- Sundaresh (3/5): Bad memories for a family - Clean and neat The whole third floor was full of drunk boys and girls from the restobar.the sound was so loud and the place was full of smoke it’s not a good idea to have a restobar partially in that floor

- Lalu (5/5): Not worth ! - Room is clean. The room is clean. However not worth the price. When anyone book a double room, its common sense to provide two towels and soap, and toiletries, I had to wait for almost 20 minutes for them to provide one. You get much better room for this price in Kochi. Not worth at all. Room is worth for max 1500 Rs. Nothing beyond that. I have stayed in many hotels in Kochi and this review based on my experience in this hotel compared to other hotels. Please also note that they will not provide any mineral water for free in the room. They provide ordinary water in the room which was very surprising for me. And they made me wait for 10 minutes when I vacated as the receptionist went for breakfast. Checkout time is at 11am. But no one will be there in the reception to finish the formalities. And I had meeting at 11:30am and had to reach somewhere. Overall it was not a good experience. I doubt anyone will go there second time.

- Vajrapu (5/5): Satisfactory if water issue has been solved - Room is better for the price paid The location is not suggestible for families as it is located adjacent to bar and frequent smoking and fights happened during my stay not at the hotel but besides that. The room has water problem, due to location of AC the water is getting accumulated in the room near to washroom. I nearly fell down thrice due to this.

What i don't like is the room where i slept, it's full of generator noise all night and it was so hard to sleep.Serious was not good.
