• Jana (10/5): - Prostorný,krásný a čistý apartmán s nádhernou velkou terasou. Kuchyně skvěle vybavená, klimatizace nefouká do.postele. Komunikace s majitelkou vynikající a jednoduchá, byla ve všem ochotná a nápomocná, velmi milá. Dcery využily večerní návštěvu kina,které se v přízemí komplexu nachází.Je zde i supermaket. Zastávka autobusu hned před domem.Rádi se opět zase vrátíme.☺️

• ANTHI (10/5): Εξαιρετική σχέση ποιότητας τιμής! Υπέροχη διαμονή για παρέα με φίλους! - Μείναμε 8 άτομα στο Apartments Nav και η εμπειρία μας ήταν πραγματικά εξαιρετική! Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πεντακάθαρο, κάτι που μας έκανε να νιώσουμε άνετα από την πρώτη στιγμή. Οι χώροι ήταν πολύ άνετοι και προσεγμένοι, ιδανικοί για μεγάλη παρέα σαν τη δική μας. Η τοποθεσία ήταν εξαιρετική, με εύκολη πρόσβαση σε όλα όσα θέλαμε να δούμε και να κάνουμε στο Ντουμπρόβνικ. Από το μπαλκόνι μπορούσαμε να δούμε λίγο την παραλία και το ηλιοβασίλεμα. Στο ισόγειο του κτιρίου υπήρχε σουπερμάρκετ και σινεμά, ενώ στο ίδιο τετράγωνο βρήκαμε φούρνο και πολλές επιλογές εστίασης. Εκτιμήσαμε ιδιαίτερα την υποδοχή με κρασί και μπύρες, από την οικοδέσποινα μας Jelena, που ήταν ευγενέστατη και πάντα πρόθυμη να βοηθήσει σε οτιδήποτε χρειαστήκαμε. Το διαμέρισμα διαθέτει 4 ευρύχωρα δωμάτια με πολύ άνετα κρεβάτια, που εξασφάλισαν ξεκούραστο ύπνο για όλους μας. Επίσης, είχε 2 πλήρη μπάνια και 1 WC, κάνοντας τη διαμονή μας ακόμα πιο πρακτική και άνετη. Σίγουρα θα το προτείναμε ανεπιφύλακτα και θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά!

Eine perf - Die Unterkunft hatte eine perfekte Lage in einer schönen Bucht mit Restaurants und Supermarkt in der Nähe. Es gab zwei große Balkons einer mit teilweise Meerblick. Nichts
• Serdar (6/5): Null Privatsphäre - Die Größe der Wohnung ist optimal! Die Lage ist auch gut! Eigener Parkplatz war gut Was für mich gar nicht akzeptabel war: Die Vermieterin ist ohne meine Zustimmung und ohne vorherige Ankündigung in die Wohnung gegangen, obwohl kein Notfall oder Gefahr im Verzug vorlag – das ist ein absolutes No-Go und eine massive Verletzung meiner Privatsphäre. In einer echten Notsituation wäre ein Betreten nachvollziehbar gewesen, aber hier gab es dafür keinen Grund, zumal sich auch meine persönlichen Gegenstände in der Wohnung befanden. Statt sich klar zu entschuldigen, wurde im Nachhinein versucht, die Situation mit einem Geldangebot zu relativieren. Ein solches Verhalten ist nicht in Ordnung und ich erwarte hier deutlich mehr Respekt gegenüber Gästen. Das Internet ist sehr schwach! Im Schlafzimmer hat man keinen Empfang! Das Internet wird mit dem Nachbarn geteilt

• Angela (10/5): It was a great stay in a comfortable apartment. - The location was excellent. There are a few cafes and restaurants very close to the property and a small supermarket in the building. A bus stop outside has number 4 bus that takes you to the old town. Our host, Jelena was super nice and accommodating. I would definitely stay again, we had a wonderful week at Apartment Nav. We had a minor issue with the air conditioning.

• Sandra (9/5): Wonderful stay but not in Apartment Nav but in Bleu Villa as Nav was double booked. - We were met at the airport by a driver who took us to the apartment where our host met us together with a few other people who took our cases up the stairs and into the apartment , We had a few issues with the water heater/shower but it was soon resolved.
• Sweet (10/5): Amazing host! Enormous, well appointed apartment. - Our host Jelena was just beautiful and very generous. She provided some welcome goodies on arrival and communicated with us clearly making check-in easy. Jelena followed up to see if we needed anything and she was so sweet. The location was an easy walk to restaurants and the local beach, and not too far from Old Town either. We absolutely loved our stay and would readily stay again. A shower curtain to ensuite to minimise water on floor and minor repair to wall in main bedroom would be the only suggestion for improvements.

It has private parking which was really comfortable and also a bus stop just crossing the street (the bus takes no more than 15 min to get old town). We were a group of 4 adults and the size of the sofa-bed was perfect for 2 people. Jelena was an amazing host !!

