- Jorge (1/5): Get better customer service!!!! - The room was great clean and everything . The room next to us had their tv volume very high that it was very difficult to sleep and we have a 11 month old baby that kept waking up during the whole night cus of it . When I called the front desk to complain they told me they would check it out which they never did they ignored my complain and for 2 nights they had the volume all the way up until 5-6am .
- Gregory (7/5): - Clean rooms, friendly staff The bed was hard and the shower head wasn't fantastic
- Perales (5/5): - The young woman was very nice and accommodating at the front desk Our room had no phone and shampoo and conditioner but the young lady got us some
- Sherrie (7/5): -
- sheri (8/5): It was very close to gruene Texas, which is where I was going - Clean room and great breakfast I didn't like the fact that nobody would answer the phone when I tried to call it.
- Joe (4/5): -
- Luz (6/5): Ok - The had a wierd smell when we first walked in and the sofa bed was old and my friend did not want to pull out bed

- Ronald (5/5): Expected more for that price. - Kinda clean room. Location. Old beds. Sofa bed was old too...you could feel the springs. We saw roaches. Breakfast was not very good. Pool furniture was damaged.
- Teodora (10/5): easy access and very comfortable - Cleaning, good food , staff is nice Is very good
- Oscar (10/5): -
- Craig (2/5): Thin walls. - My overall score is confusing. I liked everything about the property but one thing The walls are paper thin. Got there on a Friday night so the rooms next to me were pretty loud. I could hear conversations in the next room over. Not the staff or the hotels fault but the builders fault
- Jennifer (10/5): Exceptional -
- Karen (7/5): Acceptable. Most likely not stay there again - Courteous staff. Clean rooms. Worst bed pillows on planet earth! Made sleeping MOST uncomfortable. Pool was not very clean
- Meghan (7/5): It was perfect for coming home and crashing, if you’re spending all day here maybe this isn’t your spot - Easily accessible, it was close to attractions and restaurants. It was in need of some commerce maintenance, in our room paint was discolored or chipped, there was some sort of metal paneling the the screws had come out of so it was just kinda hanging there but I was able to jam it back in place.
- Randolph (10/5): Exceptional -
- Vanessa (5/5): Passable - The breakfast was amazing. Blueberry waffles. Eggs, sausage, and another day egg omelets. Nothing was dry. Single yogurts, cereal, toast, and bananas. Coffee wasn't my favorite, but it was okay. The pool only had 3 chairs that were decent enough to sit. The rest were all broken and couldn't lay on them. The pool area needs updating. The room was pretty clean, but behind the toilet was pretty dirty.
- Lindsey (8/5): Very good - I liked the location. It was very easy to find and close to the attractions we were interested in. The hotel was clean and perfectly fine for our purposes. The people in the room above us were loud and disrespectful. They didn't quiet down until well after 10pm.
- Alexandra (10/5): Exceptional -
- Velasquez (7/5): Affordable stay in a safe area - The property was affordable. My kids enjoyed the complementary breakfast. The location felt safe. The staff was friendly. They could do a better job with cleaning.
- Carole (10/5): Exceptional -
- Cortez (10/5): I will stay here again - It was clean and staff was nice and polite. I liked everything
- Barnes (9/5): It was a great location and the price was fair - Convenient location It was fine
- Ladd (6/5): Pleasant - Terribly smelly and old interior. Outdoor pool arra was unusable. Staff was not friendly Price for old run down lodging was too high
- Roxanne (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean
- Jodi (8/5): What I expected from a Comfort Inn - It was as expected.
- Shawna (10/5): I will definitely stay here for all of my trips to New Braunfels! - The property was immaculate and staff very professional, kind and knowledgeable. Hot breakfast options everyday and excellent coffee. Jay, from the front desk, went above & beyond. No complaints or recommendations
- Irma (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kevin (9/5): Good value for great stay - The staff were friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and welcoming. Not Applicable
- Crystal (10/5): Exceptional - The staff were amazing. It was quiet and comfy. Not far from things to do in the city.
- Caryn (3/5): Poor - Room odor, bathroom floor dirty, electrical outlets didn’t work
- Lakendra (8/5): Very good - Breakfast was excellent. Fresh fruit variety of yogurt and TWO kinds of waffles. I also loved that they served eggs and sausage. Big thanks to the lady who works the breakfast, she was SUPER NICE. I traveled out of town for a wedding and check in was at three. I got to the hotel at four & our room wasn’t ready. Which caused a slight delay, however, I love how the host handled it with providing a slight upgrade.
