• Scott (10/5): - Incredible hosts! The property was great and had everything we needed. Walkable to the town of San Teodoro and so close to many of Sardinia’s great beaches. Would recommend to anyone!
• Iuliana (10/5): - The room is very nice, modern, with a large bathroom and a lot of space in the shower, which was very important for us. The terrace is a big plus, being a very good place to enjoy a cold drink in the afternoon or evening, overlooking the garden. The location of the villa is also very good. You can reach the city center in a few minutes on foot, and the beach very quickly by car. Also a big plus are the beach accessories, such as parasols, deck chairs and so on, which the owner puts at your disposal. And last but not least, the owner, a very friendly person, more than dedicated to showing you places to visit or where you can eat very well or enjoy a delicious ice cream. We highly recommend the villa and looking foreword to go there next year.

• Ellen (10/5): A must stay for San Teodoro - The property was on a quiet street 500m from the centre of the town. There is a parking space too. Andrea was an exceptional host and gave us many recommendations for dinner/tours etc. The room itself was spotless and really modern. The AC was great and honestly I think the bed was the comfiest I have ever slept in lol!! Would 10000% recommend!

A few things would really help improve the comfort of the room: blackout blinds as the street lights across the street are extremely bright at night & brightens the room, and a blanket for the bed- there was only a sheet on the bed.

The villa itself is beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly located, but what truly made my stay unforgettable was the host, Andrea. Andrea is the best host I have ever had—warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, always available to help and full of great recommendations. You can tell he takes great pride in both the villa and in making his guests feel at home. If you are visiting Sardinia, I cannot recommend Villa Berenike and Andrea highly enough. Thank you, Andrea, for making my trip so special—I look forward to returning!
• Mauro 1978 (10/5): Tranquillissimo e bellissimo alloggio - Tutto molto bello e i gestori sono gentilissimi. L'alloggio è situato non lontano dalla spiaggia La Cinta. Tranquillamente raggiungibile a piedi. Anche il centro di San Teodoro si può raggiungere a piedi, con moltissimi ristoranti.

• Nunzia (10/5): Tutto bellissimo dalla camera alla posizione. - Posizione ideale, raggiungibili a piedi sia la spiaggia La Cinta che il centro, oltre a essere vicino anche ai supermercati. Parcheggio privato molto comodo. Camera curata e accogliente, con un terrazzino davvero spettacolare! In macchina si raggiungono facilmente anche le spiagge più conosciute in 20/30 minuti. Andrea è stato gentilissimo e ci ha dato ottimi consigli su cosa visitare. Consigliatissimo! Nulla!

The house itself is beautiful and located in a quiet area, with dedicated parking spots for each room—which is a huge plus. The hosts were fantastic, offering helpful tips and making sure we had everything we needed. We especially appreciated having a fridge in the room, and even more so the shared freezer outside, where each room has a designated drawer. This was perfect for storing coolers and other items. The overall experience was excellent, and we would definitely choose this accommodation again if we return. Honestly, nothing bad to say—everything was just great!

The location was perfectly situated on a quiet road close to the beach and close to the centre of town. • Ignas (10/5): Prime example of how to host a stay. - The best place to stay in Sardinia. The host was very welcoming, explained the whole San Teodoro and shared recommendations. The person care for the guests was impeccable! On top of that, the host asked for advice how to improve; it is very apparent they are looking to make this the best place to stay in San Teodoro. However, this drive to improve the villa has definitely made it the best place to stay in San Teodoro, and maybe whole Sardinia.

We liked that the property was close to the town and the best beach around, Cinta. The owner, Andrea was exceptionally nice and went out of his way to make us feel welcomed. I think it would be nice to have beach towels at one's disposal. Also, it would be great if there was a full length mirror in the room.

The location is perfect—just a short walk to beautiful beaches and close to the town center, yet quiet enough for a relaxing stay. The hosts are incredibly welcoming and attentive, making you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. The room is clean, well-equipped, and offers fantastic value for money, especially considering the prime location. • Anna (8/5): Very good - Amazing hosts - very friendly and helpful!! Villa Berenike is a house, which consists of 4 rooms. Rooms #1 and 4 have got the most privacy as they are not attached to other rooms (all rooms are freshly renovated). The house is well located on a quiet street - a walking distance to the center (~7minutes) and beaches (~20 min), Please consider that the rooms are cleaned only every 3 days.
• Jason (10/5): Exceptional - High end boutique style room with private bathroom and terrace, all.with modern fittings. Very comfortable bed, coffee machine, very nice modern bathroom. There is a shared area outside to prepare food but we eat out. 15 minutes walk to beach (small supermarkethalf way there), 8 minute walk to lovely centre which is very buzzing at night with people. Good quiet sleep.on both nights. Host very helpful with various answers to questions over the time we stayed. Would love to stay here again. Don't see these as didn't likes, maybe just tips on how to improve, hooks to hang towels on in bathroom, a toilet roll holder, maybe some sort of small table in wardrobe room to put bags/cases on so off floor. Nice cups for coffee machine. None of this would stop us staying here again.
