- shaim (9/5): סה״כ אווירה נעימה שירות מצוין ואוכל טעים - האנשים בקבלה נחמדים מאוד, ריח נעים ונקי בכניסה למלון- הכל נראה חדש ומודרני. החדר היה נקי, מקלחת ושירותים נקיים, קיבלנו חדר עם נוף לים לקחנו חבילה עם מסאז, הספא נקי מאוד, העובדות נחמדות, יש אפשרות למקלחת אחרי הטיפול, בנוסף לחדרי מסאז׳ היה סאונה יבשה ורטובה. ארוחת בוקר ממש טעימה ומגוונת עם אווירה נעימה ונוף יפה לים בבוקר. המון מאפים סלטים גבינות טעימות ומנה עיקרית שמזמינים בנפרד למה שמציעים. ביקשנו לאחר את הצ׳ק אאוט- המנהל נתן לנו להתעכב בשלוש שעות. המלון נמצא על הטיילת שמובילה לים. יש המון מסעדות וחנויות במרחק הליכה מהמלון, התחנה המרכזית הישנה של נתניה קרובה יחסית. חדר קטן יחסית, המעלית צפופה-מכילה עד 3 אנשים מקסימום. אין בריכה

- KarinLib (10/5): המלון להרגע בו בימים אלה, ממש צמוד לטיילת - המלון חדש ומדהים החדרים כמו בתמונות ואפילו יותר יפים והנוף לים מהמם החצר ממש כיפית ופונה לים ותוך 2 דקות אתם בטיילת ארוחת הבוקר שאצלי היתה כלולה במחיר היתה מדהימה. יש שם שפית שמכינה הכל באותו בוקר וזה יותר בראנץ והיה סופר מפנק ומבחר גדול הצוות נפלא, במיוחד בנימין שהעברתי איתו את הלילה חסר השינה אחרי אזעקה ב 14 בלילה תודה לו על זה 🙏 ועל ההתחשבות של הצוות במצב וכל העזרה והסבלנות כלום. היה מושלם

De longues balades sur la promenade, des cafés, restaurants, et beaucoup de commerces sur la grande avenue. 2.Le directeur est très attentif, très accessible et le staff également. 3. La propreté est irréprochable. L'hôtel est neuf. 4.Les buffets du petit déjeuner sont très copieux et délicieux. Le dîner de shabbat est vraiment succulent et vraiment incroyable. Une multitude de plats est proposée. Je n'ai aucun reproche à adresser. R.A.S.

- Ivana (8/5): - Amazing breakfast and love the l'occitane products! Lobby staff was very friendly and helpful! Bugs in the room— they did spray twice but it was unsettling. The hotel is clean but the room cleaning service was not consistent. We had to ask them to make the beds and give us toiletries. I would still stay at this hotel again I just hope they fix these two things

- Kristina (8/5): New hotel in Netanya - Location, breakfast, Spa Irina one of the manager was absolutely genuine and very welcoming (true Gem of the hotel) to help us with our challenges with the baby and found a solution for us ! The hotel is with great potential but plenty of work must be done with the people and couching there. Very recommend even thought we had not nice moments there . There is always somebody in the team whom destroying the reputation of the whole tree of apples, so this guy was Eitan :( whom lied to us twice about parking (said the parking is only for workers) and rooms (said that there is only one room in whole hotel with big closet), then he wrote on paper of rooms with the keys wrong number of room.

- Marina (10/5): חוויה מושלמת- ממש מומלץ! - בית מלון נמצא על הטיילת- לא טיילת עצמה, אלא מעליה. קרוב לכיכר העצמאות. הרבה חנויות ומסעדות. אבל הינו בסוף שבוע, כך שהרוב היה סגור בשישי שבת. החדר נקי, המיטה נוחה מאוד. מקרר בחדר. פינת קפה ותה. מים לשתיה ללא תשלום. חדר רחצה נוח ונקי. הצוות נהדר. ארוחות מושלמות, עם הרבה מבחר ומאוד טעימות. גם בוקר וגם ערב. יש הרבה מאכלים ללא גלוטן ויש הרבה נכונות של הצוות לעזור ... אפילו הכינו מנה מיוחדת בערב. ספא מושלם. נקי ומטופח. פתחו לנו בשבת בבוקר לפני הזמן הנקוב, כי רצינו לצאת מוקדם. מאוד ממליצים על המלון. היתה חוויה מושלמת. כמה דברים קטנים. אין כל כך לובי. אז אין איפה לשבת, אם זה לא בחדר. בחדר אין כיסאות. רק מיטה. אז גם בחדר אפשר לשבת רק על המיטה. אין מייבש שיער. כל השאר- מושלם!

- Reuven (10/5): Happy we chose this hotel - Honestly, we liked everything. The staff were very kind, the room was very clean, fair price, good location with nice sea view from our window and good breakfast. What more can you ask for? We had an issue with ac in the room when we arrived and it was promptly solved. The room was a little small, but we didn't mind that.

- tzahi valensi (10/5): - אחלה מלון , אחלה אווירה , נעים ומזמין , דקה וחצי מהים , 2 דקות מכיכר העצמאות, יש הרבה מסעדות מסביב . חניה בכחול לבן סמוך למלון .כן המעלית קטנה אבל אנשים קצת הגזימו עם התיאורים , שני אנשים עם מזוודות נכנסים . אחלה ארוחת בוקר , טובה , עשירה יחסית , יש בופה טוב ו גם לוקחים הזמנה של איך רוצים את הביצה ואת הקפה . ארוחת בוקר עד 11 שזה סבבה , פינוי עד 11 שזה גם סביר .יש מיים תמי 4 בלובי מי שרוצה . צוות מקסים עירית נתניה נהנת מתשלום פנגו .לכל השהייה

Staff extremely pleasant and helpful. We arrived early and room wasn’t ready so gave us a complimentary breakfast which was much appreciated Room very cramped. No drawers to unpack clothes. No surfaces anywhere to put anything down. Nowhere to leave clothes overnight. Hanging space too low - had to remove shelf to leave enough room to hang anything. Tolerable for a couple of nights but could not stay in that room for say a week

That first impression only got better as the days went by. Throughout our stay, every detail was handled with attention, kindness, and a real desire to make us feel comfortable and at home. It wasn’t just good service — it was personal, thoughtful, and consistent, something you don’t often encounter even in the most luxurious hotels worldwide. This is our first time staying here, but without a doubt, it will not be the last. Thank you to Ethan and the entire team for creating such a memorable and meaningful experience.