- Sherfey (7/5): Met our needs - It met our needs for 1 night Older hotel with paint and furniture chips, wear and tear
- Mary (8/5): Very good -
- Traci (10/5): Exceptional - The staff were very friendly. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good.
- Robert (10/5): Amazing - Comfy beds and friendly staff.
- James (9/5): Good place, good value - Nice room clean and comfortable. Not very good breakfast. I ate toast only
- Maryann (3/5): I’m 68 years old they put me on the third floor. I felt dizzy every time I had to walk around half the building to find - Accessible The fact that they put me on the third floor, and I felt dizzy. I did not like the washer dryer. It was too far from my room. It was difficult to maneuver. The clothes weren’t dry even after I submitted the money through the app. It was a true pain to deal with
- Sheri (10/5): This was a fabulous hotel, friendly staff, great breakfast, - Quiet clean pool close to restaurants
- Janet (3/5): Poor - The staff was nice The room smelled weird and the coffee machine is in the restroom, the pillows were small and hard and the bed was super uncomfortable
- Arnold (10/5): Exceptional -
- Araceli (8/5): Very good -
- Adriana (5/5): Passable -
- Winquest (5/5): Passable - The front desk staff was great. Everyone was very nice and helpful. The hotel was only 5 min. from Schlitterbahn, which was great for us. Breakfast was very tasty with several options, which is good for anyone with kids. The beds were comfortable, except for the sofa bed. The room was clean. The pool was clear and clean. There were no extra pillows available at the front desk when we went to get bedding for the sofa bed. The room was pretty banged up. Multiple scuff marks and stains on the walls. The corner guards on the walls were cracked and broken, and one of the broken edges scratched my child as she walked by. The furniture was pretty banged up throughout the room. The vanity light cover was missing in the bathroom. The closet door wouldn't stay closed. As is the case in most hotels, the water pressure was poor. The air conditioning unit rattled a lot. The sofa pull out mattress was pretty old and gross looking and very uncomfortable. Overall, the room just needed some cosmetic repair and some updating. Outside around the pool, the patio furniture was aged, and some of the chairs were broken. The grill was falling apart and needed to be replaced. The hotel is right off the highway, so there is a lot of road noise.
- Wayne (6/5): Pleasant -
- Veronica (4/5): Disappointing -
- Mayra (8/5): Very good -
- Bilyeu (4/5): Disappointing - The pool was well maintained and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The ac in our room was not working. We notified the staff and they moved us to another room. The ac in the second room worked but was lack luster. There was a bug that crawled on our bed as we were trying to sleep. Both rooms were dirty.
- Shannon (8/5): Very good -
- Williams (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jose (8/5): Very good -
- Virginia (1/5): Don’t spend your money here - The room smelled. Maybe there was water damage. The AC unit was loud too.
- Deborah (10/5): Fun and enjoyable as always - We have been staying here the past 5 years every summer for vacation. Everyone is always nice and hotel is clean, comfortable and of a good value. Close to all the things we enjoy doing.
- Cindy (8/5): Very good -
- Rubio (6/5): Pleasant - Very clean, room looked good Beds were not comfortable, a/c made alot of noise.
- Mary (9/5): Superb -
- Sylvia (8/5): Very good -
- Castellanos (8/5): Very good -
- William (7/5): Good -
- Anonymous (3/5): The hotel was not what i expected not clean and had a smell inside the rooms and hallways - Nothing really Not clean
- Patricia (8/5): Good - Breakfast and location good. Price a little high
- Josie (1/5): it was disappointing. - location was good room was dirty and smelled like cigarettes
- Anthony (9/5): Superb - Breakfast was just alright, at best
- Belljcnh (8/5): Very good -
- Ashlee (10/5): Great stay - Nice sized room, comfortable and safe. n/a
- David (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anonymous (6/5): Pleasant -
- Holly (8/5): 8 minutes from Schlitterbahn - The staff was super friendly Only thing I didn't like is the gym closes at 7:00 p.m. . I think it should be open till 10:00 just like the pool.
- Peter (7/5): Good -
- Kristin (10/5): Great family trip at a great hotel. - Staff was great, breakfast was good, hotel was clean, and the room was nice sized.
