Para peor, el hotel no tiene posibilidad de dejar las maletas y no lo avisa en ningún lado.

• Marie-Eve (6/5): - I like the rooftoop pool and the facilities outside. Le décor dans les aires communes extérieures est super et original. Bien situé et à environ 7 minutes de marche de la plage. Je n'ai pas aimé qu'à mon arrivée vers 2h15 pm on m'a fait payer un supplément pour avoir accès à ma chambre plus tôt. J'ai trouvé cela peu accueillant et avare d'argent. C'était la première fois, que j'ai dû payer pour aller dans ma chambre qui était déjà prête. Je me suis sentie anarquée. "Votre chambre est prête, mais le check-in est à 4h pm, voulez-vous payer 65$ US pour y accéder?". Les immeubles ne sentent pas bons à l'intérieur, mais c'est propre. Les photos ne sont pas représentatives pour les chambres. C'est beaucoup plus petit que ça en a l'air. J'en ai vu 2 suites. Les lits sont inconfortables (à mon avis) et les oreillers aussi. Ça dépend des goûts. Pour environ 600$ pour 1 nuit, je m'attendais à mieux.

• Thomas (2/5): Alte Bleibe mit diversen Mängeln - Die Lage Wir hatten zwei Zimmer in diesem Hotel gebucht. Im Zimmer meiner Eltern war der Balkon verriegelt, da ein Schlauch nach draußen geführt wurde. Die Kissen lagen noch draußen auf den Stühlen. Insgesamt war alles sehr dreckig. In unserem Zimmer fanden wir Hinterlassenschaften der vorherigen Gäste: getragene Socken, Haare im Waschbecken und Essensreste in der Spüle der kleinen Küchenzeile. Außerdem war das Zimmer nicht für vier Personen vorbereitet. Die Schlafcouch musste erst ausgezogen werden, war sehr unbequem (die Beine lagen höher als der Kopf) und man spürte jede Feder. Auch ein Babybett musste erst nachträglich gebracht werden. Der Zimmerservice verstand uns kaum, und bei jedem Problem mussten wir zur Rezeption gehen, da es kein Telefon im Zimmer gab. Während unseres Aufenthalts gab es zudem Probleme mit der Elektrik. Vor uns steckten Gäste im sehr veralteten und kleinen Aufzug fest. Außerdem gab es einen Fehlalarm. Der Pool war extrem kalt, fast schon eisig. Unser Zimmer war insgesamt sehr dunkel, und eines der Zimmer hatte nur ein kleines Fenster. Trotz vieler Mitarbeiter wurde uns beim Tragen des Gepäcks nicht geholfen. Zusätzlich waren die Putzlappen des Zimmerservices sichtbar verschmutzt. Insgesamt leider keine empfehlenswerte Erfahrung.

The facility was beautiful it was accommodating with a restaurant and roof top pool. Riviera was clean and smelled pleasant!! The customer service was awesome and the staff was very kind and helpful. The food at the restaurant was delicious the grilled salmon was my favorite 😍 the best on south beach. The thing I couldn’t take was the thin walls with all the noise. It was constant thumping and sliding of things and things dropping. You can hear the music very clearly like it was in our suite. It disturbed the peace extremely and it ruined 😡 our sleep 😴 I also didn’t like that I didn’t have a balcony.

Room was good size, plenty of space, bathroom a bit small in comparison! Staff where friendly and helpful! Coffee machine didn't work, but they replaced it with something that did. Window in Lounge/ kitchen area leaked badly during heavy rain. Maintenance came as soon as we reported, but not sure if they fixed it!

• Florencia (1/5): Estadía espantosa - Lo único que me gustó, fue la ubicación. Las imágenes que muestran en booking, no tiene nada que ver con lo que realmente son las instalaciones. Esta descuidado, son dos edificios y es muy incómodo movilizarse con las valijas de un edificio al otro. Adicionalmente, pagamos por una habitación Deluxe, en la que se informaba que tenía 60m2, con un sillón cama. Nos dieron una habitación diminuta y al momento de reclamar, se excusaban de que había muchos tipos de habitaciones Deluxe, hasta que notifico qué en la descripción había sillón cama y en la habitación qué nos dieron no estaba, recién ahí nos reconocieron el error, nos pasaron a una habitación un poco mejor, pero muy lejos de ser lo que contratamos y abonamos. No tenía ni los m2, ni el sillón. No nos dieron otra solución, perdimos tiempo, plata. Un desastre. Dato no menor, la atención de la recepcionista al momento del ingreso. Cero amable, con una actitud horrible, malos tratos. No recomiendo para nada. Nos quedamos únicamente porque solo estábamos una noche.

• Rodrigo (1/5): DESILUSION - La ubicación. Cuando llegamos, nos entregaron un cuarto sin limpiar, con comida de otros huespedes en la heladera y el baño sucio. El aire acondicionado estaba roto, por lo cual improvisaron un aire acondicionado portatil, clausurando de esa manera el balcón. No pudimos utilizar el balcón en toda la estadía, que habíamos pagado especialmente. Nos dieron una habitación en un edificio contiguo, en el que el ingreso y el egreso era por un patio. Se negaron a cambiarnos de habitación y a ofrecer una compensación. No nos ha ocurrido esto en ningún otro hotel. Fue una pesadilla.

• Ronny (6/5): - Location is ok, and you find all you nead in close area. This Hotel is overpriced and definttly not that the picture show at the booking. The electronic keys for the Room not working, and every time we have to get new keys, we have to change building for the resepsjon in another building. We stay 3 days and every Day, we need New keys. ATM not working. When we booked the room there was also included free airport transport, but when we arrawed, they dont have any transport at the time, and no extra discount for this. First time this hotel, but also the last time.

• Abby (7/5): Good stay in amazing location - There are a lot of mixed reviews about this hotel that made me nervous, but I had a wonderful stay. It's two blocks from the beach, offers two pools, and I stayed in a Queen Suite that was spacious. The hotel is actually two separate buildings, so you may have to cross the street for certain pool access. While the room was a little outdated, to me, it didn't matter. I loved that I was able to get to the beach in 5 minutes, or walk easily around Collins Ave and other major streets. I was able to take the bus from the airport just two blocks from the hotel. Some of the outlets didn't work, but plenty did so I was able to do what I needed to do and charge all of my devices. The AC did take a long time to work, so on hot days I could imagine it gets toasty. The only thing that I didn't like was that there is almost always music playing in the common areas, and where my room was located was right near a common area. The AC was loud but if it wasn't, I would have heard the music all night long. I did ask about this and was told it was up to each hotel's management, and one of the nights I found someone to turn it off. In general, I don't think this much music is needed in indoor common areas. The walls were thin so you can hear other people, but depending on where your room is, it likely wouldn't be too annoying.

• Songe (7/5): - Room rushed to clean. No body Soap filled and mini bar not fully stocked
• Sarah (1/5): I would definitely never stay there again - My room was dirty. My shower didn’t work. They didn’t let me check in after telling me. I was allowed to check in early.
• Michele (10/5): Great Miami Beach choice - Location was excellent for adult kids, their baby, and me. 6 min. walk to beach, 6 min. walk to restaurants on Collins ave. Set back on 20th, so no crazy night noise. Very convenient to convention center, too. Wish 1 of 2 pools was heated!

• Johnson (1/5): bad - There was a room with a dehumidifier and a hose out the window The staff is unresponsive
• Roland (7/5): Location is great service nothing crazy decent but the lighting needs to be fixed - Beds are kind of comfortable The lighting is the worst we stayed in room 3108 no lighting that was so depressing only two small little lamps horrible.
