Guest Reviews
- Leech (10/5): Lovely place — very warm and welcoming host! Wish we could have stayed longer. - Great Location, very nice room, excellent breakfast. Nothing!
- andy (10/5): Boutique style property in village location. - Cosy property, well appointed rooms with balconies. Relaxed breakfast/evening drinks area. Charming hosts.
- Dunya (10/5): Highly recommended - Amazing service, very friendly and helpful staff, nice pool to cool down. Simple and tasty breakfast with a lot of fruit options. Cleanest kitchen i have seen!

- Michelle (10/5): Very relaxed and authentic Türkiye - Very friendly, very relaxed, very nice boutique hotel.
- Jonathan (10/5): A fabulous gem of a hotel - An excellent small hotel, incredibly clean with very warm and friendly staff. Arif the manager could not have been more helpful and friendly, his small team also were amazing. The bar and outside area is a delight as is the pool area. Nothing, everything was perfect.
- Maria (10/5): - Dardanos Mini Hotel is a true gem in the heart of Patara. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and instantly makes you feel at home. The owner, Arif, is genuinely caring, very professional, always on site, he greets you every morning with a happy face, goes above and beyond to make sure every guest feels comfortable and looked after. His presence adds a personal touch that makes the hotel feel more like staying with friends than in a guesthouse.
The rooms are simple, clean, and comfortable, with everything you need for a relaxed stay, comfortable beds, pillows, a/c, reliable wifi. Many have charming balconies where you can enjoy the fresh air and evening quiet of Patara. The hotel itself has a peaceful garden setting, perfect for unwinding after a long day exploring.
Breakfast is generous and fresh, often served with local touches—cheese, olives, bread, homemade jams, and seasonal fruit. It’s the kind of start to the day that lingers in your memory.
Location-wise, I would say it's off beaten path, tucked in the village, close to the small restaurants and shops, yet within walking or a short ride to the incredible Patara Beach and the ancient ruins. Since it's located quite away from the airports, it's easier to get there by car. However, I was able to make it from Dalaman airport by bus with 1 connection in Fethiye.
If you’re looking for a place that combines authenticity, friendliness, and comfort without unnecessary luxury, Dardanos Mini Hotel is a wonderful choice. With Arif’s genuine hospitality, it’s not just a stay—it feels like being welcomed into a family.
I sincerely wish Arif and his lovely hotel continued prosperity and many happy guests in the years to come!

- Eduardo (10/5): Lugar tranquilo y central - Tranquilo y central Falta equipamiento o renovarlo
- Paolo (10/5): - Gentilezza e professionalità dello staf
- MARIAPIA (10/5): -
- Luca (10/5): Semplicemente perfetto 👌 - Accoglienza e gentilezza del personale.
Atmosfera rilassante.
Letti comodi.
Colazione super.
Piscina pulitissima.
Bar all’aperto bellissimo e molto ben fornito.
- Marco (10/5): Oasis for relaxing - Everything was worth it. The manager super helpful. The location is strategic.
- Emmanuelle (10/5): Great stay in Patara - Arif and his team made this short stay a perfect and warm one. The hotel has an amazing quality for value score. The rooms are big, quiet and well designed. the pool is a great plus, with beautiful lemon and orange trees around. Breakfast in the garden is generous, fresh in a Mediterranean healthy style. Located in the middle of the very small Patara village. Patara beach and site are 5 min driving. Nothing! the construction works near the hotel did not bother us. just be aware the muezzin can wake you up at 5 am, like anywhere else in Turkey :)
- Sebastian (7/5): Good - the location is good, but Patara is small anyway, the owner was helpful and friendly, bed was very good, swimming pool area looked very well, but we did not use it, because we stayed only 2 nights the rooms were a bit dark, the shower needed a repair, breakfast was very simple
- Rebecca (10/5): Exceptional -
- Julia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nick (10/5): A fabulous and welcoming hotel in the heart of Patara village. - Fabulous location in the village centre. Lovely swimming pool. A welcoming outdoor bar is the centrepiece of the hotel and everyone gravitates there. Arif is an exceptional host - there are none better. Having to say goodbye.
