- Spadlo (4/5): Terrible check-in, lack of communication, not working fan - Can’t say much about it, since we were just there to sleep at night. The room was spacious but the fan wasn’t working… The hosts weren’t informed about our arrival, we arrived late for the check in and there was nobody to be found at the property. We called the number on the reservation, someone picked up, we said we’re at the property ready to check-in, then he dropped the phone and never picked up the phone again! We spent good 30min walking around and looking for help… When the hosts came out, they started screaming that we should come back tomorrow (didn’t speak English but a bit German), not caring that we have a reservation… It was the worst check in we’ve ever had and we felt very unwelcome. The room wasn’t ready for us, as if they weren’t expecting us at all. They started getting it ready only then ( I used google translate to tell them we had a reservation and we’re not some random guests looking for a place to stay).
