• pierri (8/5): - Ottima posizione vicinissimo a playa Jardin e vicina al centro a piedi! Tre piscine a disposizione! Balcone con vista. Bagno troppo piccolo. Arredamento un po' vecchio.

Faltaban utensilios de cocina como las copas de vino que están en la relación y en las fotos pero no había ninguna.

• Belen (8/5): maravillosas vistas - el apartamento está muy bien para una pareja es cómodo y tiene de todo, la terraza es para mí lo más bonito con las vistas al Teide y al mar lateral, pero el tema cucarachas tiene que mejorarlo por lo demás todo maravilloso y las tres piscinas que tiene están súper bien que encontramos algunas cucarachas muertas y vivas, cuidado con dejar comida fuera.

• Miguel (1/5): - No me gusto nada la habitación la primera estaba enllena de bichos y casi no pudimos dormir de todos los que habia matandolos por la noche me cambiaron la habitación y estaba enllena de hormigas y ya por vergüenza no nos quejamos ni dijimos nada pero horrible los que lo gestionaban fatal cuando nos cambiaron la habitación no nos dejaron ni sabanas para el sofá cama ni papel higienico para limpiarnos se le pedimos y nos dijeron que no que ellos solo dejaban pal primer dia luego a los dos días del cambio de habitación tambien nos enteramos de que en la habitación que nos sacaron segun nos fuimos nosotros pasaron la habitación y volvieron a meter gente en la habitación que estaba en llena de bichos (cucarachas) aparte que era un 7 piso y había asta por la escalera subiendo No me gusto nada de nada horrible eh pagado un dinero pa no estar agusto en una habitación

• Marietou (1/5): Bad - the location The place smelled really bad and it was not clean at all. the floor and tables were sticky. The building name was different and the reception did not know we were coming. Bad organization
• Vpalade (8/5): Great view - Good value for the price. Great view from the balcony to Teide volcano and the ocean. Check-in is online and you get the keys from reception. The kitchen has an electric stove and kitchen utensils. The location is good, near the Playa Jardin and the big free parking (500m) There was no toilet paper, very big minus. There was no tea, coffee, sugar, salt, oil to make breakfast. The beds are not very comfortable. The apartment is not properly maintained. The rating could probably improve if all that is offered, at least make sure there is toilet paper...
• Onea (3/5): dissapointing - the location is great, close to the beach. the view from the balcony is beautiful, you can see the ocean and the mountains. the pool is ok, but it was too cold outside for us to use it :( first of all, the room is way smaller that expected. it is actually one big room, transformed into a bedroom, livingroom and kitchen. You don't find any condiment or something else that you need for cooking, or any cleaning supplies. the noise isolation is very weak, you can hear everything that happens outside, on the street, all night. the internet dropped many times, so if you want to work remote that is not the place for you. overall, i would not recommend
• Ancas (8/5): Overall, our stay in the conveniently located apartment near the beaches was delightful. - The apartment was exactly as in the pictures. The location couldn't have been better – just a short stroll away from the sandy shores and with a vibrant neighborhood that had everything we needed within easy reach. The apartment itself was cozy and well-equipped. The kitchen had all the essentials. The bathroom was clean and stocked with fresh towels, a hairdryer and a washing machine. One of the highlights of our stay was the convenience of having supermarkets and grocery stores nearby. They offered a wide range of fresh fruits and vegetables, which was perfect for preparing healthy snacks and meals for our 2.5-year-old. However, the apartment's proximity to the main street did come with a downside – it was quite noisy during the evenings. The hustle and bustle of the street below were noticeable, but thankfully, our kid was so worn out from our beach adventures and daily explorations that he fell asleep without any trouble every night. The soundproofing could have been better, but it didn't significantly affect our overall experience. Finding parking was a bit of a challenge. We often had to circle the area for a while before securing a spot, whether it was during the day or in the evening. Despite this minor inconvenience, the vibrant atmosphere and the apartment's location made it worthwhile.

• Lavinia (10/5): Cosy stay in Puerto de la Cruz - It was close to the beach, 20 minutes walk from Loro Park and 20 minutes walk from the old town / Lago Martianez. It is also 5 minutes walk from the bus station. It has 2 swimming pools; you can see the Teide from the balcony, as well as a partial sunset

• Martinmini (8/5): This accommodation provided good value for the money we paid. - Good location, good views, good facilities. everything provided for stay including fan which was essential, you could also create airflow by opening the front door and patio door a little which cooled the apartment down considerably. Bus station, shops, beach all close by, decent pool and secure pool area. Not so much what I didn't like but more for info really. Not a lot of space for 3 adults, but absolutely fine for 2. the provided pictures make the balcony seem a lot bigger than it actually is. 9 floors up but still a significant amount of traffic noise.

• Sally (9/5): Great little apartment is a brilliant location - This apartment is only small but was perfect for our stay and we felt it was a good price. Fantastic views and a brilliant location - handy for beach, bus station and supermarket. The agency gave us a courtesy call to see how things were going which I thought was really nice. Expect a bit of noise from the street (even though you are very high up) but the great location and views make up for this. We liked being able to collect the keys from the staffed reception plus the two small but very tidy pools.
