• Carla (1/5): HORRIBLE, NO VOLVERÍA NI LO RECOMENDARÍA - Nada La experiencia en este alojamiento ha sido bastante mala. Nada más entrar, el olor a humedad era tan fuerte que resultaba difícil incluso respirar con normalidad. Además, había muchísimo ruido: cada vez que pasaba un coche parecía que todo el apartamento temblaba, por lo que descansar fue prácticamente imposible. Para empeorar aún más el descanso, el alojamiento ni siquiera tenía persianas, así que entraba muchísima luz desde primera hora y durante todo el día. La cocina estaba muy mal equipada. No había horno, ni tostador, ni siquiera unas simples tijeras. Lo único disponible era un microondas que además estaba muy sucio. En general, la limpieza dejaba muchísimo que desear. La televisión solo tenía Netflix y canales de pago, pero no canales básicos como Telecinco, La Cuatro o Antena 3. Intenté contactar varias veces con el alojamiento para preguntar cómo configurarla y no obtuve una respuesta útil ni clara. Para terminar, la comunicación respecto a la salida también fue inexistente. No enviaron ninguna indicación sobre cómo dejar las llaves ni instrucciones de ningún tipo. Además, los horarios me parecen abusivos: el check-in es a partir de las 17:00, demasiado tarde, y el check-out antes de las 11:00, demasiado temprano. En resumen: mala limpieza, mala atención, mucho ruido, olor insoportable a humedad y servicios muy deficientes. No volvería ni lo recomendaría.

Muy limpio,cocina completa,vajilla nueva, y lavarropas. Anfitrión por Whatsapp, check in on line y claves de apertura por Whatsapp. Anfitrión responde muy pronto .

• Marek (1/5): - Zostaliśmy oszukani przez obiekt. Po wejściu do pokoju zauważyliśmy pleśń na wszystkich ścianach, blisko łóżka w całej łazience. Skontaktowaliśmy się z obiektem, niestety nie dostaliśmy żadnej pomocy. Właściciel nie chciał zmienić nam pokoju albo dokonać chociaż częściowego zwrotu pieniędzy. Po zgłoszeniu sprawy do booking kłamał że wszystko jest w porządku a my przebywamy w hotelu. Straciliśmy pieniądze i musieliśmy na ostatnią chwilę późnym wieczorem szukać nowego hotelu. Stanowczo odradzam wynajmowania pokoi w tym miejscu, właściciel jest oszustem. Szkoda że można dodać tylko 4 zdjęcia, uniemożliwia to pokazanie w jak złym stanie było pomieszczenie.

• Kim (8/5): You get what you pay for. Fine for an overnight stay. - The location and the price for one night. It’s hard to complain at that price so I’m not going to complain just point out a few things that aren’t that great. The view of the apt is taken from the very pretty street but the apt is actually around the back. There is no natural light so you don’t really know what the weather is like till you walk out of the door. Wouldn’t want to self cater there as there is limited equipment. Bolster pillow was like a log but that seems standard in Spain. Shower was good. Bed was comfortable but one side jammed up to the wall so no bedside table.

Check in wasn’t allowed until 5 pm and I hadn’t noticed that when I booked the place so it caused some inconvenience when we arrived and there was no where to leave our luggage. In addition the place was not sufficiently clean. The bathroom floor is rock and cement and always wet! Did not want to shower there. It also has a smell in the room. The link to provide passport information did not work so I had to text my information over Whatapp in order to receive a code to access the room. Totally unacceptable and not worth it.

Dispite the apartments are non smoking, there was a strong cigarette smell and on the top of air-conditioner we have found used ashtray. We couldn't stay in the apartments and tried to ventilate it. Also the lack of facilities, place need improvement and renovation.

A mi me gusta llevar los viajes súper planificados, llamé a la anfitriona con dos día de antelación para ver cómo se entraba y demás… la información fue vaga, el mismo día me envió un wasap con los detalles, tarde para mi gusto, pero bueno… Lo peor es que una vez allí le escribimos porque la televisión no funcionaba y ni nos contestó, así que nos estaba lloviendo fuera y ni la televisión pudimos ver en el apartamento. El secador de pelo no iba, pareciera que iba a explotar.

Nakonec i snadný příjezd s jasnými pokyny - bohužel ale až v čase, kdy už se máte ubytovávat ,ocenila bych trochu jasnější a rychlejší komunikaci . Nicméně vše proběhlo v pořádku.a mohu doporučit.

• Sophia (1/5): An embarrassment to booking.com this awful place is on their site - We did not like a single thing. This was the absolutely worst palce I have ever booked. And booking.com is responsible. They clearly have no quality control. This place is an absolute disaster. First of all it has no HEAT--yet it was in the 50s in Marbella when we were there. When we told the host they did not offer to bring a space heater--they just said they never said they had heat. When we complained to booking.com they said it was up to the host to refund us. So a total disaster--there is no check for heat as an amenity--bc it is essential. We had no way to know this. and we trust booking.com to have reasonable places listed. On top of that the place is FILTHY. Disgusting bathroom that was so gross we couldn't even shower and a toilet that was so wobbly we worried it would fall over. But that isn't all--the fridge is so old it makes rattling noises ALL night. And the place is in a terrible location on a street that does not feel safe. So even if you want to go when heat would not be an issue--you will be paying to stay in a place that is filthy and where there are so many noises you are not getting any sleep. Don't book here--you will regret it. Booking.com should do a better job of protecting its reputation and take this place off of the site.
• Claudia (4/5): - La ubicación central, cómoda y cerca de todo a píes El apartamento no parecía para nada a las fotos del sitio web, muy pequeño, bastante sucio, ní había estropajo y toalla de cocina, para tres personas solo dos papeles higiénicos y ni agua dentro de la nevera. Para tres personas es demasiado pequeño, nos tocó siempre comer fuera porqué estaba estrecho y eso no nos permitió ahorrar, que es lo que normalmente te ayudan a hacer los apartamentos vacacionales.

• Sophia (1/5): This is the worst place I have ever booked on booking.com--it should not even be listed here. - We did not like anything about this booking. This place is awful. The location is terrible. In an area that doesn't feel safe. But the worse thing is there is no HEAT. We stayed when it is in the 50s in Marbella--definitely cold enough to need heat. When we mentioned there was no heat--the shots said their description doesn't offer heat as an amenity. But heat is not an AMENITY which is why it is not even an option on booking.com to indicate if it exists --bc heat is a requirement. The hsots did not offer to give us a space heater or help us refund our second night. On top of that the place is filthy. The bathroom was too gross to use the shower. To make it all worse the refrigerator is so old is rattles when it kicks on so we kept being woken up by it. Do not book here--you will regret it.

• Yannick Daniël (10/5): Leuk appartement op een prachtige locaties met alles in de buurt - De locaties was een geweldige plek. Het oude centrum van Marbella is geweldig. Gezellig en van alles te beleven. Ook prima voor gezinnen. Het appartement heeft alles wat je nodig hebt en is zeer schoon.
