• Luna Philou (7/5): Authentic stay with a few logistical challenges - Bright, pleasant apartment and a great home base. It’s a perfect spot if you’re spending a few days in Rijeka or planning a road trip into Istria to see Poreč. Lots of natural light and very comfortable! While the apartment itself has charm, there are several practical points guests should be aware of. It is located on the third floor with no elevator access, which is an important consideration for seniors or those with limited mobility. We encountered a few maintenance issues during our stay: the dining table lamp was non-functional, and the bathroom sink was missing its seal, which made for an unpleasant experience. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was inconsistent and struggled to support video streaming. Logistics Tip: Finding the property was quite difficult as the house number is not visible and local road closures made Google Maps unreliable. I would recommend asking the host for specific landmarks or a pin in advance. Also, please note the coffee machine is not a Nespresso-compatible model, so you may need to check your pods before arriving.

• Mia (10/5): - Everything was great, spacious and clean property with a nice view. Just a small detail, I couldn’t find a dish sponge and towels for the kitchen, but other than that nothing to point out.

• Ana (10/5): - The apartment is beautiful, clean, and modern, with everything you could need. Check-in is from 3 PM, free parking, helpful owner, about around 4 km from the city center, and just a few minutes from the university and campus. Highly recommend!

• Roberto (10/5): Siamo stati benissimo e Martina è stata gentilissima. - Sono anni che vado in giro per Fiume e ho dormito ovunque, ma credo che questa sia la miglior soluzione che abbia mai trovato, un posto veramente apposto sotto tutti i punti di vista. Nulla da dischiarare

• Roxana (10/5): Nice and modern apartment - Very beautiful and modern apartment, well-equipped, situated in a quiet area, relatively close to a medieval castle, that has inside a terrace that is opened late in the evening. Very nice and helpful host. The only problem could be the fact that it`s located at the third floor, without elevator and for those with a lot of laguagge it could be an inconvenient.

• Soso1175 (10/5): Exceptional - Very quiet location, with free parking next to the building. Compared to the rest of the city, the area is modern and much cleaner. Fully equipped apartment for a comfortable stay like at home - various ingredients in the kitchen, spices, water and juice in the fridge, coffee maker and various teas, cleaning products, etc. Very attentive host who helped us with a lot of advice and answers to all our questions. A perfect accommodation for a short or longer stay. The distance to the beaches is quite long, so a car is necessary. For us it was a good starting point to explore the beaches in the area.

• Grace (10/5): Lovely and peaceful - It was so clean and the area was so safe. Incredible place for a nice getaway. They left us a bottle of wine too which was such a nice surprise.

Frankly, nothing or almost nothing. Perhaps the fact that there is no lift / elevator in the building is a downside, but there isn't much that can be done!
• Smith (9/5): Overall fantastic stay. - This very nice modern apartment is built to a high standard. The finishing touches like chocolates, Milk in the fridge. Communication with the host was great. They even dropped off some complimentary wine for us. All Very much apricated. Nothing really. Only trouble we had was no fault of the host was some local roads being blocked off for works that made navigation to and from very difficult.

Apartment was perfectly clean, there were some fruits and chocolate and free drinks which was exceptional and not usual so big plus to host for that. Key was in lockbox which I prefer because is possible to arrive any time without disturbing the host if you arrive in night time. nothing, everything was great and over the standard
