• Kateryna (9/5): Good apartments for a short stay in Catania. - A spacious apartment about 15 minutes from the center of Catania. Overall, we had a good impression. If you’re visiting Catania for a short stay with a group of up to three people, it’s a good option. It was the first time I’ve ever seen a socket for a washing machine locked with a key — not sure why, but it was a bit confusing. So if you’re planning to do laundry, you’ll need to figure that out. The sofa wasn’t the most comfortable for sleeping, but the bed on the second floor was excellent. Overall, everything else was fine.

• Natalija (8/5): Všechno bylo fajn 🙂.Mockrát děkujeme. - Je to blízko centra i všech historických památek. Majitelé byli velmi vstřícní – dorazili jsme dříve a apartmán už byl připraven. Vše proběhlo hladce. Hadice ve sprše bych potřebovala výměnu ale i tak fungovala. Jinak trochu je slyšet hluk aut z ulice ale s tím jsme počítali. Po jedné noce se toho už nevšímáte 🙂.

• Antonio (9/5): Da tornarci! - Ottima posizione rispetto al centro per girare Catania a piedi. Parcheggio a pagamento custodito ed economico a soli 100 m. Casa accogliente, spaziosa e completa di tutto. Siamo stati benissimo ci ritornerei sicuramente! Mi è piaciuto tutto!

Although the hosts do not really speak English, they were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay, which made communication manageable despite the language barrier. One downside is the temperature regulation: the lower floor tends to be quite cold, while the upper floor can become too warm when the air conditioning is on — otherwise it can feel almost freezing. That said, considering the price, the accommodation is absolutely fine. It’s comfortable and functional, but there is nothing particularly special or luxurious about it. Overall, a reasonable choice if you’re looking for an affordable place in a good location.

• Hanna (10/5): - Absolutely amazing stay! We had a fantastic experience at this apartment in Catania, Sicily. Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The place was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It honestly exceeded all our expectations! The apartment felt like a home away from home – peaceful, cozy, and very well-maintained. The location was also great, close to the city center but in a quiet area. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, making sure everything was perfect for us. Without a doubt, this was one of the best apartments we’ve ever stayed in. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Catania! 🥰😍😍❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
• Molly (6/5): - Having laundry was nice, but it was an extra 10 eruos... this would have been nice to know ahead of time. We booked the place specifically to do our laundry thinking it was included. Parking down the street was free and not a long walk from the unit. The kitchen and bathroom were also well equipped for our stay with essentials. The bed sheets had hair and dirt on them upon arrival and did not seem up to par with other places we stayed on our trip. The unit is on a busy street with lots of noise next door with little sound proofing, but that is city life.

Consiglio la struttura e ci ritorneremo per qualche giorno in più per visitare al meglio Catania, dato che ci siamo stati soltanto come appoggio per una notte. TOP Niente

Struttura pulita e spazi ben organizzati, a meno di dieci minuti dal centro Il parcheggio è effettivamente disponibile sulla strada, ma bisogna avere fortuna nel trovarlo. Tuttavia il proprietario è stato molto disponibile nel fornire indicazioni e aiuto per segnalare parcheggi nelle vicinanze

It was very clean and we were welcomed with coffee, water and treats on arrival. The gracious hosts also allowed one of our party who arrived before us early access to the apartment.

• Balázs (9/5): Superb - It was very easy to enter, with a code. The home was really clean and modern. The area of the apartmant was not very friendly.
• Orestis (7/5): Good - The place was very spacious, fine for four adults. There was coffee and muffins for us for free plus a couple of other things in the fridge which we could pay for. The apartment is walking distance from the city centrer. The sheets and towels seemed very clean. The room and bathroom although they were clean had a bad moldy odor which didn’t get better after leaving the door open. There was hardly enough soap at the bathroom. The apartment is on the ground floor and its door is on the street. The day we arrived there was a holiday and the city was very crowded and it felt kind of dangerous since we were on the ground floor.

I like the air conditioning and the possibility to use the washing machine. The property is also close to a parking lot (paying) and this gives reassurance to leave the car there overnight. The property is clean and the owner very easy to communicate with. Nothing that comes to mind

• Yoanna (9/5): Superb - The room is as you see it in the photos. You can self check in and out so it’s perfect if you arrive late or have to catch a plane early in the morning. The host is kind and let us check out 15 minutes later from the announced time. You don’t have a good water pressure and the water heater is small so you have to be fast if there’s someone else waiting for the shower 😅 it’s not a big deal, just keep in mind (we didn’t notice at first and had to wait)

• Daina (7/5): Cleand and comfy but more appropriate for 2 people who can both sleep on the mezzanine floor. - Very clean, comfortable beds So, so, so loud on the first floor, couldn’t sleep. The street is a small one but weirdly busy. Slept like 2h at the max.

• Adrian (9/5): Superb - Great value for money. New furniture. A little smoking terrace in the back. Friendly host, we had an early chech-in. Shower water pressure was excellent. Would stay again. The noise of the street nearby, it's not the host to blame, but it's important to know. Limited natural light, it would be nice to have more lights installed. The floor looks clean, but if you walk in white socks, you'll have a surprise.

The owner was so nice, he was always at the phone in case something could happen. The thing is that there is only a tiny little lock to close the door. But everything was fine. Thanks :)
