• Hannelore (6/5): Eher nicht mehr - Lage Nähe Bahnhof Tiburtina ist gut. Zimmer ist schön, geräumig , sauber. Eigener Kühlschrank. Gemeinschaftsküche. Sessel fehlen. Blick in Innenhof/ Baustelle Check in : da gibt es viel Luft nach oben. 30 Stunden nach Buchung keine bzw keine nennenswerte Info zu check in, bzw dass es ein self -check in ist und wie dieser von statten gehen soll. Man vereinbart eine Check in -Zeit und steht dann vor einem Hochhaus ohne irgendeine Ahnung wie es weitergeht. Da dort viele Leute ein und ausgehen, kommt man immerhin in das Gebäude mal rein. Der Ton könnte auch freundlicher und entgegenkommender sein.
• Mattia (10/5): - Struttura pulita, ospitale e intima. Il personale si è dimostrato fin da subito disponibile e accogliente, posizione ottima per spostarsi con i mezzi, insomma struttura CONSIGLIATISSIMA.
• SATSUKI (5/5): - 部屋は清潔で綺麗だった。 Googleマップに出てくるホテルの住所とbookingに載ってる住所が全然違い、道に迷った。bookingに乗ってる住所が正しい。
• Volha (10/5): Ottimo! - il proprietario era molto disponibile e attento a qualsiasi mia esigenza! la comunicazione era molto facile. Non funzionava internet ma era un problema della fibra. la camera era pulita ed era tenuta bene. è vicina alla Tiburtina. L’unica cosa: ci sono delle scale prima dell’ascensore per chi importa. tutto è andato bene, si potrebbero aggiungere altre coperte per le persone freddolose :)
• Daddolento (10/5): Esperienza top - Pulito, ordinato, nuovo appena ristrutturato, molto silenzioso nonostante la prossimità a via tiburtina perche in interni e per presenza di infissi di buona qualità. Frigo e grande tv. Posizione strategica, vicinissima a stazione tiburtina, presenza di parcheggi gratuiti lungo la strada e vicino la stazione. Presenza di bar pasticceria e forni nelle vicinanze, stazione AGIP e banca intesa San Paolo entro 50m dalla struttura. Nessun difetto. Per aumentare ulteriormente il comfort suggerirei di mettere un topper al letto matrimoniale, piccola spesa (si aggirano intorno ai 120 eur) e grosso miglioramento del comfort.
• Giovanni (10/5): - L'appartamento si trova a 5 minuti dalla stazione di Tiburtina, molto vicina a ogni tipo di mezzo. Con la gentilezza del proprietario mi ha dato ogni informazione sulla stanza, sul se avessi bisogno di qualcosa sono rimasto molto contento. La stanza appena sono arrivata era super pulita, molto carina. Inoltre hai la possibilità di avere una cucina in comune ovviamente tutto fornito tra padelle ,piatti e bicchieri. Mi sono trovato molto bene
• Dovydas (9/5): Superb - The apartment was nice. Modern bathroom, spacious room, big TV, a terrace. There is a shared kitchen with utensils. The kitchen has a fridge. 15 min walk to Tiburtina train station where you can reach any place in Rome, including Airport or use a metro for an old town trip. The neighborhood outside felt safe. There are shops and restaurants around. The host was very helpful and even went an extra step for a 2 hour early check-in for us. We appreciate this a lot. The apartment is very quiet at night - awesome! Two small nits: we got only 1 shower towel and shared it for me and my wife during 5 day stay. A kettle for boiling water would be nice.
