• Dewayne (2/5): Very poor - we could not stay there as the previous person had left the toilet blocked and landlord couldn't get a plumber out to sort it out. This resulted in me finding a last minute place which cost me more money and inconvenience. also it wasn't as nice as the photos.

• Karen (8/5): Very good - Lovely two bed terrace, about 10 minutes walk if that from the town centre. Clean and comfortable. Communication about getting the keys could have been better
• Pauline (1/5): Awful - Nothing We were asked before the stay what time we would be arriving, we said from 3pm. We could not get into the property until 3.30pm as they were still cleaning the house. The cleaner on his defence was very apologetic, but why ask what time your arriving and not have the accommodation ready. On arrival there was two dirty towels outside the bathroom. The toilet seat was broken and very difficult to use due to this. No tea coffee sugar or milk which is just common curtesy. The main bedroom had a curtain trapped in the window which would not allow you to shut the window. The back yard was just full of weeds. These were the faults we found straightaway so not sure what else we would find if we stayed We had one look around and decided not to stay and just drive home after Kynren. This was all very disappointing as this was a very needed night away. 😓

• Sally (6/5): Kynren - Sofa and beds very comfortable. We were going to see Kynren so this house was only a 5 minute drive away. We could have walked there except for elderly parents with us. Very quiet. Had a problem with getting the TV on but very quick response from owner sorted it out but would have been better just to leave instructions in the house. No tea towel and only one towel between four of us, wouldn't have been a problem if we had known as would have brought our own, but would have been a problem if staying more than one night. Toilet seat was broken and decor very basic .

• Przemyslaw (7/5): Good - Good value for money that's for sure, the place was clean, and what i would call erm cheap and cheerful The place needs more tlc, mismatch water faucet in the kitchen for example, and back yard well.... All i will say is there was one.....
