- Smardi (10/5): Striking it lucky with this perfect accommodation in Brixham. - What a find - right in the centre of Brixham and plenty of space for the 3 of us, plus the relatives we invited for dinner one night.
Coop and Tesco supermarkets in easy walking distance, along with plenty of places to eat out.
Having multiple toilets and showers was perfect, along with a washing machine to pop a load through and a private backwards to hang it all out to dry - whew, no rain!
Owners were responsive to messages sent. Absolutely nothing - the accommodation was perfect with a well equipped kitchen.
- Hale (9/5): - Great location. The owners were very accommodating. Lovely and clean property and very good value
- HAYDN (10/5): Top class - It was like home from home

- Michelle (10/5): - The location is unbeatable, right in the centre of Brixham harbour.
The cottage is lovely, has everything you could need on a break away. We loved our stay and hope to return for a third time at some point. The window in the top double bedroom didn't close properly so it was a little noisy at times.
- Antonia (9/5): -
- Larcombe (8/5): Beautiful, comfortable place to stay - The cottage is well equipped with everything you would need for a short or long stay. All the beds were comfortable. The location was perfect for us, lots to do locally. Parking was available but not easy and was a bit pricey.
Having said that we could have parked in the cheaper car park. It just wasn't very accessible for our party.
- Julie (8/5): - Good communication with staff. Easy to find and good location, close to harbour. Nice yard area. We got BBQs from the coop and used on top of the owners own. Good number of toilets and wash facilities. Nice decor in rooms. 2 double bedrooms were nicely done and very comfortable. 2 single beds - mattresses were very lumpy and springy and uncomfortable. A shame as everything else had been spot on.
- Michelle (10/5): Great stay,Great place - Everything was great, great location, comfortable, super dog friendly, lots of information to look at,would definitely recommend and stay again. Wasn't anything not to like.
- Elena (10/5): Exceptional -
- Joanne (7/5): Brixham weekend break - Location, open plan lounge and kitchen, courtyard garden, downstairs utility Single beds not comfortable. Kitchen and bathroom bins are rusty.
- Lisa (9/5): Excellent Place to Stay - The house was perfect. Lovely comfortable bedrooms. Bonus of having a downstairs toilet and utility room. Had everything we needed for our stay. Excellent location and right opposite a fab pub the New Quay Inn. Would definitely recommend staying here and the pub too! The only minor point is that there were no hand towels for the bathrooms and the remote control for the TV - the back cover seemed to be missing from where the batteries sit. One last minor point is that the bin/recycling boxes outside need to be better labelled with the house number as we wasn't sure what box belonged to who.
- Paula (9/5): We had a fabulous stay very close to the Harbour where everything wwas going on - Location was excellent nothing
- Eve (8/5): Very good - Great location. Easy check in. Large. Very clean. Single bed mattresses very uncomfortable - old / can feel springs.
2 out of 3 bedrooms only supplied with one pillow per person.
No hand towels or surplus tea towels.
- Kim (10/5): Exceptional - One night in Brixham.
Location great, comfortable and welcoming
- Mell (8/5): great spot for a break in brixham close to the harbour - location is amazing just one towel each - a hand towel would have been a good addition
- James (10/5): Would use again. - Clean and quiet. The dripping kitchen tap, host informed.
- Cathy (9/5): Very relaxing and enjoyable stay. - Very comfortable, clean and well equipped cottage. Right in the harbour and town area up a small alleyway of fishermen’s cottages. Lovely walks straight from the front door around the harbour and out onto the cliffs. Great to be able to take my dog and to have secure garden area. Access to the property by car is difficult for unloading. The parking is on a street and quite a climb up the hill to get there. Not suitable for people with mobility issues.
- Abbie (10/5): Perfect place for a getaway with friends - The location and layout. Spacious for a cottage. Nicely decorated. Kitchen could be slightly more equipped. Maybe some tongs and larger oven trays. But we managed so it wasn’t a problem.
- Rachael (10/5): Responsive host. Clean tidy. Had everything we needed. - The location was perfect. Had everything we needed. No parking but we are used to that when we come to the area.
- Lynn (9/5): Fabulous! Perfect location, clean and comfy. - Amazing location, steps away from the harbour, shops, pubs and restaurants. Clean, comfortable and everything provided you would need. No problems for us at all but stairs to top floor are steep and twist - just to be aware for anyone elderly or for young children
- Phil (10/5): Excellent stay, in a lovely cosy cottage - Perfect location, comfortable and good value Nothing
- Jonathan (9/5): Superb -
- Colin (10/5): Exceptional - Location Nothing

- Locke (10/5): Wonderful Cottage, exceptionally helpful hosts, very spacious, excellent location. - Location was great, host was excellent prior to travel very helpful and informative. Cottage was very clean and spacious. Bed was exceptionally comfortable. Love the fact they have 2 bathrooms, we didn't want to leave could easily live there :-), we would highly recommend. There is nothing we didn't like.
- Keith (10/5): Fantastic - What a little Gem! Fantastic location, very comfortable property with everything you could wish for. Can't actually think of any fault with this accommodation. Some people might moan about no parking, BUT that is all part of staying in such a location and it's not like there will have ever been the option to have this. Just do your research beforehand knowing that is virtually the only thing you need to sort as the property is so well equipped.
- Gary (8/5): Brixham stay - Comfy bed / nice to have a garden / nice and close to harbour and shops and bars and restaurants. No parking at property but does state on advert.. If you dont mind steps and lots of hills its fine. But thats just Brixham.

Open plan ground floor and lovely courtyard garden. Large bedrooms and bathroom, everything to a very good standard. Main bedroom has en-suite. Great location, just a few steps from the harbour. Lovely hosts. Absolutely nothing, it was all fantastic.
- Helen (10/5): It was our first time to Brixham but won’t be our last 👍 - Lovely property in a perfect location 2 min walk to shops, bars, restaurants and Marina. 3 lovely bedrooms 2 bathrooms and a laundry room that also had a toilet. The garden was excellent for our dog as it was very secure
