• Abdelhak El Kahli (10/5): - استقبال ممتاز. غرفة شاسعة. قريبة من المسبح و الشاطىء. قدموا لي مجانا جهاز انترنيت مشحون في كل مدة إقامتي. سرير كبير و مريح. كل المستخدمين بدون استثناء كانوا أناسا طيبون يقدمون يد العون و المساعدة في اي لحظة. مكان مؤمن و محروس ليل نهار. المجموعة الفندقية تتواجد وسط العديد من المطاعم و المقاهي و المحلات التجارية التي تقدم خدمات بأثمنة جد مناسبة. ضجيج و غبار بعض الإصلاحات التي كانت مدة إقامتي
• Lucy (6/5): Good value for money - Good location. Pool area was nice. I had to ask for basic items - a towel, soap, and toilet paper. The towel I was given was not a nice white towel that you would expect in a hotel but an old towel. Beach area is small and the sea is very shallow, you have to walk a long way to swim.

• Carla (1/5): - Ich hatte ein preiswertes Studio für 1 Woche gebucht - anhand der Fotos schien es mir nicht schön..Aus dem Grund habe ich über Sie ein um 80 Euro teueres "Deluxe Studio mit Terasse gebucht und das preiswerte storniert. Was ich dann erhalten habe ist eigentlich unverschämt. Alles abgerantz und schiefe Küchentüren die sich nicht schließen ließen. 1Brotmesser keinerlei normales Geschirr. Keine Kleiderbügel. Und überall Baustelle. Ich bin sehr verärgert, dass ich ein angebliches Deluxe Studio gebucht habe und wahrscheinlich das billigere erhalten habe. Mein Sohn hat auch dort ein Appartement gehabt aber wesentlich besser. Er hat viel weniger bezahlt. Bitte zahlen Sie mir die 80 Eur Aufpreis zurück. Denn ich gehe mal davon aus,dass die Rezeption mir das billige Appartement was ich vorher gebucht habe einfach gegeben hat. Liebe Grüße Siehe oben

• Karin (10/5): Perfect time at a great and clean place - Amazing compound and great stuff. Love the pool, the beach and everything about it. I forgot something important in the flat. They found it and helped me to get it back. So thankful!

• imen (3/5): - Les lit sont confortable et la chambre est bien spacieuse La Clim fonctionne bien De grande piscine Belle plage mais l’eau est très chaude Il a pas du tout de réseaux dans tout l’établissement même en dehors et même quand on achète une sim d’Égypte ça ne fonctionne pas du tout, la télé ne fonctionner pas dans ma chambre non plus donc on peu aucunement se divertir ou rester sur son téléphone. Les chambres ne sont pas régulière nettoyer voir pour ma part jamais. Des effluves de pipi remonte dans les toilettes ce qui fais puer toute la chambre ! Donc on doit toujours garder la lumière allumer de la salle de bain pour avoir la ventilation. Dans ma chambre je n’avais pas d’eau chaude et la pression de l’eau était très faible. La poignée de la porte était cassée donc difficile de rentrer dans l’appartement à des moments. Il a des coupures d’électricité. Le prix est bas mais pas grand chose ne suit L’expérience est différente selon quel appartement vous est attribué pour ma part c’était celui du bas vu sur la piscine !

There was no soap or toilet paper in the bathroom, and no towels either. The building was super dirty. The worst place we've ever stayed. nothing everything was terrible!

• Ayse (7/5): Good - The room is nice comfortable and clean. Unfortunately several times we had " the cut of electricity and water" .It is extremly disappointing. When electritcty is cut that means no air condition no cattle boiling for a cup of tea and no TV. When the water supply is cut that means you can not get a shower after swimming no washing , no cooking. This is a different management issue because , there is a credit and card system charged by management and it does not involve the guest. The guest has already charged everything beforehand. The staff comes and makes the system works. If the staff does not come and check the system on time, that means you do not have water and electricity. Although B block is mostly finished , during our stay there were lots of building work and continously noise from 9 am till late afternoon . It was impossible to rest or sleep at least 3 days of our stay. Cut of electricity Cut of water supply Noise of building works .
• Victor (7/5): Confortable - The location, the room sizes and the easy access to the beach and swimming pool. The manager was very quickly to solve any problem. The staff is friendly but slow. They did not bring paper toilet to the room, even after requesting several times, at the end I bought from the supermarket. They did not change the towels of the room and during the checkout they requested me to pay for the towel because it was dirty. After talking with the manager the problem was solved.

• Krisztina (3/5): Horrible place, if you want something good for yourself don't go here!!! - Nothing We arrived from the airport after midnight, booking the room was relatively easy. BUT what happened after that!! The room smelled musty, mold stains in the bathroom, there was not a single towel in the room, no shower gel, nothing! We went back to the reception, where at first they didn't want to believe us that there were no towels, no shower gel, nothing. After that they started calling and after 1 hour of waiting we got beach towels! They took 1 hour out of my life with that! Horrible place!
• Ladan (10/5): Feels like from home to home 🥰 - It has very beautiful beach, swimming pools are good sizes and well looked after garden. Professional management, (Mr Karim) is a great host. Nothing! They are different apartments privately owned but managed by the resort, make sure you book the right one. Can be different facilities and decor!
