• Renate (1/5): INAKZEPTABEL - ABZOCKE - Nach erfolgter Buchung im Alta Borghesia kurzfristig ohne vorhergehende Information über Whats App in Ersatzhotel DON PEDRO DE TOLEDO ZIMMER 54 umgebucht ( angeblich seit Vortag Wasserschaden ,Buchung war aber gerade mal eine Stunde vorher ) Hinterhofzimmer , Eingang zwischen Tische der Pizzeria neben Mistkübel stickiges ,dreckiges , feuchtes , muffiges Zimmer laute Umgebung da sehr spät abends , entschlossen wir für 1 Nacht ,statt gebuchten 3 zu bleiben kontaktierte Besitzer um 9h morgens um Rückmeldung, diese erfolgte erst Stunden später

• Stefania (6/5): Va bene per stare a Monopoli una notte! - Ottima la posizione. Non mi è piaciuto che non hanno lasciato nel bagno nessun tipo di servizio del tipo saponi e shampoo. Inoltre, la camera principale ha un'unica porta finestra che si affaccia su un cavedio pieno di condizionatori che fanno rumore e non si spengono mai per tutta la notte. In generale nella camera è difficile cambiare l'aria e non si respira bene. Infine la cosa che più non mi è piaciuta è che non c'è stata alcuna accoglienza di check in e check out, tutte le operazioni sono state fatte autonomamente tramite chiavi lasciate in una cassettina con un codice inviato dopo il pagamento e l'invio dei documenti via whatapp.

• Razvan Alexandru (8/5): - The location was very good, close to everything we needed. The apartment was clean and the bed comfortable. Had no AC, but the fan in the bedroom did its job, keeping us cool.
• Carmen (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent host, real time responses and she offered to clean my apartment, refresh towels free of charge during my 6-day long stay. I decided to have guests the last night and she accommodated that also free of charge. Immaculate room, smelled good and strategic location with a 10 min walk to the train station and the city center. Convenience stores all within minutes. Would go there again! It's pitch dark at night if you close the door shutters (for safety reasons) and the bathroom shutter (for privacy) -the bathroom window is the only one. Because of the nature of the room (only one window), not great air circulation,.so it's quite chill (great for those who don't tolerate the heat). Not enough sockets to plug in electronic devices - the room could use an adapter or two

• Jimena (6/5): Nice room for short stays - The room is ok just for a couple of nights, it’s just a room with and independent entrance the location is good because is close to a lot of markets but if you want to go to the beach you have to walk like 15min There’s no AC which was hard bc we went in summer and jt was hot
