• Ágnes (9/5): Well equipped clean apartment near the metro station with a view to the Acropolis - Very spacious accomodation near the metro station. The apartment is very well equipped, it could be a comfortable longer term stay as well. It was amongst the best apartments I’ve ever stayed in Greece!
• Cristian (10/5): - The apartment is in a good neighborhood of Athens. It depends if course where you are coming from when you are analyzing it, but easier to compare it with the other neighbourhoods. It was safe and without shady people hanging around. Hard to park nearby, but you will find something at one point, on some street few minutes away. The building is decent. Metro just nearby. There is indeed a view of the Acropolis and Parthenon from a balcony. Not so much traffic as the street nearby is narrow. The apartment is quite large and with high rooms. Extremely well equipped kitchen, wide TV. Comfortable overall. The host communicated well with us, quick response when we had an issue with the stove. 30 minutes by foot to central Athens. The price was very good.

• Rafaele (10/5): Exceptional - Great stay in Athens! The apartment was super clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Neos Kosmos is a great location near tram and metro, also cafes, supermarkets, restaurants. The host was also very helpful when I needed help or had questions. Perfect! The building is quite old, especially corridors and lift, but it's not a problem at all. The apartment itself is modern, comfortable and very well kept.
• Sebastien (9/5): Superb - location is great, athens is fire. I would point out that there isn’t any parking — it’s just street parking that you have to find yourself. Also, keep in mind that each Saturday there’s a market that shuts down the whole neighbourhood, and you have to park your car elsewhere. We were almost towed, so that’s less than ideal and this was not mentioned at all. I would also mention that you need a spare set of keys, as there is only one set and it turns off all the power when you leave the apartment — which is a problem if you want to charge laptops or do washing while you’re not home.

• Reda (9/5): Superb - The location of the apartment is good, just 30 minutes on foot from the main attractions. There was also a subway and a train station nearby. The apartment is tidy, the kitchen is well equipped. We had everything we could need. On Saturdays there is a market nearby.

Great place with a good communication near by. We love that the was ac in every room and that neighborhood was quite during the night and there was a parking lot for free in the street

• Vasileios (8/5): Very good - Very comfortable location. Very close to the metro station and the tram. Around the accommodation there are many coffee shops & super markets. There is no private parking for the guests. You should search around the narrow streets of that area.

For people brand new to Greece, and unfamiliar with Greek Street signage, it was difficult to identify even when standing almost underneath it. . Advice that the building is unlabelled but above the highly conspicuous "Black Pistol Barber Shop" would have been helpful.

• Maria (9/5): Superb - A/C in every room, large flat screen t.v., long comfy couch Tight shower, mildo on glass shower (dirty), have to be on premises if wanting washer to work. Once you take card out of wall, to leave, everything turns off.

• Intros (10/5): Exceptional - A very well-located apartment, just 5 minutes walk from Neos Cosmos metro station and from there in two metro stops to Akropoli station in the historical center. Although our flight was late and we arrived at night, the host did everything to get us into the apartment immediately. It is completely renovated and modernized and benefits from all utilities from appliances to reading books, the interior decorations make this space very inviting and pleasant, and the photos posted on the website reflect reality. The air conditioning in each room was welcome, the heat in July in Athens was overwhelming. The space in the rooms is sufficient, the beds comfortable and the storage spaces sufficient. Unfortunately, we were only able to stay for one day, but we hope to return to this apartment next time for more time to visit Athens in more detail. Everything was according to expectations.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the attention to detail and level of professionalism displayed by the hosts. They were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything that we'd need to feel right at home. Although the building is fairly old, the apartment itself has been recently renovated to a very high standard and was absolutely spotless for our arrival. It was particularly well equipped and had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location of the apartment was fantastic—away from the hustle and bustle of the commercial centre, but excellent public transport links make it a great base for exploring the broader city region. A view of the Acropolis from the balcony was a lovely bonus. We were also pleasantly surprised to discover that the streets around the apartment transformed into a sprawling fresh produce market on Saturday morning! I can't recommend this property enough. If you're looking for an affordable, spacious, clean, comfortable apartment in a great location with excellent hosts, then this is the place for you! I sincerely hope to visit again soon!