- Alieen (10/5): Exceptional - Very friendly, clean and relaxing few days at the Dardanos Hotel, totally loved it.
- Ignacio (9/5): Very good value for money. - Very good facilities, clean, really nice people and perfect location. The only thing that could be improved was the shower and more variety in the breakfast.
- Keely (10/5): Exceptional - The fantastic staff could not have done more for us. Excellent hotel with great pool and spacious rooms. Excellent location with plenty of restaraunts and shops but not too busy.Really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return. nothing
- Mohamed (10/5): Patara beach is nice and sandy. Around 1km away from the hotel have to pay €15 per person to enter. - It is a good hotel and pool it’s big enough.
- Hannah (9/5): Superb - Very friendly obliging staff and a good sized pool
- Taisiya (9/5): Superb -
- Bradley (10/5): Lovely stay - Lovely friendly staff and a nice, quiet atmosphere to the hotel and patara. Nothing really, patara as a place is quite chilled out and not that busy, so if you're looking for a bit more action I probably wouldn't recommend staying. The hotel was amazing though!
- Antonio (10/5): A good hotel, with a good location and a very convenient pool for the hot July - Hotel conveniently located right at the entrance (fee) to Patara beach and its ruins. It has a leafy garden, where breakfast is served, which was quite good. The room was large, comfortable, with good air conditioning and
a good bath Due to the 40º heat wave, we spent a lot of time in the pleasant pool, enjoying its coolness and tranquility. We had a very good stay at this hotel.
- Gillian (10/5): A peaceful, authentic escape from hectic life. - What a lovely little ‘Pension’ hotel. Utterly charming, extremely clean and warm, friendly, helpful staff. Arif, the owner was so kind. The pool was a lifesaver in the heat.
The breakfasts were delicious and they serve a great Margarita cocktail!
- Luzar (10/5): Excellent - This was our favorite hotel during our visit to Turkey. The manager and entire staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. And the pool and pool area were better than most other hotels at a similar price.
- Líbano (10/5): Exceptional - Breakfast was amazing! Room clean everyday. Pool area very nice! The owner was incredibly kind, always willing to help! Staff was great! Lightning was very good! Hard to sleep without air conditioning (Turkey's hot, not their fault!)
- Matthew (10/5): Relaxing, easy going. - Staff and owner, Arif were exceptional in making our stay comfortable and relaxing. I've never come across such a level of dedication and service. It really made a difference. Well done Arif. Could have done with bedside lamps. But this is a two-star hotel. The service level made all the difference.
- June (8/5): Very good - Staff who went out of their way to make you welcome No fridge or tea making facilities in room
- Deborah (10/5): Very relaxing! Staff was knowledgeable about Patara ruins and the beach! Both were outstanding - The staff and location Nothing
- Helen (10/5): Just lovely! Couldn’t have been looked after better ❤️ - The hotel was really lovely - good size, clean rooms with little balconies to sit out on and drying lines and pegs. Decent bathrooms with hot water, large towels and toiletries - spotlessly clean. Comfy beds. The swimming pool is proper swimming size and the lounging area is secluded. The bar area is delightful and the buffet breakfast delicious with lots of variety. The hotel has more of a ‘boutique’ vibe than the pictures suggest. The best thing though is the manager and team. They all care so much and nothing is too much trouble. I hurt my ankle walking the Lycian Way so they arranged a car to pick us up, moved our rooms to bottom floor, sorted an ice pack etc. We were comfy in the bar one night (in our fave spot), so a local restaurant brought us food over. Proper customer service - not OTT or too present - we just felt safe and looked after. Highly recommend. ( the local village and local cafes/restaurants all super lovely too) I always like a kettle in the room to make a cuppa but this was hardly a big deal … not difficult to get a decent cup of tea in Turkey!!
