• Veronika Charalambous (7/5): Malaga for 2 nights - We stayed for two nights 3 people. Easy instructions on how to access the house and 24/7 accesibility as we arrived early in the morning. The location is good, pretty close to the center by foot. Hot water for shower 24/7. It was a bit noisy from the road outside as it is on the ground floor. They don't have free parking space so if you have a car this can bw a hussle.

• Roger (4/5): Gestión desacertada de un buen lugar - El apartamento está bien situado, en planta baja con una ventana doble a la calle, en una zona popular, y aún así el barrio y la finca son tranquilos. Cerca hay muchos sitios donde hacer una compra correcta. Andando se llega sin problemas a los puntos de más interés (eso se puede ver en el mapa). Tiene cocina, nevera, plancha y lavadora, algo que resulta cómodo y útil. Está todo bien limpio (se paga un suplemento con ese concepto) y razonablemente espacioso. La cama es cómoda. La gestión del apartamento no es eficiente. Para entrar, a pesar de que estaba confirmada la hora por email, tuve que obtener los datos de acceso (un código necesario para liberar las llaves y dónde era que estaban) a través de Atención al Cliente de Booking (llamada en cola, lógicamente con un tiempo de espera), pues durante bastante más de media hora nadie respondió a los varios intentos que hice al número de teléfono que aparecía como contacto, ni a los mensajes que enviaba. Al final, esperé una hora y media en la puerta con los bultos hasta lograr acceder al piso. Luego, no funcionaba la calefacción (viajé por fin de año) y, a pesar de reportarlo al día siguiente, tuve que dormir con frío considerable 4 de las 7 noches contratadas, hasta que, a la quinta de ellas, me trajeron una estufa eléctrica (solución que tuve que aportar y exigir yo). Entiendo que, si la ficha del lugar especifica que consta de calefacción, que no funcione es un incumplimiento de contrato, en un punto importante. Esto debe revisarse antes de entregar el piso y, en caso contrario, solucionarlo de inmediato, no después de plazos absurdos que maltratan al cliente.

• Helia Raysa (6/5): Pros y Contras. - Cerca del centro y de la playa. Cama cómoda. Salón luminoso. Bien equipado para cocinar y con productos de limpieza. Había muchas cucarachas en la cocina. La tostadora no funcionaba. Se escucha ruido de la calle y tanto la ventana del dormitorio como la del salón, carecen de privacidad.

• Carmel (10/5): - The apartment was spotless and we had everything we needed in it. Isabel left plenty of water in the fridge for us as we arrived late. Very easy check in with a lock box. Isabel left us very easy instructions on how to check in. The apartment was so central.

• Nazzarino (7/5): Ideale Wohnung für Kurzaufenthalt. - Die Wohnung ist für zwei bis drei Personen geeignet. Es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen Kurzaufenthalt benötigt. Die Unterkunft war sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche war klein und funktional. Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss und sehr hellhörig. Der Lärm von draussen oder vom Treppenhaus ist sehr gut hörbar.
• MARIA JOSE (8/5): - El apartamento está perfecto, todo muy limpio y muy bien de espacio para dos personas. Esta muy cerca del centro. La calle donde está ubicado parece insegura por determinadas personas que viven o rodean la zona. Quizás falta algo más de cubertería y utensilios de cocina.

• Hana (7/5): - The location was great, and the kitchen was well equipped. The bed in the bedroom was comfy. The AC in the living room was pretty much useless. No cold air was blowing, no matter the setting. This made the being in the apartment during the day very difficult.
• David (10/5): Wonderful - Excellent location in the heart of the city. The apartment was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable. I was a bit worried about noise being on the ground floor but you can't hear any street noise from the bedroom. Be careful with your belongings as it appears someone from the street reached through the window (which has metal bars- hence I thought it was safe) and pulled my backpack out through it.

• Inga (6/5): Pleasant - Excellent options to eat out near the apartment. I booked an apartment with a balcony. There is no balcony!!! Until 3 a.m. people are slamming the main door and running in and out, so there's no sleep at night.

• Jennifer (10/5): Wonderful stay - I had a wonderful stay at Espacio Malaga! The memory foam mattress was incredibly comfortable (on the soft side which is perfect for me), and I really appreciated having a living room and kitchen to relax in. The location was great, just a few steps from the center of Malaga Old Town and fantastic restaurants, shopping, and transportation to other areas. The place was incredibly clean. I think the value for money was excellent. The window in the bedroom doesn't open to the outside, it opens onto a courtyard, so there's not a lot of natural light that comes in, but I'm more interested in sleeping well (ie. In a dark room) and then getting out to enjoy the city. The only possible challenge is anyone else staying in one of the other apartments. If they're loud, you're going to hear them, but I feel like that's the chance you take at any property.

• Tara (8/5): Ok for a short stay - The apartment was clean, convenient to Malaga old town,lots of local bars and restaurants. Lots of pillows and bedding( cold at night in December). Isabel was great, very helpful with some of the small issues we had( the keys were hard to access,the electricity went off when the hair dryer was used, the toilet wouldn't flush and we had to refill the cistern using a bucket) The keys in the lock box were behind a window grill and very awkward to access to put the code in....especially in the dark. The apartment was dark with very noisy neighbours and traffic. I would rather have had a normal dining table rather than the high stools and table. Also issues with electrics and toilet cistern.

Bottom floor, noise and polution from the street (window with bars at the level of all pedestrians and cars) and bedroom window facing the interior court (bars). Stairs and elevator wall shared with bedroom wall. Bad ventilation because no use to open the windows. Dark apartment . No counter top in the kitchen. No low, regular chair or table. Keylock attached upside down and inside the bars of the window (not on the walls like other places have it and not hanging outside of it ) thus it was hard at night to do the key combination.

• Lauren (10/5): Home Away From Home in Malaga - I had a wonderful stay. Self checkin was very easy. The apartment is located to everything you’ll want to do and see in Malaga. It was SO nice to have a washing machine after travelling for a while. Very comfortable stay! There is no natural ventilation except for the one window at the end of the long apartment but it didn’t bother me because I was only there to sleep. I found the price per night quite high but Malaga is an expensive town so I suppose it makes sense!

• Luciana (8/5): Very good choice for couple travellers - The apartment is very well equipped and the location is perfect for wandering in the city center. We even found free parking places on the adjacent streets (on the white lines). The natural ventilation of the apartment is hardly achieved, but that's not a thing the host can do something about, it's just how the building is designed.

• Farai (10/5): Great Location, lovely host, easy access. - Great Location in the heart of Malaga. Plenty shops and restaurants and things to see within minutes walk around the property. Very comfortable bed. Supermarket on the doorstep to stock up your fridge, and Isabel had great communication and was very helpful I Would 100% go back! No real issues, just an observation that if you’re planning to cook the kitchenette is small but manageable and fully stocked but clearly not an issue if you’re eating out. And there are plenty options for breakfast lunch and dinner literally on your doorstep and all very good prices.

Very nice owner, responsive and supporting (we could leave our luggage for extra 2 hours After checking out- Thank you!). The only minus was noise from the internal corridor.

And the apartment has all the needed facilities The apartment is very dark and worn. You can see that it has been used a lot. Which does not make it look very clean and tidy. What i found very bad service is that I had to pay for a baby bed. This is the first time in all my years of travelling with my kids that somebody made me pay for the bed. And quite an amount, € 15, which is a lot of money in Spain. I was not informed about the cost when I booked. I even received a confirmation from Booking.com that my child would sleep for free. But still the host insisted on making us pay. Ridiculous!! And she was not very understanding or friendly in her communication about it. So I would not stay here again!
