• Anja (10/5): Great - Appartment is big, cozy and clean, located 5-10 minutes walking to Ravenna's attractions. The host was very kind, he gave us all the instructions about self check in. Kitchen is very well equiped, as well as bathroom. Big plus for the number of towels :) It's not the accomodation problem - be prepared that free parking on the street near appartment is almost always full.

Arredamento un po' retro', stile casa della nonna, ma comunque accogliente, funzionale e pulitissimo Parcheggio gratuito praticamente sotto casa. Un po' scomoda la doccia nella vasca da bagno.

Equipement de la cuisine vraiment faible: peu d ustensiles de cuisine,cafetière minimaliste pour 6 personnes,vaisselles à compléter,verres insuffisants et seulement à eau,absence de grille pains. Une insonorisation compliquée lorsque les appartements inférieur et supérieur sont occupés surtout le matin et le soir.

• Monyc (10/5): - Appartamento grande pulito e ben attrezzato. Proprietari gentilissimi, mettono a disposizione alcuni prodotti per la colazione e altro. Purtroppo per mancanza di tempo non abbiamo visitato Ravenna ma l'appartamento si trova vicina al centro in una bella zona tranquilla. Da ritornare sicuramente.
• Gabriella Gilli (10/5): - Il gestore della struttura mi ha contattato una settimana prima per avvisarmi che l'appartamento non sarebbe stato disponibile per le date prenotate a causa di un problema tecnico, ma avevano provveduto a spostarci in un'altra struttura b&b in centro a Ravenna, che ha superato le nostre aspettative. Davvero gentilissimo!

Parcheggio sotto casa top. Siamo stati benissimo, i proprietari sono gentilissimi e ci hanno fatto i complimenti per come abbiamo lasciato l'appartamento: in tanti anni è la prima volta che ci capita.. e fa piacere, perché anche questo, oltre a dimostrare attenzione per l'ospite, evidenzia quel rispetto reciproco, che, a quanto pare, non è mai scontato... Grazie davvero!
• Annalisa (8/5): Comodo appartamento per visitare Ravenna - Appartamento molto spazioso e caldo (abbiamo soggiornato a dicembre). Parcheggio direttamente fuori casa. Il centro di Ravenna è raggiungibile in 10/15 minuti a piedi. Un solo bagno per 6 persone.

• Mathilde (10/5): - Je suis rarement allee dans un logement qui avait un aussi bon rapport qualite prix: le logement etait incroyablement spacieux, tres bien situe, tres propre, confortable, vraiment agreable et les hotes etaient extrement accueillants et flexibles. Je reviendrais sans hesiter et je recommanderais a n'importe qui me demandant ou loger a Ravennes! /

• Katalina L. (9/5): Perfekt - Es war alles hervorragend, Parken auf der Strasse unkompliziert und wir konnten auch unsere Fahrräder im Haus abstellen. Mit Rädern ist man auch sehr schnell in der Stadt, zu Fuß geht es aber ebenfalls. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß. Freundlicher Gastgeber. Die Beleuchtung und Einrichtung im Wohnzimmer hat uns nicht ganz so gut gefallen, aber das ist natürlich eine Geschmacksfrage und hat unseren Aufenthalt nicht beeinträchtigt.

• Gergely (9/5): - Kutyabarát szállás, ízléses olasz-stílusú berendezés, kényelmes, nagy ágyak és nagy szobák. A tulajdonos nagyon kedves és segítőkész. A szállás közel van a Via Maggiore-hoz és és a Porta Adriana-hoz. Ingyenes az utcán a parkolás. Sok volt a szúnyog a környéken, főleg eső után és nincs szúnyogháló az ablakokon, a szobákban nincs légkondícioláló, csak a plafonon ventilátor, de az egy kicsit hangos.

Rue gratuite pour se garer, nous avons toujours trouve facilement de la place. Machine à laver disponible au rdc à partager avec les autres appartements mais libre les deux fois où nous en avons eu besoin. Un peu plus de vaisselle serait un plus.

• koen (9/5): Heel ruim en stijlvol ingericht appartement met goede ligging. - Heel ruim appartement met 3 grote slaapkamers en ruime living. Alles is stijlvol ingericht. Goed uitgeruste keuken met grote koelkast.. Heel goede ligging, dichtbij het centrum. 's Nachts was het wel warm in de slaapkamers. Er is maar 1 airco en die hangt in de hall.

• Vladimir (10/5): An excellent variant for a family with two or more children or for a company of two families. - Those are large, clean and very convenient apartments. Location is in a quiet area, 5 min. walk from the city center and 15 min. walk from the main sightseeings. There are three big rooms with double bed in each, a kitchen and a big dining room. Everything is fully equipped. The furniture is a bit old, but this makes a journey even more interesting and exotic for us. The landlady was very polite and helpful.

• Rosanna (9/5): Everything exceeded expectations - Location - price - host availability to answer questions It has been a very cold few days and the spacious rooms are hard to heat properly: even with all the radiators at full blast the only comfortably warm room was the bathroom, probably due to its smaller size. I am sure that during the rest of the year the temperature is lovely

Located just an easy 10 min walk from the city center, big, spacious, fully equipped with everything you might need (even got free pasta, tuna, beans, croissants, nutella etc.). Free parking on the street in front, easy self-check in process and easy communication with the host. Clean.

• Suzan (10/5): Exceptional - The property was very clean and spacious. It was a 5 minute walk to city center. Host recommended restaurants. There is a small grocery store that is in center of city center where water and other items more reasonable. There is an upscale grocery store also but more pricey. Owner will have to tell you the name. We also found a great trattoria restaurant called “Trattoria la Rustica” not far from lodging. Host communicate well. Just make sure you get information before you get there to get in and helpful to use what’s app if you don’t have international service. Very nice setting around other buildings. Washing machine is on first floor. We were in second floor and no elevator but very easy and wide stairs. There was a balcony in front and back and it was wonderful on out late September days None

• Arkadiusz (9/5): Very nice owners - There was a small delay in check-in, but the owners, who are very nice people, compensated it more than enough: 2 bottles of wine, a pie and ice-cream and covered the city tax. Very nice of them and thanks a lot for it! The apartment is very spacious. It's got the kitchen utensils. It wasn't very hot so we didn't lack the AC. The house is in the quiet street. 10-minute walk from the old city and 20 minutes from the station. There are insect repellents in the sockets. In the description there is a washing machine. Actually, there isn't.
