• Katarzyna (8/5): - Pięknie zaaranżowany apartament w kamienicznym stylu. Położony na 3 piętrze w samym centrum Kazimierza. Nie ma windy jeśli to dla kogoś istotne. Ciche mieszkanie, duża sypialnia i salon z aneksem, idealny dla 3 osób. Jest expres przelewowy, czarjnik , saszetki herbaty, kawę trzeba mieć własną. W sypialni zepsute dwie rolety więc od 6 rano nie ma możliwości spania bo światło słoneczne nie pozwala. W łazience zepsuty uchwyt na prysznic więc raczej nie ma komfortu brania prysznica, zdecydowanie przydałoby się duże lustro w przedpokoju gdzie jest na to idealne miejsce żeby szybko rzucić okiem na swój wygląd.przed wyjściem. Jest jedno nieduże w łazience ale to trochę mało. Reszta super.

• Anthony (4/5): Very disappointing. - The location was perfect. The shower was cold. The rubbish bin under the sink was full of rubbish and cigarette butts. The sink area was dirty. Television did not work. Apparently you needed to connect it to the internet but there were no instructions in English. Kitchen facilities were not great.

• Aleksandra (8/5): Great place for visiting Krakow. - The location is great, we were in a heart of a vibrant Kazimierz, full of great cafes. It’s close to a bakery open 7 days a week and from Uber pick-up point. At the same time the area is not as crowded as the main square . We found two separate bedrooms quite rare in this price range which was really comfortable. The flat is spacious and the beds are extremely comfortable and we liked 2 duvets provided for each bed. Kitchen reasonably well equipped (pots and pans provided). Joanna - the host- was really helpful and very responsive. The place can be noisy at night time but that’s to be expected in such a place. Some mugs were dirty, although the apartment was very clean in general . It lacks a little bit of LTC- it would do with a toaster, a coffee machine, a few more butter knives, chopping board, bath matts and mirrors on the walls in the hall, and some essentials that you don’t want to buy: sugar, salt, coffee. Still, with all the advantages of the place we would definitely come back.

• Courtney (4/5): Mouldy Smell, Disappointed - The images listed of the apartment looked nice, and it was a nice design and very spacious. The bathroom was nice also and a spacious shower. THE SMELL!! & DESTINATION & NOISY. 20/25 min walk from the square. Finding the property was difficult, the driver dropped us off just a little before reaching the destination as you couldn’t drive all the way down. However we circled the block a few times before realising it was another two blocks away. Once we finally reached the destination we struggled to correspond the correct building tucked around the back with the correct combination of the 3 codes we received. Only annoying the first time. There was no elevator! And we were on the 3rd floor, which was fine with us but not ideal with any family’s or for large suitcases. THE THING I NOTICED THE MOST WAS THE GOD AWFUL STENCH OF DAMP/MOULD/MUSK that hit you in the face every single time, it smelt like rotten mouldy swimming baths in the hallway/staircase which we had to climb up several flights. Luckily it didn’t seep into the room too much, just by the front door. I did notice it was quite noisy at night, I could hear a lot of noise coming from the staircase, people stomping up and down and doors slamming. Also in the morning due to the building work going on. Lastly, the shutters were old, broken and one was missing, so not providing much privacy. There was a dead fly squished between the shutters when we opened it so not the cleanest place either. Wouldn’t stay again or recommend it.

Camdan bile tarihi ve turist kafilelerini izleyebilmek:) Apartmana girdiğimizdeki o kokuyu. Neyseki evde yoktu. Odanın kapı kolu kırıktı. Yedek çöp poşeti bulamadık çöpü değiştirmek için. Filtre değil, hediye kapsülüyle kapsül kahve makinesi olsa çok daha mutlu olurdum. Kahve de yoktu.