- Diane (10/5): Exceptional -
- Stephanie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gillian (10/5): Another lovely stay -
- Rosie (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely stay in a small family run hotel. Exceptionally friendly and accommodating staff, rooms were comfortable and spotless, the pool was a real bonus. Lots of places to eat locally and good recommendations from the hotel.
- Martine (10/5): Exceptional - We spent 8 wonderful nights at the Dardanos Hotel and had an excellent experience throughout our stay. Arif was a great host, always eager to offer suggestions on activities and local spots to visit or to assist when needed. The pool area was top-notch, providing a relaxing atmosphere, and the rooms were both spacious and immaculate. Breakfast was delicious, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was welcoming and comfortable. nothing
- Dmitry (10/5): A perfectly located great family-run hotel - Perfect location, clean rooms, awesome breakfast and really friendly staff/family owners. Cocktails in the bar were the best!
- Horia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Deborah (10/5): All in all would highly recommend - and we are quite fussy and particular about cleanliness and quality! - We stayed at the Dardanos Hotel for x3 nights and couldn’t fault the hotel. Arif was such an accommodating host, happy to spend time to recommend things to do or places to go, and went out of his way to help you organise things. Swimming pool area was great, rooms were a decent size and clean, and breakfast was great. Nothing!
- Ben (10/5): Exceptional -
- Colin (10/5): Fabulous family-run hotel - Fantastic family-run, small hotel. Good location just off the main square near all the restaurants in the village. Garden is very nice to relax in and have a drink, pool is good to relax by. Rooms are clean and modern. Owner and family could not be more helpful and charming. Lots to do nearby - Patara beach and ruins are wonderful. Nothing
- Edward (8/5): Nice location, very helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. - Very good location in the centre of Patara with nice restaurants in the neightbourhead. Unbelievably friendly and helpful staff and owner. Nice breakfast with a lot of fruit. Good swimming pool. It would be good to get clean towels every morning. That is the only minus.
- Karen (9/5): Superb - A perfect sanctuary outside of busy Kalkan. Breakfast was lovely, eggs prepared daily to your personal preference. Staff were friendly, helpful and kind.
A quiet and pretty pool area.
10 minute taxi ride to Kalkan for busier vibe for younger family members. Food and drinks cheaper in Patara for the same quality.
- Patty (9/5): We thoroughly enjoyed our stay amd would return. - The property was gorgeous and I’m a great location, and the staff were extremely helpful and kind.
- Dipali (10/5): Excellent hotel in the sweet town of Gelemis - Arif, the manager and his staff went above and beyond. The little town of Gelemis, where the hotel is located is lovely too. Arif made many useful suggestions that helped our experience. The courtyard is lovely and peaceful and the swimming pool is clean. Air conditioning worked really well during a heat wave and the balconies were small but really nice. Everything was really good. If anything I would make it clear that the hotel is not on Patara Beach (because no hotel is really-the info on Booking.com needs to be corrected which the management is working on) and some hot water kettle with tea in the rooms would be a plus. But these are just suggestions.
- Elena (10/5): Exceptional - We absolutely loved the place and the staff. The owner is such a nice and helpful person, always smiling and trying to do everything to make you feel welcome and enjoy your holiday. The room was very clean and confortable, the garden and the pool were amazing, and in the evening you can relax at the bar area. The breakfast was also very good. Just outside the hotel there are many restaurants and shops. We had a great time here.
- Alexia (8/5): Amazing and very relaxing experience - I really loved the location and the village itself, the unpretentious, authentic and cosy atmosphere of the hotel and the dedication of the hosts who are always available, smiling, in a good mood and giving great advice. The pool and its facilities are also perfect: good orientation, comfy sunbeds, sun umbrellas. The hotel also has a nice bar where it is nice to get drinks after walking to watch the sunset. The breakfast was also excellent: there is indeed real and quality coffee (expressos, cappucinos...), a lot of fruits, fresh bread, simit... and you get eggs. You can go to the beach with the shuttle and in the evenings you can totally walk up the hill to go watch the sunset. I had a very relaxing holiday which went beyond my expectations given the excellent value for money, thanks a lot! The isolation between the rooms is not ideal, bring ear plugs and you should be fine.
