- Sharlyn Joy (3/5): It was a long night staying at this place - Near the port and accessible with public transportation. Yet very disappointing. No proper house rules with the quiet time. No proper check-in & check-out routine. The room was like a student housing. Needs more cleaning up, new bed linens, the shower wasn’t working.
- Charlie James (10/5): Overall, it was still a nice and comfortable stay. - Everything. The location, the value for money, the nearby resto’s and the room and the bed was really comfortable. There were some things that need fixing such as the CR door.
- MAY ANN (4/5): My payment doesnt compensate on the facility. - The bed was ok. CR was ok. The entrance floor is not shiny. Since its a wood, they should apply floorwax same with the floor in my room. There are mosquitos and cockroach. Noise outside can be heard inside my room. The aircondition is not that cold on my first day which I was so uncomfotable and just slept 2 hours..

- Jeff (2/5): There’s no reason to stay here - I can’t imagine anything. I guess the bed was sleep. I’ve seen this before these hotels you know I guess they’re trying to put the best foot forward but the pictures basically are a little bit deceptive. The shower didn’t have hot water didn’t even work. This is. I think it’s the problem with this hotel platform is they should win a hotel gets ratings this slow they should just take them off the platform. It’s really not fair to the

- William Robert (4/5): Looks old, feels ancient. Decent to stay in if you want to be very close to a silliman - Location How old and dusty it feels.
- Consuelo (5/5): Fair for the price. - Not applicable for breakfast. Location is strategic and near important requirements. The shower curtain and bathroom curtains are dirty and stained and need to be replaced. The public CR/toilet near our room is so smelly, need to tell the staff to clean it regularly during our stay. There are big rats running the place.
- Ria (1/5): -
- Cerezo (3/5): I did not expect that the structure is old and the toilet is too bad.. - None The room is too old and not clean..
- Ahlene (2/5): - May lababo po next po sa bed huhu Lababo view sa kama
- Mark Stephen (2/5): Ratatouille - The location is really good. Easily accessible and near the port if you plan to go to Siquijor. Also near the boulevard if you want to walk around. The place isn't worth its price. The room was 'rustic', which is a nice way of saying it's really old. Amenities are terrible. I know it's budget lodging. But honestly they could do better. I've stayed in much cheaper places that had better standards. The blanket was almost as thin as paper, the water heater didn't work, and oh a gigantic rat said "Hi" to us twice. If this was less than 1k pesos, it would be okay. But for around 1300? Definitely not worth it. There are tons of options on the island, might as well look elsewhere.

- Marian (1/5): Disgusting - Only the location, walking distance to sea port Do yourself a favor and dont book it. Filty, disgusting, cockroaches, low waterpressure, not clean, bad smell...
- Andrew (7/5): - Large spacious room and bed, It was clean albeit a bit dated. The location is right in town and the staff were great. They had a car park for me
- Grimmer (10/5): Exceptional - This hotel has the most amazing staff, you can't go wrong! The rooms are spacious, clean and the room service is excellent. You'll be in good hands the moment you enter, for a very competitive price.
- Nabi (6/5): Pleasant -
- Charles (8/5): Very good - Excellent location. Large room. Comfortable bed.
- Keith (1/5): I checked out on Sunday ,there’s brown out so no power I had to ask staff for their phone torch to s - Location
Location I did not expect a delux room to be interior room with no exterior window and daylight ,no tv ,the staff were ok it’s just bad attitude by lazy owners who just do not care about guests
- Brian (9/5): Superb -
- Neu (4/5): Disappointing -
- Florence (5/5): It’s OK but not great. Very close to the port. - Convenience and location. Minutes away from Dumaguete port. Old and has moldy smell. Noisy you can hear people talking and laughing from your room. In need of total upgrades. But if staying just overnight to sleep, place is just OK.
- David (10/5): Exceptional -
- Neilbonn (3/5): Poor - The location Not clean, there are many flies and cockroaches.
- Oo (3/5): Poor -
- Tiara (3/5): Not a great value for the money, you could find better accommodations - The staff, that’s it. They were nice and very accommodating. Everything. It smelled like mold in the room and there’s no remote control on our split type air conditioning so we were freezing in the room with a sheet as a blanket. I believe there are rats in between the ceiling and floors because you’ll hear them running every now and then.
- Nathali (5/5): Very ordinary - Location Cleanliness
- Emily (6/5): It was comfortable until we saw the worms on the bathroom floor. - Its in the city proper The CR has worms 🙂↕️
- Taffthefish (8/5): Pleasant, comfortable and relaxing. Remember, it's a budget hotel. - Jessie and Jira on reception are lovely.
The cool paintings by local artists.
The sound of the rats in the ceiling scurrying about (not often enough) was oddly calming.
The room (102) is quite spacious albeit light on furniture. No air con in the lobby. The fans are inadequate.
It's a budget hotel and meets the requirements expected.
- Nicole (10/5): Great central location - Great location central to everything, wifi was ok but did drop out a bit, hot water in the shower, cold and hot drinking water Nothing
- Juliet (7/5): Very gracious staff, fast service…a rewarding stay indeed. - Very near Silliman Old structure, esp the restroom
- Ripper (5/5): Passable -
- Peter (4/5): Disappointing - Location was good, room size was good Receptionist was rude. Place could do with a renovation. Bathroom tiny and not very clean. Basin in room dripped from the s bend. Bit pricey for what you get.
- Angel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Everly (7/5): Good -
- Mary (9/5): Superb -
- Roxanne (7/5): Good -
- Beth (3/5): I didnt feel the comfort .. very slow shower and dirty toilet bowl - The location only cos its near silliman university Your room, staff, shower ..very noise outside… the footsteps of other customers going upstairs will be heard in our room at ground flr
- Rodrigo (9/5): Superb -

- Michael (4/5): Disappointing - no breakfast though it was included in the price
- Nika (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anna (8/5): Very good - Very good value for the money. Nice location and perfect location for partying at Buglasan with the family. So far nothing.
- Mariano (5/5): Passable -
- Imgie (8/5): I will strongly recommend this place. I love how the staff of the hotel treats us. The hotel is clean and close to the u - The staffs are friendly and accommodating. Slow internet connection and the water pressure is very low.
- Timothy (1/5): This may have been the worst hotel I have staye in in the Philippines. - The location is excellent for the parade and festival. It is also conveinient to the boardwalk. The shower is cold and just bad. Ants were in the sink rats in the walls. Walls are paper thin and street noise as well as other guests were easily heard all night long.
