• Meriellen (10/5): This hotel is very good value for the area. It is clean with easy access. - Room was clean, quiet and large. The beds were very comfortable. Ample parking in a well-lit lot. Seemed very secure. The hotel was full with guests attending various functions and we didn't hear any noise. The 11am checkout worked well for us. When we checked in, the receptionist was friendly, and gave us a gift bag with water and a few snacks. It was a very nice touch. Location was easy access to dinner and shops, and airport was 15 mins drive away. Can't think of anything! It was a very good stay. I would definitely stay again in future.

Le matin pour aller prendre notre avion la réception nous a commandé un lyft c etait top. Pour notre arrivée par contre on nous avait dit que nous aurions une navette.Ce qui n a pas été le cas.Nous avons du prendre un uber a notre charge.Dommage nous avions pris cet hôtel en parti pour la navette gratuite.

The temperature in the room was difficult to control at a good comfort level (too hot/too cold), the alarm clock/digital hub was broken.

The overall level of professionalism demonstrated by the entire staff was exceptional, and every interaction reflected a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. Natalie in Reservations deserves special recognition for outstanding service. Natalie was consistently friendly, outgoing, and highly knowledgeable, while also being attentive and understanding of my needs. This professionalism and willingness to assist set a very positive tone for my stay and made the experience seamless and enjoyable. The accommodations were equally impressive. The room was immaculately clean, well maintained, and exceptionally comfortable. The bed provided an outstanding level of comfort, allowing me to enjoy one of the best nights of sleep I have had in quite some time. I truly have nothing but positive remarks regarding the quality and comfort of the room. I would also like to recognize the management team, particularly Assistant Manager Anzio Rezende, who went above and beyond the expectations of the role to ensure I was properly assisted. Anzio demonstrated excellent judgment, professionalism, and a strong dedication to resolving concerns efficiently and thoughtfully. This level of genuine, personalized customer service is increasingly rare and reflects a standard of hospitality that cannot be replaced by technology or automation. Overall, my stay exceeded expectations, and I commend the team for delivering such a high level of service and care. One major issue during my stay was the repeated $100 incidental hold every time I extended my reservation. Because third‑party bookings require a new reservation for each extension, the hotel kept placing a new $100 hold and then releasing it. This tied up hundreds of dollars of my money throughout a continuous stay, even though I never changed rooms. It was extremely inconvenient and financially disruptive. For long‑term guests, the incidental hold should be rolled over or linked instead of restarting with every extension. This policy needs improvement.”

• Loreal (5/5): Nice hotel but some guest rooms need serious attention to detail and some of the staff need hospitality training. - The lobby and bar area are very nice. The front desk employees are dressed very nice and professional. Beyond the beautiful lobby the hotel is disappointing. The carpet throughout needs to be removed, the 2 rooms I experienced (233 and 128) were outdated with unsatisfactory bathroom tubs and water damaged bathroom door (look like mold but not sure). The house keeping ladies were not friendly actually gave mean stares when I walked by. Probably because I had to report the first room I was given due to it having molded fruit in the refrigerator and crumbs on the floor by the bed.

• Callie (4/5): Disappointing but I only needed to be there for a short 7-hour sleep. - It was close to the airport. The hotel was old. It didn’t feel welcoming. The room was outdated and the bathroom felt yucky. I had just stayed at Short Hills Hilton where they did not have availability for my last night so this hotel felt like a big downgrade. I also was given a key to my room on the 1st floor and when I got to the room the door was open, light was on, and there was a door in the hallway. I had to go back to the desk to get a different room.

• Syed (1/5): Bad cleaning - Our experience at this hotel was unfortunately very disappointing. The first room we were assigned had a pervasive, unpleasant odor. While the staff was helpful enough to move us, the second room was even worse; we discovered a previous guest's used underwear left on a chair. Finding such a major cleaning oversight was disgusting. Since it was late and we were exhausted, we stayed the night, but we were extremely unhappy and will not be returning.

Family advised us to stock up with food, but the staff didnt give any advice. We're from europe so had no idea we would be stuck in for a day or so. Luckily there is a grocery store near by.

• Arla (5/5): - The distance from the airport that Booking.com had in the actual distance to the hotel was different and incorrect. They did not have a Restaurant as stated in Booking.com. They had a bar with pizza that was closed. I choose my hotels by distance, restaurants, and shuttles.
