Nice shared patio to sit in the evening. Would highly recommend. Air con tricky to work. No tea bags available but no big deal at all. Apartment was basic but had everything we needed.
• Lorenzana (10/5): Very nice apartment close to the Vatican - The property was perfectly located across the street from the Vatican, our meeting location for our pre-booked Viator tour was a minute away. The Metro station was an easy walk, giving accessibility to Roma. The apartment was quiet and comfortable. We loved the outdoor terrace. The shower drained quite slowly, so one would be standing in several inches of water by the end of even a short shower.

• Guest (6/5): Unpleasant Experience with the staff - No breakfast taken. Close proximity to the Vatican, restaurants and other attractions. Unpleasant experience with the staff. No signage about the use of coffee maker (for employees only), which I used and somewhat rudely informed that is not for guests. When I explained that they should put a sign, which they placed - too late. Also the entrance to the room has step up & down - no sign. Refrigerator temperature was too cold; the complimentary water bottle froze and broke. No shower caddy! Not recommended for guests with big/heavy luggage - it's a challenge to roll down and enter into your room.

• Marioe (4/5): The reception closed at 18:00, we waited outside an hour with a sick toddler, and had no Wi-Fi. - The location was very central. The room was nice and clean. We were in constant communication with the administration before our arrival. However, we were never informed that the reception closed at 18:00. Although we arrived later than originally expected, we were not told this would be an issue. As a result, we had to wait outside for nearly an hour, with an ill toddler, before receiving the code to access our room. After checking in, we discovered that the Wi-Fi was not working, which further impacted our stay. On the day of checkout, we asked for a one-hour late checkout to make up for the delay and the lack of internet, but our request was denied. The lack of clear communication and limited support during our stay was disappointing.

• Anonymous (9/5): Close to metro and some attractions at the center of Roma - I love that it’s near the metro and it’s next to the vatican museums. We checked in here also because we went to the Stadio to watch a concert and it’s almost an hour walk which is convenient too. The “balcony” outside is also a nice and quiet place if you want to have a morning coffee, the reception is also good and quick to answer questions, you’ll find everything on the desk. If it’s the summer, the entrance is on the hotter side which is in the sun mostly for the whole day, but inside it’s cozy. I wish there were more available pillows and blankets as we’re 4 people and the only linens they provided are those ones for the beds. There’s also no stove so you can’t cook anything, just a kettle that you can use. Bathrooms can be cleaner but it’s still clean.

• Fassil (1/5): Bad - Location Our stay was extremely disappointing due to several serious issues that should not occur in any accommodation—especially not one charging nearly $200 per night. • Overpowering Chemical Odor: The entire apartment had a strong chemical smell that made it uncomfortable to stay in and raised concerns about air quality. We traced it to a harsh cleaning detergent used in the toilet, seemingly meant to mask an underlying odor. It felt like an attempt to cover up a bigger hygiene issue. • Major Hygiene & Safety Concern: We were shocked to discover a large, unidentified pill in the toilet. Upon closer inspection, it turned out to be ant killer (pictures attached). The fact that the hotel felt the need to use poison inside a guest room suggests there’s a known ant problem, yet the property is still being rented out at a high rate. This is both unacceptable and dangerous. Booking.com should seriously investigate this property. These issues reflect a lack of basic hospitality standards and disregard for guest safety and cleanliness.

The only windows were at ceiling height so it felt a little claustrophobic. The room had some damp patches on the wall.

The street the apartment is on is extremely busy, but the traffic can't be heard inside. It was a wonderful stay. There was nothing we didn't like.

The property was neat and tidy. Everything was good except the iron plug would not fit in any socket. I had to unplug the fridge and used that socket to plug in the iron.

• Seedoo (10/5): Exceptional location - I spent a week there and if i had to return to Rome, i would be only there. The room was as advertised. Instructions were easy for self check-in. The taxi they planned was on time. Mega plus point is that they always answered to my queries for everything and mostly immediately. This helped to make my stay an enjoyable one as a first timer in Italy. I also felt safe at all times as a solo mom. The room was super clean, as nice as in photos, spacious, with everything i needed for an enjoyable stay. They have a very nice and large balcony where I enjoyed spending evenings with my child. Laundry facilities were not available even if they suggested where i could get it done. It's tricky to have to walk to get laundry done. It's the only service that they lacked, on site. As a mom who did a long stay, i needed our clothes to be washed and would have preferred to get it done by the hotel at extra cost.

• Dennis (8/5): Nice apartment by Vatican - We stayed there twice. First 2 nights, then 1more. The first time we has an apartment with a small living room and bedroom with a small kitchen. Very comfortable. The second time we had a smaller apartment-all 1 room but with a kitchen. It had one crazy design problem. There is a huge chandelier in the bathroom. The wall between the bathroom and bedroom doesn’t go to the ceiling. The top 5 or 6 feet are window. This means if someone goes to the bathroom in the night, when they turn on the bathroom light, they light up the whole apartment. They could use a curtain or drape there. Finally,location. It is great if you are going to the Vatican, but if you want to see the major sights (trevi fountain. Pantheon, Colosseum), it’s pretty far away. Location. See above about light.

Had to jiggle it to stop the water from continuously flowing. Wifi is not secure. Probably would have been fine to use, but used my hotspot instead, just to be sure.

The train station is an easy, safe, walk to quickly access the train to your next destination or airport. The property is well kept inside and out, with a nice outdoor terrace with seating.
• Gerard (9/5): Superb - Location was perfect for visiting the Vatican. Apartment was clean & tidy and exceeded our expectations with kitchen and cooking facilities. Nothing to complain about.
• Rhys (8/5): Fantastic location, really friendly staff - Were super accommodating at we didn't arrive to the room until 2am, communication was excellent and even held our bags the next day until our flight which was late in the day. Was all good!!
• Youngchoon (10/5): Convenience accomodation - Very close to museum, non-face to face check in, out. System is quite same as air b&b. Conciergy, baggage service was uncomfortable

• Philippa (8/5): Great place to stay if you are visiting the Vatican Museums. Easy check-in process. - Great location, great staff and felt very secure. Room needed more airflow/ventilation with it being partially below ground level. Felt as though cleaning chemical smell was very strong to mask the damp smell. Perhaps it just needs an extractor or dehumidifier? The stay was perfect otherwise!
