• Jenny (10/5): An excellent apartment with every amenity in a stunning elevated setting with beautiful views. - Such a friendly and helpful host, Ane. Good communication throughout booking and stay. The apartment was immaculate and every need was catered for. This apartment was certainly very well equipped. Toilet rolls provided too which we were appreciative of. She was always on hand in case of any queries and responded quickly. The terrace is enormous and overlooking the stunning pool and bays. Sunloungers and cushions were readily available too. We used the WiFi regularly and didn’t have an issue. This apartment is close to the main town of Cavtat so bars, restaurants, bus and ferry connections etc all within walking distance. As we already knew from other reviews, this apartment was up a very steep hill on return from the town so is a consideration for anyone with issues regarding steps/hills. However, we hired a car from the airport so this aspect didn’t cause us any difficulties. The property is on the flight path, already mentioned in other reviews, but again, the planes are only flying from around 7.30 am until 11pm ish. Therefore through the night there are no disturbances. In fact, it’s a very peaceful location which was perfect.

• Jane (9/5): Loved our stay in Cavtat and in this villa. I would highly recommend it. - The location was great and the balcony of the villa had fabulous views across the bay and down towards the town. Five minutes walk downhill gets you to Cavtat, so it was very convenient. The villa was well equipped and had a washing machine etc. Having the use of the pool was great, but it was very cold unfortunately (mid-May) because the sun hadn't heated it up yet. I'd recommend later in May/early June. The host was very helpful and obliging. Be aware that the pictures of the property show rooms in various villas, so some rooms in the villa we got were a little different to the pictures, but everything was fine. Just something to be aware of. The villa is situated at the top of a hill so the walk back up from Cavtat is quite tough, and would not be for anyone with mobility issues etc. We didn't mind it though.

• Paul (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, six minutes walk to town. Very clean inside and out, and the pool area. Everything you needed in the property, great AC, washing machine. Very comfortable beds. Would 100% return. Great hosts, good comms and even brought us two umbrellas down when it rained all day. Nothing at all. Would have liked to have seen some plastic cups to take down to the pool area as glass shouldn’t really be down there. Would have also liked to see more bins and which ones were for what recycling items.

• Michele (9/5): Very high standard of accommodation in the beautiful town of Cavtat, can’t recommend highly enough. - Spacious, spotless, very nicely furnished, comfortable beds, very well equipped, responsive host, the most amazing views, 5 minutes from airport by taxi. Aircraft a little noisy overhead but only during the day.

Great location, 5-10 minutes walk to centre. Quite an uphill walk back from town so not suitable for everyone. Would definitely book again!! Nothing

We had 2 bathrooms, everything was just perfect for us. The outside space, pool and the whole pool area is fabulous. We loved Cavtat and the local area. There was nothing we didnt like.
• Lisa (10/5): Amazing and wonderful!! - We were so pleased by the friendliness of thoughtfulness of hostess (Owner?) Mrs Ane. We felt very welcomed and this place is amazing! The view from the Villa is breathtaking beautiful, it is worth to walk up and down every day (by the way it is not too far to down town about 10-12 Mins walk (restaurants, bus station 10 to commute to Dubrovnik or to take a cruise tour). The villa is very clean and kitchen utilities are very complete. Our daughters have enjoyed very much too staying at this villa with swimming pool!! We will come back for our holiday again. Non.
