- Roberta (1/5): Casa e vista bella. Peccato per lo Staff vergognoso. - Vista sul mare e casa moderna L’appartamento presenta diverse criticità. Per raggiungerlo bisogna affrontare molte scale, cosa non indicata chiaramente nell’annuncio. In cucina abbiamo trovato formiche e scarafaggi. Il rubinetto del bidet perdeva acqua in modo consistente, causando l’allagamento del bagno. La porta del balcone era rotta e il Wi-Fi inizialmente inesistente; solo dopo aver contattato lo staff il problema è stato parzialmente risolto, ma la connessione è rimasta comunque molto lenta. Gravissimo, inoltre, l'atteggiamento dello staff: al termine del soggiorno siamo stati accusati ingiustamente di aver sottratto asciugamani e lenzuola. Accusa completamente infondata: prima di lasciare l'appartamento abbiamo pulito accuratamente tutti gli spazi, incluso il balcone, e abbiamo lasciato tutti gli asciugamani nel bagno, come richiesto. Inoltre, siamo tornati in struttura poche ore dopo il check-out per recuperare un cuscino personale dimenticato: se davvero avessimo avuto qualcosa da nascondere, non ci saremmo certo ripresentati. In quell'occasione abbiamo incontrato la signora delle pulizie, la quale ha confermato che non risultava nulla di anomalo, se non appunto il nostro cuscino dimenticato e un oggetto probabilmente lasciato da ospiti precedenti. Ora riceviamo una mail in cui ci viene contestato di non aver rispettato le "regole della struttura", ma senza alcun dettaglio concreto. Questo tipo di trattamento è per noi inaccettabile e profondamente deludente: non solo per la qualità dell’alloggio, ma soprattutto per il modo scorretto e accusatorio con cui siamo stati trattati.

- Andrzej (10/5): Exceptional - The place has a great view that you can admire from the terrace. The host answered all our questions about our stay. We had a problem with the Internet on our first day which she fixed very fast for which we are very grateful. Kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped with anything you might need. The neighbourhood is very quiet. We had a great time. To get to the property you need to get through a bunch of stairs. Going up can be a little challenging in the sun.