Petit supermarché au rdc de l immeuble. Bus a proximite pour aller dans le centre de dubrovnik ou à pied a 20 min. • Jukka (8/5): - Tilava huoneisto 4 pariskunnalle ja isolla terassilla oli mukava viettää iltaa. Sijainti lähellä rantaa ja bussipysäkkiä oli erinomainen. Rantabulevardi ja kymmeniä ravintoloita parin minuutin kävelymatkan päässä. Vanhaan kaupunkiin pääsi nopeasti bussilla joita kulki 15 minuutin välein. Ruokakauppa ja ravintoloita samassa rakennuksessa oli hyvä bonus. Saimme aluksi vain yhden avaimen joka oli hankalaa kun meitä oli 4 ryhmää. Omistaja korjasi asian nopeasti ja loppuloma meni ihan hienosti.

• Maartje (8/5): Prima appartement om dubrovnik te bezoeken! - Fijne plek, comfortabel appartement. Jelena, onze host, was erg fijn! Wifi kon beter en 5de bed was niet comfortabel. Douche was lekker en warm maar kan wat opgeknapt worden. De foto’s komen niet helemaal overeen met de werkelijkheid. Er is geen zeezicht bijvoobeeld. De toegang is ingewikkeld als je geen lift wil nemen maar alleen de trap.

She organised a airport transfer for us, she was always available on Whatsapp and was ready to help or assist with anything we requested including a late check out. Loved that there was a bus stop across the road and that there was a supermarket on ground floor. Would have liked a decent broom or vaccum or mop to clean the floors.

There were 4 spacious bedrooms with double/king beds and 2 showers and 3 bathrooms. Also a nice fully fitted kitchen. It is in walking distance to nice restaurants, cafes and bars! In a quieter part of Dubrovnik which was what we wanted. The host Robert was super helpful and kind. Always accessible over the phone. We will definitely be back!! Honestly everything was perfect. My only suggestion would be to have another key as there was only one key supplied.

• Aamir (9/5): Great stay in west Dubrovnik - Really well located next to a bus stop plus the beach is across the street. There’s tons of food options. There’s a supermarket and a cinema within the building + 3-4 restaurants. There’s property manager is extremely helpful as well and had fruits, wine, beer and juice box for us when we arrived. The bathroom door was not working correctly however, when told the property manager, they offered to have it fixed right away. Just wished it was done before we moved in but only a minor inconvenience. Nothing else. It was a great stay!

The local area was beautiful with lots of amenities available and wonderful friendly locals. Would highly recommend. There was nothing we didn't like. Our whole stay was relaxing and enjoyable.

From the moment we arrived, Jelena, the owner, welcomed us with the warmest hospitality we've ever experienced. She is truly the nicest, most positive person - always available, checking in to see if we needed anything, and going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. She even left us a lovely bottle of rosé wine and cookies as a welcome gift - something no other apartment has ever done for us before, and it made us feel so appreciated and at home. The apartment itself was spotless — honestly the cleanest apartment we've ever stayed in. And it was fully stocked with absolutely everything you could need: kitchen equipment, ice, bathroom essentials - you name it, it was there. When we had an unexpected issue with our car, Jelena didn't hesitate to help. She immediately called a mechanic who came to fix it and even allowed us to check out later so we could wait comfortably - something that really saved us a lot of stress. The apartment is also incredibly spacious — it can easily fit up to 10 people or even more without ever feeling crowded. Every room is thoughtfully designed, super comfortable, and there's plenty of space for all your stuff, which made everything feel so organized and relaxed during our stay. The location was also perfect - a market conveniently located in the building, and the beach just a 2-minute walk away. Everything you could want is right there. I cannot emphasize enough how incredible this experience was. Jelena is one of the kindest and most helpful hosts we've ever had the pleasure of meeting, and we HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a flawless stay. We will definitely be coming back!

In our busy lives in london we sometimes forget to enjoy home. The apartment made us feel what home is, where you get to enjoy deep conversations with people that really matters to you. Nothing.

Would definitely put me off visi - A sparkling clean, spacious apartment in an ideal location within walking distance to Lapad centre that has lots of lovely restaurants. The bathroom needs a shower screen as when having a shower the water goes everywhere onto bathroom floor. Also TV didn’t work but it was only one day that it was needed because it rained most of the day so would have been useful.

We had two apartments for 10 people and it was very comfortable, we had everything we needed and it was in a perfect location. Easy to get around Lapad - lots of restaurants. 15 mins into the old town and very cheap to get an Uber. The accommodation can organise transfers to and from the airport for you also which is really helpful.

Robert video called me before we left to assure us everything was fine, which it was.
• Svitlana (9/5): Superb - We had an amazing stay at this apartment. The location is great — just across the street from the beautiful Lapad Beach. The convenience of having a supermarket, bakery, and the lovely Mango's restaurant right within the apartment complex made our stay even better. We especially enjoyed the large balcony and were happy that our apartment faced the backyard, so we were not disturbed by the noise from the shops and bars downstairs. The underground parking garage was a great bonus and added to the overall convenience of our stay. The hosts were incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive. They answered all our questions promptly and were always ready to help. We also appreciated the thoughtful welcome gifts of fruits and sweets.

