Stock; sehr bequemes Bett; abwechslungsreiches Frühstücksbuffet mit gutem Kaffee; sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Service (besonders Akbar an der Rezeption); sehr super: Flughafentransfer im Preis inbegriffen; Roomservice ist optional (wenn bestellt: sehr gründlich + es gibt kostenloses Wasser) Es wäre schön, Nachttischlampen neben dem Bett zu haben; die Kaffeemaschine im Frühstücksraum macht super Kaffee, ist aber vielleicht ein bisschen zu klein dimensioniert für so viele Gäste (sehr häufig Fehlermeldungen, weil etwas nachgefüllt werden muss, was der Service auch sofort getan hat, aber es zieht sich dann schon wenn viele Menschen auf Kaffee warten); das Frühstücksbuffet war überwiegend reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich - nur an ein, zwei Tagen war es ein bisschen leer (noch nicht nachgelegt?) als ich kam.

Everything from the rooms to the service was excellent. The property was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable, making it feel like a home away from home. A special thanks to Mr. Akbar, who truly went above and beyond to make our stay smooth and enjoyable. He was extremely helpful, polite, and always ready to assist with a smile. His support made a big difference and added a personal touch to our experience.

Samina (9/5): Mooi en ruime hotel dicht bij de bezienswaardig heden - Meh bij de receptie was erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Ook alle dames van de restaurant waren super behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Wij waren voor de bruiloft van ons zoon met 25 personen daar. De licht in de gang paden is te vel in de nacht.
Schluenat (8/5): - Die Lage der Hotel ist super: nur ca. 10 Gehminuten bis zum zentralen Platz, ansonsten kommt man schnell in alle Richtungen der Stadt, weil das Hotel wirklich zentral liegt. Tolle Aussicht von den oberen Etagen. Unsere Zweizimmer-Unterkunft war sehr geräumig und sehr sauber. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und die Bettwäsche sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet viel Auswahl. Das Internet funktionierte leider im zweitem Zimmer nicht. Außerdem würde man sich bessere Fremdsprachkenntnisse beim Personal wünschen. Im Allgemeinen schein das Personal an der Rezeption zwar nett aber wenig engagiert zu sen.

Вместо того чтобы решать административные вопросы вежливо и конфиденциально, персонал позволил себе насмешки и обсуждение гостей на языке, непонятном клиентам. Сотрудники ведут себя бесцеремонно, нарушают границы личного достоинства гостей и создают максимально неловкую атмосферу в присутствии других людей. Такое поведение недопустимо для сферы гостеприимства. Если вы цените уважительное отношение и сервис, обходите это место стороной. Мы были вынуждены отказаться от проживания из-за хамства персонала UPD: После публикации отзыва администрация отеля вместо извинений начала звонить мне с угрозами, заявляя, что я "не имею права" на плохую оценку. Это лишь подтверждает уровень их "сервиса". Вместо работы над ошибками они пытаются давить на клиентов. Категорически не рекомендую это место тем, кто ценит безопасность и конфиденциальность

Mahina (10/5): Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt mit freundlichem Service in einem schönen Hotel. - Das Hotel war sehr schön und gepflegt. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Personal – alle waren äußerst lieb, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man hat sich sofort willkommen gefühlt. Es gab nichts, was mir nicht gefallen hat.

Alita (3/5): Фото, мы весь день были на работе уставшие вернулись и даже постель не застелили, было не приятно. - Расположение Сотрудники были не компетентны на всех этапах. Сначала дали пропахший номер, поменяли, 2 раза попросили отнести наши вещи в номер, весь день они лежали на складе с открытой дверью. 2 ночи 3 дня оставались, Номер не убрали ни разу. За 50 $ на ночь не было адекватных средств гигиены, ужасного качества мыло, шампуни. В душе все стекало, работало с перебоями. И в целом было не достаточно чисто. В конце у нас выезд, нас задержали на 15 мин потому что не могли найти оплату, сотрудник не провел, в итоге из за этого мы потеряли время и нас обвинили в том, что мы номер не оплатили. В итоге потом нашли. В общем, безолаберная работа сотрудников ВСЕХ.

AVERINA (10/5): - Цена=качество! Недалеко от аэропорта, хороший район - в пешей доступности банк 24/7 (можно поменять валюту) , рестораны, супермаркеты. Современный интерьер, у нас был номер на 20 этаже (две спальни), есть открытый балкон (можно курить). Идеальная чистота, есть халаты и тапочки, смарт тв, и тд. Из нюансов: рядом стройка, в наше пребывание - уровень шума был минимальный.

Farzad (9/5): Warm Hospitality and Modern Charm - I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, thanks to the warm and extremely friendly staff who made every part of my visit enjoyable. From the welcoming reception to the ladies serving breakfast, their kindness was evident at every turn. The hotel's location was fantastic—just a few minutes' walk from the iconic Somoni statue, with a handful of useful shops, a drugstore, and restaurants nearby. While I didn't use the sauna, the gym was modern, clean, and functional, though small. The hotel's aura, a blend of modern Persian design, was both graceful and beautiful, creating a serene and stylish atmosphere throughout my stay. There was no one available, nor any trolleys, to help carry our bags either into the room or out of it. This was a bit inconvenient, especially considering the otherwise high level of service at the hotel.

