breakfast, which was included in our reservation (and paid for at a higher price). Excursions in Siargao usually start before 8am, but the hotel's breakfast doesn't start until exactly 8am. As a result, for 2 days we couldn't enjoy it, despite having paid for it. On the 2nd day, we barely had time to have a coffee before the driver arrived. On the 3rd day, a total nightmare: we arrived at the restaurant at 8:15 for a scheduled airport transfer at 9am, we ordered coffee and dishes. The coffees arrived after 15 minutes of waiting. At 9:50, the driver was there... but not our dishes. The staff simply asked us to wait "another 10 minutes", without any apology or solution. The staff seemed indifferent to our time constraints, even though we had paid for this service. We felt humiliated, as if our money had been stolen. How can you justify such a late breakfast in a destination where activities start early? A total lack of empathy.

• Florian (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice hotel and super staff. The room is spacious and comfortable, the swimming pool is nice. The staff is very helpful for anything we could need during our stay.
• Stefan (10/5): Exceptional - We absolutely loved our stay at Kajali! Although it rained for three days, we were grateful to have a spacious, clean, and peaceful room with reliable WiFi, making it a perfect retreat. The pool was fantastic—a great spot to relax and read—and the beautifully maintained grounds added to the resort’s charm. The staff were warm and welcoming, especially Ronnie, who always greeted us with a smile. Kajali is in a prime location in General Luna, close to excellent restaurants and bars, and just a short tuk-tuk ride from Cloud 9. We would definitely stay here again! That we had to leave
