- Christine (10/5): - Lovely spacious house with parking for both our cars The accommodation is very comfortable and had everything we needed for our family. A lovely outdoor play area for our 9 year old grandson to enjoy and a baby swing/rocker for our 3 month old grandson which helped alot. We often visit extended family in Bristol and will definitely book Woodcote house again when we all travel together.thankyou for a lovely stay

- Lisa (8/5): - The house was perfectly located for a family trip. It was stylishly decorated with a number of high tech gadgets Some of the gadgets (hob and oven especially) needed guidance but there were no instructions. As the hob was badly cracked worried this was faulty.

- NTEMI (7/5): Good - The cleanness of the property The host later cancelled our last day, which we had already booked, causing a lot of inconvenience. He was not a gentleman.

- Amber (10/5): - Very clean and tidy. Well equipped kitchen for Christmas dinner! Under floor heating was a bonus. Very comfy beds
- Samantha (4/5): Was an ok stay needs some improvements - The size and layout great for big family, cosy. Nice back garden. Had trampoline for the kids. it was filthy, floors were dirty and not hoovered, mouldy food in the dishwasher, we had to rewash every plate and dish before we used them. We were told that tea coffee and sugar would be provided, but it wasn't except a little dirty sugar in the pot. The WiFi didn't work. It said 5 beds but there was only 4. The heating system needed some instructions put up as it was very warm and hard to sleep. The induction hob needed instructions as it took us half hr to work out how to use it

- David (6/5): Incorrectly described - Was one less double bed than in the description so a member of our party had to sleep on the floor. Raised with the host but didn't offer a solution nor anything to compensate for the inconvenience.

- Andy (6/5): Good, could be excellent - Good amount of space. Bathroom/shower was great. There are no instructions for appliances. There are not enough glasses, mugs, and crockery for up to 7 people. Some of the cleaning was amiss, namely the cutlery and cooking utensils. No microwave is available in the kitchen. Only 1 front door key is available, which makes it a bit awkward if you're going out at different times.

- Alistair (8/5): Overall good except the surprising heat and hob. - Very clean, very comfortable beds and well equipped. A lock on the bathroom door would have been nice for privacy. Instructions for the induction hob - it took 40 mins to work out how to make it work (we've never seen one before, only use gas hobs). A fan for each room would've been great. It was 30 Celsius in the house and hard to sleep.

- Mumuksa (10/5): Would definitely recommend this property, it was lovely. Didn’t disappoint at all, and far surpassed our expectations. - the pictures did not do it justice. This property was beautifully furnished from start to finish, the kitchen was stunning. And everything was absolutely beautiful and comfortable for groups travelling together. Everyone had space to relax and it was a great stay to catch up with friends!! Also a 2 min walk from a little tescos, kebab shops and bus stops. We had all we needed in one place, it was great!!! absolutely nothing to complain about. We loved it
