• Jyothi (5/5): - The house was good but it's quite difficult to get autos or cabs.... it's deep inside the residential area. The house is good with all amenities but cleaning is zero... bedsheets were soiled there were used bottles glasses on the bed on the floor , hair everywhere... Water electricity washroom were all good but no one available to ask if one needs something. The maid handover the keys and left Untidy apartment Quite difficult to get autos or cabs, Uber ola cancel repeatedly.

• Bhumika (10/5): Best and comfortable stay in Kanchi for a family of 4 or more. - The whole villa was left to us. It was clean and neat. The beds were comfortable. It had all facilities - clean washrooms, TV, fridge, accessible kitchen, two vast bedrooms with ACs. I really loved it. The owner also was very considerate to accommodate our early check-in and all our requests. The location is a bit far from the centre but okay. If you have own transport or find a car/auto, it's accessible

• Anonymous (4/5): It was not that great and amount was high. - Bathrooms were okay but in kitchen very less plates and had only one spoon, no soaps or towels. Dust everywhere so we had to sweep the floor and use. Need lot of improvement. Shops were very far and had to walk 1.5 km to get groceries.

• Narasimha (1/5): Very unhygienic. Very dusty. Mosquitoes everywhere - Can’t find anything good. The property was dusty. There was dust everywhere. Hall, bedrooms are smelling very dusty. Seems there was not living in this property for long and not maintained well. Mosquitoes everywhere.

The villa was beautifully designed, with spacious rooms and a lovely environment. The owner were extremely friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. The villa was immaculately clean, with fresh towels and toiletries provided daily. The beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning was a welcome relief from the heat. Overall, I would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Kanchipuram
