• Sofia (10/5): - A casa está bem localizada visto que existem hipermercados a 5 minutos, a vista é simplesmente incrível! Casa limpa e os quartos são bastante confortáveis, a casa está toda equipada com ar condicionado o que permite que tanto no inverno como no verão a temperatura dentro de casa esteja confortável. Cozinha e sala de jantar equipadas com todos os utensílios necessários, incluindo máquina da loiça, máquina da roupa e máquina de café entre outros. Sítio bastante sossegado, a piscina é maravilhosa e não muito funda, tínhamos duas crianças e estiveram sempre seguras na piscina e em toda a área envolta. Não poderíamos ter escolhido melhor sítio para passar um fim de semana em família. Serem poucos dias 😂

This farmhouse, situated where the Paiva River meets the Douro River, offers a perfect blend of comfort, privacy, and stunning views. The top floor houses bedrooms, each with its own entrance, ensuite bathroom, fridge freezer, and coffee area. Modern furnishings, comfortable beds, smart TVs, air conditioning, and thick granite walls ensure a luxurious, quiet stay. The self-contained design of each room adds flexibility and privacy. The lower floor, accessed via a short outdoor walk, features the communal areas. A spacious dining room and well-equipped kitchen cater to group needs, with modern appliances and ample dinnerware. Outside, you'll find a garden with sun loungers, a swimming pool, and a barbecue area surrounded by fruit trees. High-speed broadband is available throughout. The location is a highlight, offering breathtaking hillside views. A 5-minute walk leads to a local beach on the Douro River, perfect for swimming and water activities like canoeing and paddleboarding. Nearby amenities include a municipal pool and a charming beach bar restaurant. A café near a spring with drinking water is just up the road. While accessing the farmhouse requires a confident driver due to its steep approach, it's conveniently located less than an hour from Porto Airport. The host can arrange transfers, and local taxis are available. The surrounding region, known for Vinho Verde, boasts numerous vineyards and restaurants within a short drive. The peaceful, scenic area is ideal for relaxation and exploration. Our stay at Costeira Douro was truly memorable. We loved the tranquil setting, modern comforts, and variety of nearby activities. It's highly recommended for families or groups seeking a relaxing getaway with plenty to enjoy.

• Sílvia (9/5): Excelente refúgio à beira rio - A vista é maravilhosa e de perder o fôlego. A disposição de cada quarto é ótima e inclui um wc por cada quarto. O atendimento também foi excelente e simpático. As camas podiam ser um pouco melhoradas e, visto que a casa é antiga, a limpeza podia ser mais aprofundada.
