Cozinha equipada e senhorio muito simpático e prestável! Certamente voltaria ☺️ Única questão menos boa é o barulho na rua de noite
• gregopa (9/5): - Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Stanza con matrimoniale non grande ma il fatto che ci siano solo due stanze in casa è valido. La zona è tranquilla e silenziosa, di fronte alla camera c'è il conservatorio di musica, quindi fino alle 20 circa si è allietati dai musicisti. Nelle vicinanze c'è tutto ciò di cui un turista abbia bisogno e la metro è dietro l'angolo. È tutto molto preciso nelle dimensioni, camera precisa, bagno piccolo cucina pure.

Mi puntuación negativa sobre calidad precio no es por el lugar en sí, sino porque los precios en Madrid son imposibles en general y cualquier alojamiento es caro para lo que ofrece.

Por decir algo, los dos grupos de dominicanos y marroquíes que estuvieron más de media hora gritando y persiguiéndose con cuchillos cebolleros por la calle. Casi se apuñalan y estuvo divertido por un lado, pero no se podía dormir. Cosas del Madrid de Almeida y Sánchez. A la media hora cuando ya no había nada llegó la policía. Creo que no será habitual, mala suerte.

• Gemma (3/5): - La cama era cómoda Está situado en un barrio de Tetuán donde hay gritos y ruidos por la noche. Me desperté a las cinco por unos fuertes chillidos de tres chicas. Además durante toda la noche hubo discusiones de todo tipo. No está aislado acústicamente. La habitación está situada en un piso de un particular como si fuera un b&b.

• Hanna (8/5): Pleased to stay there and would stay for longer. - Good comforting place, very good kitchen and bathroom, the room is nice and the bed is comfortable. Great location, a lot of shops and restaurants nearby, as well as metro station Tatuan. No air conditioner or a fan, so really hot inside. Very loud outside due to the area, but this is not the problem of the hotel.

• Sergio (6/5): Regular - Habitación con cama de matrimonio, baño limpio. Posibilidad de usar la cocina. Ubicación cercana al metro y a supermercados. Anfitrión atento. Habitación bastante fría, no encendió la calefacción. Una ventana sin persiana por donde pasaba la luz y la otra ventana la persiana estaba rota y no subía.... El barrio algo peligroso... llegué un día de entre semana sobre las 23.00 y había una redada policial en el mismo portal...

• Juan Carlos (10/5): Muy buen trato y buena ubicacion - Muy bien ubicado cerca de la estacion de metro de tetuan en una calle relativamente tranquila, habitacion muy limpia y ordenada con todo lo necesario y el personal muy amable y servicial repetiria sin duda Las ventanas no tenian mucho aislamiento por lo que se oia algo de ruido de la calle pero al no ser una calle principal no habia casi nada de ruido de resto todo bien

• Gaël (10/5): - Recomiendo la habitación, que está bien equipada, limpia y es funcional, con acceso por ascensor. También hay una pequeña cocina muy práctica. Muy bien recibidos y excelente comunicación con el anfitrión. Un poco lejos del centro de la ciudad pero muy cerca del metro.

• Christian (3/5): If the mattress would have been at least in a mediocre condition, I wouldn’t have felt so disappointed - The room is very nice and the flat has everything I needed for spending the night, I don’t know how well equipped the kitchen was THE BED!!!! It was horrible, I guess a mattress found on the street would be in a better condition.

• Che (4/5): Disappointing - The location was okay, close to Subway and 20 minutes Subway right to city center The bed was not comfortable, the bathroom was extremely small and smelly. The shower is it under stairs shower and two and a half feet by two and a half feet. Overall the place is run down and smells funny.

• Jeezar (8/5): Very good - The guest apartment is nice! It's close to the train station, just a 5-minute walk, and only 20 minutes away from the city center by train. Although it's not a fancy apartment, it's perfect if you're looking for some privacy. They even have a small kitchen you can use. A big shoutout to Mr. Shelton for being so nice to me. He waited and allowed me to check in around 12:30 midnight when I was traveling from Barcelona. Gracias!

• Youssef (1/5): Bad - Nothing Host stood me up and refused to refund me. I would not recommend. He left me stranded at 1 AM in Madrid and had to walk all over the neighborhood to find an alternative.

• Peter (4/5): I do NOT recommend - Not the nicest part of Madrid Dealing with host was impossible. Refused to communicate through Booking Messaging which provides translation services. I waited almost an hour to gain entry. Finally flagged down a passerby who spoke to the host in Spanish. No information once inside. No info on wifi password. No info on what to do with keys on checkout. I left the keys in the mailbox and got off my transAtlantic flight to 5 voicemails and numerous messages asking where the keys were.
• Tamas (6/5): Overall, it wasn’t too bad. The property is not too big, but it served it’s purpose and the bed in good condition and th - Really good location - close to shops and restaurants (2-5 minute walk towards the city centre), there’s a Lidl nearby (first floor) and a market on the ground floor. Tetuán metro station is 5-10 minute walk from the place. The property has all the essentials (fridge, plates, cutlery, frying pan and other small pans - so if you do your shopping, you can store them there and you can even cook. Really good way to save money!) There’s a laundry on the other side of the street and people loiter there often and are very loud, usually until 11pm (sometimes later if it’s the weekend). The windows don’t block the noise much. The bathroom is really small (I’m 5’10” and I could barely bend over in the shower to wash my feet). I also wish the owner warned me upfront that the upstairs area (main bathroom) is off limits as it a different flat - this caused awkward moments when the tenants of the other flat told me that guests can’t use it. It was also tough getting in as i had to reach out to ask how I could get in, and then it was also a bit hard to get the rest of the information. The owner doesn’t speak English so the communication was slow, but Google translate helps with this. WhatsApp seems to be the most favourite way of communication.

The property had everything I had to make my stay comfortable. Room is dusty. Bed was not comfortable. Owner doesn't speak English. It was difficult to find the property and to get access because of language barrier
