• Anne-Lie (10/5): Fantastiskt vistelse. - Detta var en enastående vacker lägenhet med ett högt läge med utsikt. Fina sovrum, bra kök och bekväma möbler i vardagsrummet. Mysigt! Sentenil är en plats med stora höjdskillnader vilket kräver en del för att nå huset som ligger högt upp. Det var också mycket svårt att hitta.
• Denys (9/5): Très bel appartement en hauteur avec vue dans un village typique - La cuisinette bien fenestrée (quoique un peu petite), la vue de la petite terrasse adjacente à la cuisinette, la situation au cour de la ville , le confort des chambres et des 2 salles de bain Le salon sombre, le mobilier un peu trop gros pour l’espace terrasse, pas de lave linge
• Maria Laura (10/5): Mirador propio - La terraza es espectacular. Practicamente un mirador privado. Los baños impecables. Limpios, cómodos. La blanqueria, un lujo. Mantas para la terraza. Los electrodomésticos muy bien también. Tuvimos un corte de carretera antes de llegar y el anfitrión estuvo atento constantemente a nuestros mensajes. Si vas con equipaje, recordá que el alojamiento está en altura.

• Sonja (9/5): Gelungener Aufenthalt. Setenil ist eine Reise wert. - Das Haus ist sehr sauber, hat Alles was man braucht, inkl. Kaffeemaschine und hat eine schöne Terrasse. Die Lage ist toll, wunderbare Aussicht. Alles zu Fuss erreichbar in Setenil. Es ist etwas schwierig zu finden. Wir kamen nicht mit dem Auto bis zum Haus. Das Gepäck dann vom Parkhaus zum Haus zu bringen ist etwas mühsam. Einige Treppen zu steigen.

• susan (10/5): A special place - This is a gem. The patio area with stunning views and comfy seats in the sun was blissful. The whole apartment is beautifully decorated and cosy. Loved the bedroom waking up to views over the village. Nothing. The streets are v narrow and blocked off from tourists. So it was a little hard to find , and we did worry Incase we were not supposed to drive in. But there is a square with the church which is a minutes walk and the locals assured us it was ok. The best way in was the road by the restaurant at the top of the road.

• brian (10/5): - This house has been renovated to a high standard. All the furniture and facilities are very good and comfortable. I messed up the heating, and the hostess was pretty much straight over and sorted it. Excellent service. The town views from the lofty terrace are lovely and especially at night time. Highly recommended place to stay.

• Mayte (7/5): Estancia cómoda - La casa estaba muy bien situada y muy limpia. La casa es muy cómoda y amplia No recibí ningún mensaje del alojamiento para recibir las instrucciones. Tuve que llamar el mismo día ya que no disponía del PIN para coger las llaves. Éramos cuatro personas y no nos podíamos duchar uno detrás del otro ya que el termo no tenía esa capacidad
• Mari Carmen (10/5): - La casa es preciosa, las camas muy cómodas, con todo lo necesario para desayunar o preparar algo de comer, la terraza es un sueño y las vistas increíbles Para acceder hay que aparcar en el parking los caños y hay que subir muchas escaleras, pero si lo vas con lo básico el camino es corto y muy bonito

Apple Maps stated we were at our destination in the road below the house. It was perfect when we found it but it took us 35 minutes 😬 use google maps not Apple Maps! See above

La ubicación donde se encuentra es increíble porque desde la terraza puedes ver todo Setenil. El lugar estaba muy limpio a nuestra llegada y esta todo cuidado al detalle; desde luego no le falta de nada. El personal, muy amable y dispuesto por si necesitábamos algo.

• Gillian (10/5): - A beautiful calm place to stay.The views from the terrace are superb. The apartment has been well thought out and is spacious and bright. The fittings are modern and functional..plenty of room for 4 adults. There is free WiFi. The kitchen is well equipped and modern. We loved our stay here. The only draw back is you can not get a car to the front door...We parked in the underground carpark and walked back to the apartment. It is a bit of a climb up to the front door. Nothing.

La terraza es espectacular con unas vistas bonitas, tomar un café viendo el amanecer es un regalo. Los dueños son encantadores y muy agradables. Llegar con coche es un poco complicado, pero todo lo demás lo compensa, lo recomiendo 100%

La casa no le falta detalle por parte de su mujer y las vistas desde la cocina, como la terraza tan bonita que tiene, pues tiene la vista del pueblo y de noche es un espectáculo. No tengo nada que no me gustará.

Había artículos de higiene, cápsulas de café, te, agua en la nevera...detalles que no encuentras en todo sitio. El balcón, ideal para cenar...con luces suaves que hacen del lugar aún más mágico. La decoración de muy buen gusto. El anfitrión muy amable. No se puede acceder con el coche...calles muy estrechas y zonas solo para residentes, por lo que aparcamos en parking Los caños....cerca pero de haber tenido q llegar con compra de supermercado....hubiera sido complicado porque había un tramo largo de escaleras...a nosotros no nos afectó porque fuimos dos noches solamente No conseguimos regular el agua caliente de la ducha del baño de arriba...solo salía agua caliente....pero nos apañamos y no quisimos preguntar

• Sandy (6/5): Nice house with a view but need improvement - The property was nice and clean, comfortable beds and beautiful terrace with a view. They also had coffee pods, a water in the fridge and toiletries which was very mindful. The house had only one air conditioner downstairs in the living room, and it wasn’t enough to cooling the upper floor. That day was very hot (39 C) and we couldn’t sleep since there were only ceiling fans upstairs and it was super hot. Also, the room at the left when you go upstairs has a step that you can’t even notice until it’s too late. We weren’t warned about it so my husband tripped and almost fall, but I wasn’t so lucky and fell down. These two things can definitely be improved.

• Gil (7/5): Chilly stay in a beautiful place - The village is a beautiful gem, the location of the property is amazing at the top of the hill. The view from the balcony is wonderful. The apartment has been remodeled nicely (though not recently). It's layout is quaint (as you would expect) but not in a bad way It was colder than usual on the days we were there - and the property is not sufficiently heated. There is no central heating or A/C. We had to make due with electric heaters - four were provided. They helped, but it was still uncomfortably cold. This should not be an issue for people visiting in other seasons. Beds were on the small side. The following is not criticism - but more like points worth noting: Setenil is a vertical village - anywhere you go is either up or down. It's part of the charm but it can be difficult. Be aware that it's a 10 minutes uphill walk from the parking lot to the property. This can be difficult with luggage - so pack lightly and take just what you need. This is not an attribute of this specific property - it would be true pretty much anywhere in the village. If you have difficulty walking uphill, don't come to Setenil.

• Catherine (10/5): Fantastic with amazing views from the wonderful terrace - Beautiful property with everything you could need, well located and spotless Parking, the only improvement would be to be advised where best to park, as we ended up in the public parking which was a 20min walk away with our luggage up and down hills