- Amber (1/5): You’re on your own here! Plunge your own toilet - Breakfast was ok, the ladies taking care of it were very nice. That really was the only decent part of this hotel. The bed was relatively comfortable. Upon our arrival the floor outside our room had trash and crumbs all over. Shortly after we got in our room we realized our toilet was clogged- when I went To call the front desk- the phone didn’t work and the receiver was covered in what looked like old dried ice cream. When I went Down to the lobby- the guy at the desk told me that maintenance wouldn’t be working until tomorrow- I asked How we were supposed to use the bathroom and he just shrugged. I asked To move rooms and he said they were full. I asked About a plunger and he handed it to me to work on the toilet myself. No apologies. The pull out sofa bed was dirty and had crumbs all over it. Not worth the money at all.
- Yanira (5/5): Passable -
- Jared (9/5): Superb -
- Tomasa (8/5): It was very nice and simple place with being overpriced. - Small not over crowded and easy to leave and come. That the drapes were too long and would cover the air at times.
- Luna (2/5): Although the room temperature was nice, the room was filthy. - Breakfast was decent. The room was dirty. The bed skirts, carpet, bathroom floors, and sofa were filthy.
- Stephanie (5/5): Tolerable, but will not stay in a comfort suite again. - Great location! Pool was clean and well maintained. Big spacious room! No ac in main areas of the hotel, had to eat breakfast in small dining area that did not have enough seating, toilet backed up first night there could not call front desk as phone would not work, went down in the morning and was handed a plunger (in a bag, that part was thoughtful) and told to clear it myself and if it did not help let them know so when the person comes in after 10am they could have them look at it. Bed was super hard and uncomfortable, did not have actual pillows but sheets bundled up and shaped like mini pillows. Bathtub mat had a piece of hair from I am assuming a previous guest and the corner was folded up and had mold on it. I have definitely stayed in worse, but by far now worth what I paid or what the pictures show this location to be.
- Anonymous (10/5): We couldn’t ask for anything more . - We liked the cleanliness , friendliness of the staff as well as establishment , and overall location. There is nothing I would critique . Our experience was smooth sailing, easy, and convenient. Definitely would go back . N/A it’s a suite , what more can anybody expect . The price I paid for one night is questionable ..?? If that’s a reason to not like the property. Maybe it was the season . Either way, not complaining .
- Grace (8/5): Very good -
- Araceli (1/5): Not worth the money we spent. - Close to the highway. The rooms were damp, and smelled of mildew. A/C not working properly.
- Anonymous (6/5): I wouldn’t stay in this hotel again. - The installations were clean and comfortable but the service at the front desk was so rude except for the breakfast bar staff they were so nice and helpful…
Overall I think the room fees are very pricey. The front owner and receptionist at front desk were very rude people and make you feel unwelcome.
- Gilberto (2/5): Stay here if you want to sweat indoors, have loose faucets, limited toilet paper, and a sore back. - Nothing, will not be returning here. The cleaning ladies on 2nd floor were very friendly and professional. Bed, the AC in the lobby was off and reading 87 degrees, the room was also hot upon entry, reading 85, the breakfast was ok-ish, the facilities are in dire need of maintenance. I will not be returning here ever again.
- Storme (4/5): Unclean and uncomfortable. - Staff/check in process/accessibility Stains all over walls, blood in shower tiles, entry to room had huge gaps all around the physical door, beds were stained, AC would cool then blow fan air out for a bit, pillows were literally smaller than couch throw pillows and hard, bed skirt also was stained with substance, trash and a cookie on floor. Overall, felt gross and I was thankful for it being only 1 night. However, for the price I think a motel 6 is equivalent but much more cost effective.
- Ruby (5/5): Passable - The staff were actually nice and the location was pretty good, close to many stores and restaurants The entire hotel felt warm. The carpets are very dirty, our bathroom toilet was not cleaned properly, our room was extremely hot I had to ask for a fan just to feel some comfort. We definitely over paid for this place.
- Juliana (9/5): Superb - Convenient location
- Anita (10/5): Exceptional - Nice location and comfortable room. Everything I liked
- Ashley (7/5): Good - Big room with plenty of space for our family. Great location. Not very clean in certain areas of the room like under the bed side table and couch. Bathroom wasn’t great either.
- Patricia (4/5): Disappointing - the location was nice, the room smelled like wet dog, the carpet was old and stinky, i felt i was over charged for a night that i couldnt make it there but i stayed in the same choice hotel in la, but communications with the manager was useless even though i am a returning customer for years. i just think he should have cut me some slack.
- Ashley (1/5): Bad - They didn’t even have a room for us available That we couldn’t stay there or cancel our reservation