Трансфера до хотела ми беше пълен провал . Чаках близо един час на летището и през цялото време ме лъжеха на рецепцията по телефона , че техният човек е там и ме очаква . В 01 часа вечерта да чакаш никого и да са те забравили да изпратят кола е меко казано недопустимо . Снимах всички посрещачи на летището и когато им показах видеото да си намерят човека който ме е ЧАКАЛ , тогава спряха с лъжите и се извиниха .... Така че трансфер не си поръчвайте от хотела !

Murodjon (5/5): Было бы 8 баллов, если бы была вода) - В целом номер который я снял, был достаточно большим, в нем было 2 спальни, на 5 спальных мест. Нам отлично подошло, в каждой спальне свой Смарт ТВ, и даже есть общая комната с диваном и тоже с ТВ и холодильником. Но есть огромный минус ниже Мы снимали отель на 1 ночь, приехали по делам, и заселились в 9 вечера, приходим после ужина, и оказывается воды нет. Звоню уточнить будет ли вода, меня просили подождать, в итоге я ждал около часа звоня каждые 20 минут. Сказали что воды до утра не будет, получается на семью из 4 человек, который снял аппартаменты на 1 ночь, не было воды. Ни помыться, ни душ принять, НИ-ЧЕ-ГО. Утром воды опять не было, она появилась около 9.30. Спасибо.

Tatiana (9/5): - У отеля очень хорошее расположение — в пешей доступности до основных достопримечательностей города. Новое здание, а значит новый ремонт, мебель, сантехника. В номере есть чайник, чашки, приборы, холодильник, вода в бутылках,приветственный чай и кофе. Сразу эе в этом доме Ив соседних много кафе, различных магазинов. Да, рядом идут стройки. Но в Душанбе сейчас везде строят. Завтраки - шведский стол. Но лучше прийти не под самый конец. Каких-то блюд может не хватить. Но в целом завтраки сытные. На ресепшене девушка Рудова (надеюсь, правильно запомнила имя) - профессионал, которая похоже решает там все проблемы, которые могут возникнуть у туристов. Она нас очень выручила. Когда нас обманул другой отель, и нам нужно было быстро найти жилье в Душанбе, волею судьбы мы попали в Fitdavsi. И хорошо, что там в это время была Рудова — эмпатичная и клиентоориентированная. Она быстро сориентировалась, какое жилье мы ищем, предложила нам варианты. Мы посмотрели и остались. И потом продлили наше пребывание ещё на сутки. Спасибо! Муж подарил цветы. Я попросила вазу, обращалась с просьбой трижды. Сначала к горничной на этаже, затем дважды на ресепшене: утром, когда уходили гулять, потом увидела что цветы стоят в отрезанной горлышком пластиковой бутылке - ещё раз напомнила вечером. Но нет, ваза так и не появилась. Честно, если бы меня человек столько раз попросил вазу — даже если бы ее не было в отеле, я бы уже пошла и купила. Короче, ваза появилась на следующие сутки, когда снова заступила на смену Рудова. Ей большое спасибо за профессионализм. Потому что в деталях!

Christina (8/5): Modern highrise hotel - Nice modern hotel with a very comfy bed, fridge in the room, AC, and a great bathroom. The gym was a great bonus, and the breakfast was good. The wifi was slow; good wifi should really be standard in a hotel like this - the slow wifi meant it’s not a hotel for business travelers (or just someone who wants to check their social media). The room had no chair, and no suitcase stand either.

I liked it .

Behroozi (10/5): Comfortable, safe, and helpful – would come back for Nowruz again - I stayed at this hotel during the Nowruz holidays and had a really pleasant experience. The hotel was very clean, the staff were polite and always helpful. They even gave me useful tips on where to go and what to do during the celebrations in Dushanbe. One thing that really stood out was how they handled a problem I had with a taxi driver (not connected to the hotel). The staff took the issue seriously, reported the driver to the local tourism office, and made sure I didn’t leave Tajikistan with a bad memory – even though it wasn’t their responsibility. I’m originally from Iran, currently living in Turkey, and I travel often with valuable equipment – so safety matters a lot to me. The hotel felt very secure, with an in-room safe and trustworthy staff who took good care of everything. Compared to other hotels I saw, this one was definitely worth the price. I’m planning to come back next Nowruz with my family – and I’ll gladly stay here again.

No regularly clean the room despite several times ask to hotel menegment. BREAKFAST very P O O R. VERY LIMITED items, 2nd class food stuff, No refilling, No milk & Yogurt available. Breakfast just like 1*. 3rd class overall. I asked the Hotel via booking. Com message, they ignore and don't reply about my Breakfast complaint. Not recomended to STAY.
