Jimmy (7/5): Good - Staff were helpful and dropped off new sheets and towels once notified more than 2 people were staying. Room would be good for a couple, but not 4 people. Booked for 4 people but still had to message through the app to have extra towels, bedding dropped off. It requests 24hrs notice but I only booked 8 hours before staying. Not the best experience. The second bed is a lounge that extends and it's not comfortable.
