• Christopher (10/5): - Great location. Apartment was on the ground floor with windows facing a quiet courtyard. Easy walk to restaurants, bars, and attractions or take the tram 50m away. Clean apartment stocked with most of the things you need to get settled in. Even had some drinks in the fridge and coffee. The Wi-Fi was fast.

Es muy fácil de llegar en tranvía, esta a pocas estaciones de la estación de tren El apartamento es espacioso y es más bonito que en las fotos. Estaba muy limpio y tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días cómodos. La cocina súper completa.”, cafetera, hervidor, lavavajillas, trapo para la cocina, etc… La comunicación con el propietario fue fácil. Buena relación calidad - precio. Como leímos en otros comentarios, en el apartamento no entra mucha luz y es oscuro pero para nosotros estuvo ok usando las luces. Tampoco hay mucha ventilación.

• Lizeth (10/5): Perfect accommodation - It was very comfortable, the location is great, 10 minutes walking to Santa Maria del Fiore, there is a tram station right in front of the accommodation and it was very clean. The host very kind gave us many recommendations and was attentive and responsive all time. I’d love to come back!! I liked everything.

Location is quite convenient as it is a few stops accessible by tram to the train station. Original comment: Very minor but host was 30 to 40 min late to give me the keys. Otherwise, I will have given a 10.0 score. Replied comment: I would like to clarify that my review was meant to be objective and constructive. When I mentioned that you were 30 to 40 minutes late, it was not a personal attack or an assumption about what you were doing. Regardless of the reason—be it cycling in extreme weather or managing other properties—the fact remains that I was left waiting for a considerable amount of time, which impacted my experience. As a paying guest, punctuality in key handover is a basic expectation. I appreciate your efforts in managing multiple places, but a professional approach would involve either being on time or arranging for someone else to assist, especially given your commitments. I hope you will take this feedback in the right spirit to improve future guest experiences. I did not submit a false claim in the review at all.

• Huong (10/5): Amazing place to stay in center of Florence - Apartment in center of Florence, the location couldn’t be better. We walked 6 minutes to David statue and Museum of Da Vinci. A few more minutes to all main attractions. The Aparment had everything we needed and was clean and quiet. Matteo the host was very friendly, attentive and caring. The place was also animal friendly. I can recommend it to anyone especially family of 3-4 or group of friends. Grazie and I hope to come back in the future!

Check in was pretty easy and the apartment was great, just like described. You should be comfortable enough to fit up to 4 people, has quite a lot of kitchen utensils, including dish washer, as well as towels and bathroom equipment. Quite good location to everything, especially the recommended restaurants the host gave us. Overall amazing

Fanta - The apartment was fantastic—about a 10 minute walk from the Duomo. Really secure, peaceful, and nice. The bus station is also nearby to make for easy travel. The apartment was very clean and Matteo, the owner, was fantastic with helping us and pointing us to beautiful locations. As for the interior, the beds were super comfortable! The kitchen was spacious and the bathroom was pleasant. All necessities (and then some) were provided and Matteo was very easy to communicate with for when we needed anything. Highly recommend staying here. Very minor but the door blends in with the wall, which can be a bit hard to spot. But again, super minor.
