• Rose (8/5): Well maintained house, nice location near waterfront and restaurants - Clean, nice kitchen and bathroom and lounge/dining areas We needed to use all 3 bedrooms. We didn’t realise when we booked the property that Bedroom 3 could only be accessed by going through Bedroom 2. We managed ok because we were all family but would be awkward and unsuitable for other groups of people wanting a 3 bedroom house. Street is busier than I expected.

Can’t have many things plugged in at the same time! Could do with a washing horse to dry washing inside when the weather is bad

• Sianna (9/5): Would definately stay again. - Plenty of room, comfortable beds, very clean. Everything you need in the kitchen. Great deck out the back and a good sized yard. Fantastic location. There was no negatives for this property. Perhaps a couple more blankets would be good. It got a bit cold at night.
• Sandra (9/5): All the comforts of home - Such a lovely, comfortable and cozy home away from home with lovely decor. Kitchen was well equipped with Nespresso pod coffee machine, air fryer and microwave. The knives were sharp and pots/pans like new. Some staples left in the cupboard like cling wrap and baking paper which were handy. Easy checkin/out and good communication from property manager. Great location, just a short walk into town and to the beach. Nothing really.. just a few things to note: bedrooms 2 & 3 are connected, you must enter bed 3 through bed 2 so depending on who is staying that may be an issue. Weather was cool with some rain and beds had only blankets and not quilts so not quite warm enough, the house has a washing machine but no dryer or airer making it difficult to dry clothes. No dishwasher. We ate out a bit so not an issue.
• Glyn (6/5): Thank you. Served our needs first this visit - Location Bed mattresses were uncomfortable. House was warm with only one air conditioner in the lounge area. Fans not very effective. Evidence of mice, concern re hygiene

• Laura (10/5): Clean, spacious, fully equipped house close to town centre. - Large living area and fully equipped kitchen. Bedrooms were spacious. Huge backyard with barbeque for family to enjoy.
• Carolyn (7/5): Great location and comfortable property. - It was well laid out and had good facilities available. It was close to town and the beach. Nothing specific but the kettle had a lot of limescale inside so was not usable until I purchased limescale remover. The shower head was leaking from the top of the shower head - I noted both concerns upon departure. There was a significant split in the plasterboard in the twin bed room which we took a photo of to provide to the property manager as well so we were not held responsible for.
• Stephen (5/5): Ok. Older property, fairly basic. - Good location House was cold. Wrong key box code provided, air conditioning remote out of batteries.
• Savinder (8/5): Very good - I was travelling with my infant and needed hot water for her. I noticed the kettle was quite old so I had to boil the water in the pan. The kettle needs to be changed because the water was getting a layer. And we spotted a little spider in our bedroom on the lamp shade which was quite shocking for you as our baby slept in the same bedroom.

• Cathryn (7/5): The house was nice and central, but didn't realise it was going to be on such a busy road. - First impression was the house was lovely & well presented. Seemed modern & fresh. Wasn't very clean in some areas - sofa, inside fridge, back porch appeared grotty so didn't use,occasional bits of rubbish left from previous guests.

• Marie (8/5): Great stay, - Great location. Easy to walk to the shops and foreshore. Nice back patio and backyard for the kids. We would suggest to add extra toilet paper - one roll for the whole family wasn't enough.
