• William (9/5): Had a great time, host was incredibly good at responding and location was perfect! - Location was fantastic and regarding value for money, won’t get a better option. Safe and secure premises considering how central it’s based. Ceiling a little low on top floor (okay if under 5 ft 11”) otherwise definitely good value for money

• Andrei (2/5): Great location, but significant privacy and transparency issues - Close to the city center ​There are several critical aspects that potential guests should consider: 1. Low Ceilings: The upstairs rooms have a very low height. If you are over 1.80m tall, you will have trouble standing up straight. 2. Privacy Concerns: There is a security camera mounted above the entrance door. Although technically outside, it is angled directly toward the interior living area. It was very unpleasant to feel filmed while inside our private space. 3. ​Restrictive Rules: The rules regarding noise and access are extremely strict. For instance, the courtyard has a limit of only two people at a time, which is impractical for groups or families. 4. ​Host Interaction & Deposit: Communication was poor. Access instructions were only provided on the day of arrival, and only after we transferred the security deposit. 5. ​The Refund Policy: The host refused to refund the deposit due to a hole in the wall. While we didn't contest this since we had five children with us, the host then offered to refund half of the deposit specifically in exchange for a positive review. This felt like an unethical attempt to "buy" a high rating.

• Sofia (10/5): - We had a great stay! The apartment is very well equipped and perfect for groups. Everything was extremely clean and well organized, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The location is excellent, with easy access to everything we needed, and it made getting around the city super convenient. The host was incredibly attentive and supportive throughout our stay, always available and helpful whenever we needed anything. Communication was smooth and fast. I would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again!

• Agnessa (10/5): Toller Familienurlaub – Sehr sauber und Top-Küche! - Die Top-Highlights: • Super Ausstattung: Die Küche war perfekt für unsere große Gruppe (es fehlte an nichts!). Trotz des *$kompakten$* Platzes für unsere Gruppe war der Aufenthalt dank der hohen Qualität der Einrichtung sehr angenehm. Wir würden wieder buchen!

• Thomas (1/5): - Eine Herdplatte war nicht ausgeschaltet als wir ankamen. Wir haben es erst gemerkt als wir aufgrund von Platzmangel eine Tasche darauf gestellt haben und diese nach einigen Minuten Feuer fing. Die Wohnung war binnen Sekunden voller Rauch. Wir haben es gerade so herausgeschafft die Tasche von der Platte zu nehmen, das Feuer zu löschen und aus der Wohnung zu laufen. Wir wären beinahe umgekommen. Wir mussten dann kurzfristig eine neue Wohnung suchen, weil die Wohnung durch den Rauch und den Geruch nicht mehr bewohnbar war. Als wir Kontakt mit der Vermieterin aufgenommen haben und ihr den Vorfall geschildert haben, hatte sie kein Verständnis dafür. Sie meinte der Rauch und der Geruch würden sich verziehen und wir könnten problemlos drin schlafen, was definitiv nicht möglich war. Unsere Nachfrage über die Erstattung des Preises wurde abgelehnt und keinerlei Verständnis gezeigt.
• carmine (10/5): - Appartamento nuovo, in zona centrale, vicino ai mezzi di trasporto, dotato di tutti i comfort e pulito. La zona è molto bella ed è silenziosissima, si dorme benissimo. Host gentile e sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi necessità. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Nulla da eccepire, se dovessi tornare a budapest questo appartamento sarà la mia prima scelta. • Ana (10/5): Exceptional - The accommodation was well equipped, and the host was really helpful, friendly, and answered very fast. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the 2 bathrooms were really useful since we were 8 people. If i would come again to Budapest, I would choose this accommodation again! The cold air from the AC gets harder on the upstairs rooms, but if you tolerate well the heat is acceptable
• Míša (10/5): Lovely - Very lovely, cozy, near the centre and metro station. Very clean and comfortable for eight people. We loved staying here.
• Ka (10/5): Helpful staff and appreciate their flexibility. - Convenient in terms of location and rooms with separate beds. With 7 people two bathrooms would be perfect but we managed the situation quite well. There are two WC at least
• Giulia (10/5): Exceptional - The house was fantastic. It was clean, well-equipped, and in a great location. The only downside is that if you're very tall, the upstairs rooms have quite low ceilings, which might be a bit uncomfortable. Other than that, everything was perfect!
• Jakub (10/5): Exceptional - Upon entering we found a beautiful lighted Christmas tree, there were decorations in every room. The house was very clean, warm and comfortable. The host supported us throughout our stay pointing out the best. Highly recommended, thank you for everything.

The Host was very careful that we have a nice stay and was answering all our question about the room and the city. Just beware about the mentioned parking in the facilities ; it's public and you have to pay every 3h so that was a bit misleading but manageable.

• Max (10/5): Stayed with 6 mates for 4 nights during early August, still well priced despite busy time. - Great location with plenty to do close by and close to transport links, clean apartment with space for many people. Owner is very nice, helpful and quick to reply to any issues/questions. The perfect place for your stay! None of us can think of a single bad thing to say.
