• Pasquale (10/5): Comodita´, pulizia e posizione strategica a San Teodoro - Per il mio primo breve soggiorno a San Teodoro ho preferito una posizione molto centrale, ben consapevole di tutti gli annessi e connessi che questa scelta comporta. Anche la conseguente maggiore distanza dalle spiagge non ha personalmente rappresentato un problema. Sia La Cinta che Cala D´Ambra sono facilmente raggiungibili con una bella passeggiata o eventualmente con il servizio bus gratuito. L´ottimo Elia fornisce con particolare cura e attenzione tutte le informazioni necessarie per godersi al meglio la vacanza in questa splendida terra. Bella empatia e la sensazione di poter contare su di lui in caso di necessita´. Non ho utilizzato per mia scelta il voucher per la colazione nel locale sottostante. Ho avuto pero´ modo di pranzarci una volta e il servizio e´ stato gradevole. Grazie di cuore Elia.

• Ayla (7/5): Excellent location, spacious room, perfect for short stay - It’s in an excellent location to experience to night San Teodoro market and eateries. The rooms is also spacious. Fabtastic servuce, Elia was very attentive and organised a much more reasonably priced return car service to Cala Brandinchi There area few items that need attention which were acknowledged. I’m sure in time this will be a sought after establishment. Issue with water pump which meant we were withkut fir aprox 13hrs. Elia did al rhat he could to have it repaired with water restored early the following day

• George (10/5): - The location was perfect. Right in the centre of town amongst all the action, restaurants, shops markets etc. The host Elia was exceptional. He helped us with everything we needed and advice on beaches, restaurants etc. He also assisted us in doing research on how best to get to the airport the day after as our luggage was delayed. Could not have been more helpful.

• Judit (10/5): Exceptional - Elia from Theodore Rooms was incredibly helpful and kind! He offered to pick us up with his car from our bus stop, as we weren't able to reach the nearest bus stop. He gave us lots of recommendations of the nearby beaches and attractions to visit and was very quick to respond to any questions on the phone. The location was perfect and the room was super nice and clean - everything looked new and in perfect condition. Breakfast was also great, with friendly staff! We would definitely book it again if we had the chance! There wasn't anything we didn't like :)

• Jenny (9/5): Lovely room - we had a great stay. - Super lovely room, clean, comfy bed, central location, easy to park for free, Elia was very helpful and friendly :). Nice to get breakfast in the little local cafe downstairs. One point taken off for the noise at night! Not the fault of the accommodation (and they give you earplugs) but it was loud! The breakfast in the cafe was not quite enough for us - we had to buy more food! - well actually it was enough for me as a female but my boyfriend needed more!

• Sallie (10/5): Fantastic Host and Stay - Perfect location for beaches, restaurants, activities. Supermarket across the street and a larger one 6 minutes walk away. The host was super helpful and so accommodating, no question was a bother and he went above and beyond to accommodate us. Free breakfast is provided at the restaurant downstairs which was a nice touch. Rooms were really spacious and included everything plus sky/ netflix etc. We was fortunate to have the back room so included a huge patio, very quiet and no one overlooking which was perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and could not recommend enough! There wasn't anything we didn't like!

• Leah (10/5): Lovely stay in the heart of San Teodoro! - Very spacious, clean, modern and great communication with the owner! Perfectly set in the center of all lovely shops and restaurants in such a charming town!
• Denise (9/5): Ideal location & perfect room - Fantastic location in the centre of San Teodoro. The owner Elia was so professional and friendly, and we felt very welcome and our stay was hassle free. Room was spotless and so modern. The shower was very high spec! They even had netflix available in the room, not that we watched much as San Teodoro is a lovely little town to explore. The room location was ideal and Elia directed us to a free car park close by. He also recommended restaurants to us. We would stay here again Breakfast served in a cafe downstairs & it's very basic but thats ok. My partner got a ham & cheese toasted sandwich but had to go find it as the staff 'forgot' about us. (There was only 3 tables for them to serve). As a coeliac, I was handed one mini muffin (they had been notified in advance) and I felt I was putting them out. This cafe is a separate business to Theodore Rooms, they just have an arrangement with Theodore for breakfast...but it's a pity they don't adapt some of Elia's excellent people skills and professionalism.
• Tereze (9/5): Superb - Great location right in centre of town. Modern, spacious and clean room. Amazing staff and we really enjoyed our stay! The only negative I would mention is the nighttime noise / music form the nearby bar.
• Zoe (9/5): Lovely base in which to enjoy and explore the town and surrounding areas - Modern, minimalistic, spacious and clean. Lovely terrace for some outdoor space. Staff very friendly and helpful, recommended lots of lovely local beaches and restaurants to visit, passed on details of a local guy offering boat tours and generally very helpful. Perfect location right in the town for evenings out. No issues with noise given that the markets are on late and the property is very close to the night life.

Location is great - close to the beaches and all the shops nearby - Because its so central and its above a bar, its a bit noisy at night (you can hear the bass through the walls) - Late at night it can be difficult to find parking

• Deb (10/5): Fabulous customer service and clean, centrally positioned accommodation - Communication was excellent from booking to arrival and throughout our stay. Rooms are central and well located. That can mean some busy noise, but nothing unbearable, and they supply ear plugs if you want them. Clean and modern rooms. Whilst no on-site parking available it was easy to park to load/unload and free parking was only a 2 minute walk away. Suggestions made for where to eat after finding out what we liked. No major issues at all, just a couple of things that were in the process of getting fixed

• Aleksandra (10/5): Modern, lovely snd unique quality stay right in the heart of San Teodoro - Lovely, spacious and modern room right in the heart of San Teodoro The breakfast served at the restaurant downstairs has got some room for improvement to make it a better value for money. The selections offered on the menu are very limited, and not even available half of the time, staff did not seem to care as soon as they know you’re a hotel guest and not a restaurant guest.

Rooms are just behinde reception. Just 3 options for breakfast everyday the same. Waitres are unkind and you need to wait for everything forever.

• Hyunho (10/5): Exceptional - The renovated room was enough luxurious and the host was really kind. I don't think breakfast should be included. I've taken the worst cappuccino ever in my life at the bar and that ruined the overall impression of the stay. For a week trip in Sardinia, here the room was the best but the breakfast was the worst. Just let people look for a decent bar that offers good brioches and coffee
