- Giorgio (8/5): Il miglior hotel, se vuoi stare in centro a Folgaria - Tutto lo staff del ristorante sia a colazione che a cena ha dimostrato grandissima empatia e si è dimostrata super affettuosa verso mio figlio e il mio cucciolo. Le camere sono abbastanza pulite e i servizi dell’hotel sempre puntuali. In cucina ho riconosciuto una grandissima esperienza e grandissima qualità dei prodotti selezionati. Le camere sono un po’ piccole e soprattutto quando arrivi con un neonato e un piccolo cane, ma ben organizzate. Al mio arrivo il Benvenuto è stato un po’ freddino. I costi accessori della presenza del cane sia in camera che a cena o colazione sono un po’ esagerati altri luoghi con gli stessi servizi ti fanno pagare meno della metà oppure è completamente gratuito.

- Cristina (6/5): Soddisfacente - Abbiamo soggiornato io mio marito e nostra nipote di 8 anni,l'albergo situato all'ingresso del paese come dicono tutti è davvero pulitissimo, all'arrivo ci è stato comunicato che ci cambiavano la camera con una con balcone, cosa molto gradita, arredata moderna ma semplice, carina, purtroppo il bagno e la doccia sono davvero piccoli x sbaglio nel fare la doccia ho spostato la leva e l'acqua è diventata gelida,non c'è nessuna mensola dove appoggiare il necessario ma la doccia è pulitissima davvero complimenti, le luci sul comodino sono troppo forti se uno dorme e l'altro legge dà fastidio, il letto confortevole ma il singolo x un bambino può andare bene x un adulto il materasso è sottile si sente il telaio della rete,nell'area spa c'è un idromassaggio comodo x due, anche la bambina è potuta entrare con noi naturalmente ha fatto solo stanza del sale e un po' di idromassaggio,ci sono una stanza con 5 lettini x il relax e zone sauna ecc come descritto dalla struttura, la spa è da prenotare h 1.15 a turno così l'affluenza è regolata, con noi c'erano anche una coppia con un bambino di 4 anni circa, l'idromassaggio è troppo piccolo da condividere se due ci stanno dentro un'ora gli altri stanno a guardare, il costo è di euro 35.00 a famiglia e vengono forniti accappatoio e ciabatte x gli adulti, una signora all'arrivo ti spiega le varie zone e offre una tisana. La stanza giochi è x bambini piccoli x nostra nipote non c'era niente di adatto anche esternamente ci sono due zone giochi x i più piccoli, al piano terra c'è un bagno con fasciatoio attrezzato con salviette creme e pannolini ritengo sia molto comodo avere già tutto a disposizione. Ho dato 6 per la cucina e il bagno che è senza un'appoggio

Colazione buona, svariate possibilità di scelta fra dolce e salato. Camere moderne ma con una ristrutturazione avvenuta con criterio, moderno ma tradizionale allo stesso tempo. Ottimo il servizio Spa, da un valore aggiunto. Posizione fantastica a pochi metri dal centro, e vicinissimo a vari punti di interesse per gli amanti del trekking. Premetto che ero da solo ed ho prenotato una camera standard, ma l'unico appunto che farei è sulle dimensioni contenute del bagno della stanza.

Communication was excellent, this is a high quality hotel that still feels warm and welcoming. I will be back. Nothing really, the management was very helpful with my questions. Thank you.
- Daniela (9/5): Superb - The location is ideal, it’s right at the Folgaria historic centre, walking distance to the restaurants, shops and bars (If you’re there for a ski trip, I suggest going with your car as the little ski train to the slopes can be full at high season, causing you to wait an hour before the next one arrives). The room was really clean and well maintained, and the breakfast had plenty of options, the pastries and cakes were especially good. The parking is too small for the hotel that size, so it was a bit of an issue as the hotel was full, the parking spots are not marked and it was difficult to move the car in and out.