• Tin (10/5): The best stay in Dubrovnik! - Absolutely incredible! My wife and I were getting married in Dubrovnik a month ago and we used the biggest NAV apartment for us & our family's stay. It was amazing. The best hosts, Jelena & Robert, who were super polite and accommodating (you don't see this everywhere), and are proper hospitality professionals. They assisted with everything we asked for, they even helped us by giving us access to another apartment of theirs for my getting ready photoshoot before the ceremony on our wedding day - just the best people! The apartment is stunning - spacious & clean, situated in the best area in Dubrovnik (Lapad) and is a part of a relatively new building complex. It has 4 double rooms, 3 bathrooms, a huge interconnecting living room and long balconies with a view. There is a garage parking included in the stay, which is super helpful! We agreed to book this apartment every year for our family vacation! Can't wait to be back!
• Wendy (10/5): Wonderful stay for us! Highly recommended:) - Nice location… we could catch the bus just outside! There was a market, movie theater, restaurant, and shops so close! The beach was also within close walking distance. It got a little warm inside during the day since it was so hot outside. Only one bathroom.

• Céline (10/5): wonderful stay! - the appartment had everything we needed and more. it’s super spacious, well equipped, and very clean. The terrace is also great to relax and enjoy the sea and mountain views… The location in the area couldn’t be better; very close to everything (beach, supermarket, pedestrian street with nice bars and shops). Just a few km’s from the old town Dubrovnik and hiking trails in the mountains.
• Witold (8/5): Vacation in Croatia. - Absolutely amazing location, nice, friendly host and free underground parking. A lot of restaurant in nearest area. I liked also a small, nice beach approx. 50 meters away from the apartment. I would also recommend a beautiful terrace with great partial sea view. Really recommend this property place!!! I would say that air condition should be stronger. All other things was fine.

• Wendyofthewood (8/5): Great location - Our hosts were very helpful and friendly. The location is brilliant too. The beach was in a state of disrepair as the beach club had been closed down and isn't due to open for the rest of the summer.

Easy access to old town and city walls using no 4 bus right outside the apartments or Ubers are really good and reliable. No complaints
• Michael (9/5): Relaxing stay at a lovely apartment. - Was a spacious apartment for a family of five. Beds were comfortable and rooms were dark at night for a good sleep. We enjoyed the snacks left for us by the host and he was very welcoming with suggestions of things to do and all the local shops. The beach nearby was great and the apartment was in a fantastic location near restaurants and the local bus line. Only thing we were disappointed with was thinking we had an outlook to the beach.
• Juan (10/5): If I go back to Dubrovnik I wouldn’t find any other place to stay! I highly recommend. - Where should I start… Jelena has been an amazing host. Ever since I booked my stay, she has been very attentive and helpful. Before our arrival, Jelena recommended places to eat, things to do, local transportation and even where to go food shopping. Me and my family wanted to go to Bosnia and Herzegovina as well as Montenegro, Jelena was very helpful in offering a private driver as well as the option to rent a car (there are two rental car places literally within the same building complex). Not to even mention the bars, restaurants, bakery, supermarkets and a cinema!!!! The property itself was amazing, a separate bedroom to the living room, a good size kitchen, a with all the supplies you can think of, a massive balcony with a Partial sea view. It also had a big bathroom and a shared washing machine. Although it has 1 bedroom with a double bed, the sofa bed was very comfortable. All clean bedsheets were provided. Upon our arrival, Jelena wasn’t able to hand us the keys personally but she sent me videos on where to collect the keys and how to get into the property as as well as a video tour of the property. Me and my family were surprised with a few beers in the fridge, juice for the kids, a bottle of red wine, biscuits and fruits. The property is only a few meters from the beach which is right across the street. Just around the corner, there is a strip full of bars and restaurants and a sports bar (wink)!! There is also a good size playground which was great for my three year old to enjoy. Just outside the building there is a bus stop which takes you old town. The bus journey was only around 10 mins and costs €2 per person (kids go free). The location is perfect, not in the centre of Dubrovnik but not far away either. I can’t fault the place to be honest. Me and my family loved it. Wish we would’ve have stayed a little longer…..

• Karla (9/5): Superb - Based on the pictures, we thought that the view would be towards the beach. But it was still a nice apartment with balcony. The only downside was that it got really cold at night and we could not figure out the heater.
• Robert (10/5): Perfect location and apartment for your family visit to Dubrovnik. - Jelena (host) met us with the keys and had recommendations for dinner as well as excursions. Lapad is a great location to stay to visit Dubrovnik and the neighboring countries. Nice pebble beach with plenty of restaurants. It would have been nice to have a better view of the ocean, but the host is very upfront with the garden view. If you look from the side, you can see the ocean which was a bonus.

• Tiina (8/5): Aside of these small things, we really enjoyed our stay. Special thanks to Jelena- she is a superb host! - Location, size (huge apartment), comfort, customer service. Welcome gift was great! Could use better cleaning level, both venue itself and bed linen. Small things- some switches did not function and some light bulbs were missing. The bed in one bedroom was too big for the room, so there was no way to move around normally, not to mention to fit a big suitcase. The bed was comfy tho :)