- Anna (10/5): Exceptional - This is a very nice place, very friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Nice garden bar and swimming pool.
Close to everything.
- Tom (10/5): Magical spot in a lovely town - Exceptional place, wonderful location and even better hosts. What a tasteful and relaxing place to be. Desperate to go back. Such excellent and knowledgeable owners, really made our stay and even picked us up when we were lost!
- Eurydike (10/5): Exceptional -
- Roxana (9/5): Superb -
- Martin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gabriel (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice room, friendly service, amazing breakfast! Just the shower was a bit old.
- Elise (10/5): Very nice hotel in a small village - Well located in Gelemis, nicely renovated and decorated. Beautiful swimming pool area, with lovely flowers.
Comfortable room with a little balcony.
Very nice materials used, especially in the bathroom.
Very good breakfast, also a nice garden bar at night.
Kind and helpful staff.
Parking possible in front of the hotel
- Snehasish (10/5): Exceptional - We had such a great time! Beautiful place to stay with very warm welcoming people running the place.
The rooms are charming and very clean. The breakfast was great with superb high quality selection of fruits & salad, cheeses, yoghurt, tasty honey, jam etc - the eggs are freshly prepared to your liking.
The pool is clean and beautiful with all the flowers growing around a great place to relax for a quiet day.
In the evenings you can enjoy at the garden bar!
Location is also great - you can easily reach patara beach and neighbouring beautiful beaches like caputas. You can also venture out to see sights like saklıkent gorge, or go to kalkan or kas and ölüdeniz.
Thanks again!
- Anokhova (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gavin (10/5): A wonderful boutique hotel. - An oasis of calm and relaxation in Patara. Arif and the staff looked after us incredibly well and made us feel so comfortable at at home. Dardanos is in the centre of the town and a short walk from a number of great restaurants and a good range of shops. Just a few steps from the bustling street the world falls away and you can relax with a drink in the garden bar or beside the pool. The rooms are clean and comfortable, well appointed with air conditioning. The hotel offers a delicious breakfast of fresh fruit, pastries and cooked eggs and really well located; just a short drive from Kas, Kalkan, the mountains and the beach.
- Dan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nookoo (10/5): Exceptional - Everything
- Nookoo (10/5): To remember! -
- Maurice (10/5): Great stay, totally loved it
Recommend it - Super helpfull staff, great breakfast, loved the garden and pool, comfy beds Nothing
- Katherine (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jacob (8/5): Pretty hotel, just outside town, lovely host. - A lovely hotel, just outside the centre of town.
Pretty swimming pool surrounded by plants.
Excellent breakfast.
Very nice host, gave us lots of information about where to get dinner in town. Parking was very limited, we were lucky to get a space.
- Simon (8/5): Good value for money Hotel not too far from the beach. - - the pool is really nice
- good wifi
- friendly owners
- good airconditioning - breakfast was every day the same and limited in options (mainly fruits, if you don’t like sweet breakfast then there’s only cheese to put on the bread)
- cleaning service left the balcony door open after cleaning a few times (ground floor)
- be aware there are quite a lot of kids, also at the pool
- Mark (8/5): Exceptionally good value - Clean, quiet, with secluded gardens and pool. Very friendly owners. Lots of places to eat and a cheap mini market almost next door. Refrigerator and kettle in rooms would be a nice improvement. No private parking anywhere nearby, just a narrow road. Our rental car was nudged by a scooter and we nudged a tree trying to park out of the way!
- Nookoo (10/5): A dreamplace to stay forever! - The host is one of the most friendly people I've ever met. Always ready to help you or to serve you. The wifi was sometimes unstable, but it is not a hotel problem , it is more a village issue.
- Neil (10/5): Exceptional -