• Wiktoria (10/5): Bardzo udany pobyt w pięknym, komfortowym apartamencie – chętnie wrócimy ponownie i polecamy innym. - Apartament był bardzo stylowy, nowoczesny i zadbany, dokładnie jak na zdjęciach. Wnętrze urządzone ze smakiem, z dbałością o detale, co od razu robiło świetne wrażenie. Łóżko było bardzo wygodne, pościel czysta i przyjemna, a całe mieszkanie dobrze wysprzątane. Lokalizacja również na duży plus – blisko centrum, a jednocześnie spokojna okolica. Kontakt z gospodarzem bezproblemowy, wszystkie informacje były jasne i pomocne. Pobyt był komfortowy i zdecydowanie spełnił nasze oczekiwania. -

• Predrag (7/5): God lokasjon, middels kvalitet - Lokasjon er perfekt, mange fine restauranter og historiske steder ligger bak hjørnet Veldig mørkt i leilighet - dårlig belysning generelt. I tillegg var sentral lampe i utstand. Sentral oppvarming var ganske svak, radiator i ett soverom var nesten helt kaldt- uten justeringsmulighet. Generelt ser leilighet ut annerledes enn på bildene.

• Dobraczynska (1/5): Avoid at all cost - Location As soon as we entered the building we got hit with a very bad smell on the staircase. I honestly cannot say what it was as never smelt anything this bad in my life. We could cope with the smell on the staircase, but it was coming through to the apartment. The flat itself was very dusty, with stains on the sofa and mattress, dirty floor and unusable frying pan. We only stayed one night as arrived late at night (originally booked to stay for 3 nights). First thing in the morning we started to look for another apartment as we just couldn't stand the smell and felt it really wasn't worth the money. I did contact the host about the smell and general cleanliness, but they claimed they never smelt anything bad there and had 0 interest in assisting/solving the issue. Do yourself a favour and keep away!
• Gary (7/5): Great location , perfect size place for 2 adults w/ 2 young kids ,responsive staff but apartment was cold. - Great location and nice size apartment. Secure parking 2 min walk away. Comfortable bed and big walk in shower. Apartment was cold and requires better insulation on the windows. Shower head was unstable so was constantly pointing downwards. Blind missing on one of the windows. Iron burn stain on the sofa and strong odor when entering the building - not fault of the owners but something to note.

• Clare (10/5): Wonderful Stay. - Was in a brilliant location in the heart of the Jewish Quarter. Clean, comfortable and had everything needed for a short stay in Krakow. Wi fi did not work at first, which was a problem as we had tickets to access. Reported this and it was sorted within 2 hours. Excellent service. Nothing about the apartment we didn't like. But would have maybe liked some leaflets/information folder/recommendations about the area, like where to eat, what to see etc.
• Annette (2/5): Special occasion ruined by issues above - Not much . Reviews very mixed but our experience. Very different to any positive reviews Apartment did not match photos on website host blamed this on booking .com ! Four poster bed . Reality small 4ft bed pushed against a wall. Shower mouldy , needs maintenance , apartment main door did not shut unless locked which meant if one person popped out you had to be physically locked in and this is a fire hazard. WiFi did not work at all with password provided . Host suggested no one had ever encountered this issue. Nor did we have any mobile phone signal in property . Which meant making plans , booking trips etc looking at map impossible. Block looks run down above a sushi restaurant. Food smell in apartment unless the window is left open as it was when we arrived . Cold weather and smell horrible when shut. Area immediately around the property subject to building work and alot of graffiti not the art kind . Host did not seem to grasp the password issue and said to unplug router this didn’t resolve the issue . Also very noisy in early hours with people shouting etc post closing time . Stained ceiling and stained fitted sheet.

• Mitch (9/5): Perfect Location - Location was perfect. Really liked the Jewish quarter with many bars & restaurants nearby. The Old Town was also only a 10-15 min walk away. Apartment was very good with a comfortable bed & a decent hot shower. Nothing really! Maybe some milk left in fridge would have been useful as we arrived quite late.

• Patryk (7/5): Miejsce z fajną lokalizacja ale mogłobyć bardziej zadbane - Fajna lokalizacja w centrum Kazimierza, wokoło mnóstwo lokali, bardzo blisko przystanek tramwajowy. Dobry rozkład apartamentu oraz wygodne łóżka. Sporo kurzu, co miało negatywny wpływ na pobyt przez moja alergię, do tego klejące się stoliki a także niesprawne okna.

• James (10/5): Excellent place to stay - The apartment is very cosy and nicely furnished. The kitchen was well equipped for our purposes and the bathroom was very good. The location was great with plenty of places to eat and immediate access to the Jewish area. We walked everywhere but there is great public transport nearby. Very minor point for us, but it is on the 4th floor and there is no lift.
