• AKIRA (10/5): 快適に過ごせて楽しかったです。 - サウナ、プール、カラオケ、卓球、半露天風呂が全部あって非日常感を味わえた点 canonの部屋にある有料のお酒が入ってる冷蔵庫を先にタブレットで購入しないと手に取れない形にした方がいいと思いました。間違えて飲んでしまうということが現に起きてしまいました。 宿泊した時に、雨が降っていて、敷地内を移動する時に泥や草がサンダルについたりしてしまうので、玄関の中にラグマットをひいて欲しかったです。
• Hiroki (4/5): コスパ△ - カラオケ、サウナ、卓球、ダーツ、BBQと出来ることが多く、充実した時間を過ごせた。 少しチェックイン時間より早くついてしまったが、その際のスタッフの対応が酷く非常に不快であった。 浴槽に湯を溜めると誰も使っていないにも関わらず何本も髪の毛が浮いていたりと、全体的に細かいところへの配慮が行き届いないように感じた。
• REIJI (8/5): 良かった - 施設の雰囲気や内装、設備がかなり良かった 自然に囲まれているので仕方ないとは思いますが、アシダカグモが数匹、30センチほどのムカデが室内にいたので、気持ち悪かった
• Thita (3/5): Not satisfied - Design It’s not comfortable if you come with family (kids and elderly parents). We understand the location that is surroundings by nature but we found snake and huge spiders when crossing to the other room making us feel really unsafe. We understand the policy of towel replacement after 3 days, but they will not help you change a trash bag even when it’s full (after 2 days stay). Most importantly, the information shown on Booking when you booked for 7 people = you will get the whole area of villas. (At least 3 bedrooms are enough for us). However, we only get 1 house with 2 bedrooms on the arrival day (which we were informed that the hotel will arrange the number of rooms for you) so there’s something you can mistakenly understand from the information provided. (After one night, they opened another room for us, thank goodness!)
