• JANA (10/5): - Vřelé přivítání. Sympatický a komunikativní majitel. Umožnil parkování motorky na oploceném pozemku přímo pod apartmánem. Dal skvělé tipy na výlety do okolí. V ceně fantastická snídaně. V docházkové vzdálenosti restaurace a obchody v Novém Městě pod Smrkem. Doporučujeme pro aktivní turisty. Nic

• Tomáš (10/5): Velmi příjemné ubytování - Naprosto dokonale zorganizované ubytování, kdy se s majitelem vlastně ani nemusíte potkat. Ale to by byla škoda, protože je to sympaťák :-) A dělá skvělé snídaně Celkově nebylo moc vytknout. Snad jen že první noc mohlo být tepleji, ale to jsme rychle s majitelem doladili.

• Lucie (9/5): Super ubytování. - Skvělé ubytování, check-in už od 12 h. Milý a ochotný majitel nám poradil s výlety a pomohl při problému s autem. Pokoj byl moderní, čistý, s krásnou koupelnou a pohodlnými postelemi. Snídaně výborná – např. čerstvá omeleta se sýrem a pažitkou. Nic.

• Marcin (9/5): Great and cosy place for a single track starting point! - The room was very clean and warm, with comfortable beds. There is a TV with Android, Netflix, and other streaming services in the room. Easy access with a PIN code. There is a fridge, kettle, pod coffee maker, and sink in the common area. Breakfast was okay, but nothing special—some cold cuts, bread, vegetables, and cake. Good coffee (not from pods) and tea were also available at breakfast. We could wash our bikes and store them in a secure room. Parking is available next to the place, but it’s not enclosed. The host was very friendly, and we received a free upgrade to a larger room. The bathroom and vestibule in the apartment were a bit colder than the main room, but I assume this was due to the outside weather. We stayed in November, and I presume the whole place is more suited for spring/summer stays. The shower pressure was low but manageable, but the water was hot. The biggest issue we encountered was that no one informed us beforehand that we couldn't pay by card, as stated in the listing. We had to pay in cash, which forced us to find an ATM and pay a €12 commission—not a huge amount, but still inconvenient.

• Cyrielle (10/5): Very nice for 4 days mountain biking - highly recommend! - We stayed 4 nights and were coming mostly for mountain biking in the area. The owner was very welcoming and nice, available for any help needed. The place is perfectly located to do mountain bike in the area. We could park the bikes in a safe room and clean them with all equipments provided by the owner (water, brushes, etc). The breakfast is good, the room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The place is calm. A plus: we had access to a small kitchen area (fridge, sink, plates, etc.) outside of the room. We had a really nice stay!
