- Serge (10/5): - Читал про слабую шумоизоляцию в номерах - но не столкнулся с ней, возможно потому зимой было мало посетителей. Встретили и разместили очень радушно. Одноместный номер по цене около 20 долларов за ночь (302) оказался тёплым, уютным, с большой двухспальной кроватью. Постельноё бельё хорошего качества, без синтетики. Набор полотенец, бритва, шампунь, зубной набор, чайник, вода, чай - всё было, не к чему придраться. От аэропорта ехать вечером минут 15, обратно в аэропорт утором - около 25, пробки по дороге в Ереван. Приеду ещё

Хотелось бы иметь возможность заваривать кофе на завтрак (есть натуральный кофе, а как его приготовить не понятно)

Osobně se domnívám, že je to běžná praxe v tomto hotelu a snaží se ze zákazníka dostat více peněz. My jsme se nenechali a najednou to byla jejich chyba a že je vše v pořádku. Jinak je hotel dost vybydlený a zařízení již pamatuje hodně let, snídaně je jedna velká katastrofa. Nicméně je hotel čistý. Na jednu noc dostačující

И пора заменить халаты и полотенца - неприятно ими пользоваться, как наждачная бумага. Вечером очень долго пропускала воду их горячего крана, так и не дождалась горячей воды.

- Marek (6/5): - Based on reviews of this hotel, I had high expectations which were not met. I positively value the front desk - the lady is polite, helpful, caring and speaks English. The location is in the city center and parking was easy. There were hairs around the bathroom, including the sink. The room had dirty carpet. There was smell of cigarettes. Couldn't sleep without earplugs, the walls don't provide any basic soundproofing, I could hear every word from the neighbors, then they turned on the TV... I would accept the look of the room if the hotel had not promoted itself as exclusive.

Просторный и чистый номер с кондеем. Холодильник с морозилкой. Санузел великолепный - огромная душевая зона с прекрасным сливом воды. Чайник, вода в бутылках каждый день. 3. Отличный завтрак! Вкусные, разнообразные фрукты. 4. Вежливый персонал. 5. Отель находится по трассе налево от аэропорта в 20 минутах езды. От него до Еревана на такси около часа и 500-800 рублей на Яндекс такси. Не испытывали никаких неудобств с перемещениями. Мало пробыли в этом замечательном месте!

- Liana (9/5): - I have stayed at this hotel three times already, and I am always very satisfied. The staff is always polite and friendly, and they are ready to help with any request. I especially appreciated that, upon my request, they prepared an early breakfast just for me — that was very thoughtful. The hotel has a great location and offers a beautiful view from the window. I will definitely come back again! The only downside is that the walls are very thin. Twice, I was unable to sleep well because of noise from guests in the neighboring room. I could hear almost everything happening next door. I hope this issue will be addressed in the future.

В номере много одноразовых штучек , все пригодилось) . Прекрасная красивая девушка на ресепшен ( ее имя переводится как королева😊) вызвала мне такси и даже проводила до него! Спасибо огромное за такое отношение и приветливость! Прекрасная страна и люди!! Снижать оценку не буду) но отмечу что в номере сильно уставший матрас)))

- Vlada (7/5): Для коротких остановок подходит - Огромным плюсом были все ванные принадлежности ( тапочки, зубные щетки и паста, шампунь, гель для душа, ватные палочки, пилочка для ногтей, ватные диски) В номере тепло, горячая вода есть и перебоев с ней не было. Расположение отеля очень удобное , напротив достопримечательности, своя парковка , приезжали ночью в очень позднем заселение прошло все гладко. Из минусов это матрас - пружины которого впивались в спину и очень жесткая подушка . Нас было 7 и у 3 проблемы со спиной и у 1 сломано плечо- это доставило дискомфортные ощущения.
