• Jan-Gerrit (5/5): - Sehr gute Lage, schöner Blick aufs Meer. Alles sehr alt und abgenutzt. Unser appartement (Nr. 3) sah nicht annähernd aus wie auf den Fotos.

• Eldin (6/5): Hea - Villa asukoht on hea, eemal linnakärast. Rõdult avaneb kaunis vaade merele. Toad on suured. Rannad asuvad jalutuskäigu kaugusel (5-10 min). Lidl ja Supermarketid ei ole kaugel (15 min jalutamist). Bus stop 19 on 10-15 min kaugusel. Aitäh omanikule ja tema abilistele, kes meid hilisõhtul sisse lasid, andsid 2 pudelit vett (kraanivesi on joogiks kõlbmatu) ja jagasid söögikohtade soovitusi. Suhtlemine omanikuga oli lihtne ja kiire. Pidev lennukimüra (lõpuks harjusime). Äärmiselt ebamugav voodi ja sääsed ei lasknud magada. Kahjuks olid meie naabrid suitsetajad ja suitsuhais tuli üles kolmandale korrusele (isegi kui uksed-aknad olid suletud). Mõnel õhtul levis õues kohutav hais, mis imbus ka korterisse. Vannituba vajab remonti ja kööginurk uuendust. Kindlasti peaks välja vahetama pliidi, mis toimib vaid poolel võimsusel (juhe tuli alati välja tõmmata, sest muidu olid pliidirauad kogu aeg soojad). Veekann ise välja ei lülitunud. Soovitan välja vahetada kogu köögitehnika ja uuendada ka köögitarvikuid.
• Alex Ene (9/5): - I liked the apartment, the fact that it is equipped with everything you need, the location of the villa, the view from the balcony, the beach very close to the location. Shops for small purchases very close, even a Lidl about 15 minutes walk away. Very cheap taverns right next to the villa. Villa Saradari is as suitable as possible for spending a stay in Crete. The bed I slept on, but I solved the problem
• DINOS (9/5): - Η διαμονή μας ήταν συνολικά υπέροχη· ο χώρος, η φιλοξενία και η ατμόσφαιρα μας άφησαν τις καλύτερες εντυπώσεις. Το μόνο σημείο που θα μπορούσε να βελτιωθεί είναι η καθαριότητα, καθώς η κυρία που την είχε αναλάβει δεν ανταποκρίθηκε πλήρως στις προσδοκίες μας. Παρ’ όλα αυτά, η εμπειρία μας ήταν πολύ θετική και θα χαρούμε να ξαναέρθουμε.

• Christos (2/5): - Το studio που είχαμε κλείσει δεν είχε μπαλκόνι. Προσοχή η θέα προς την θάλασσα που γράφει δεν υπάρχει. Υπάρχει μόνο ένα μικρό παράθυρο που φαίνεται λίγο η θάλασσα μακριά - επισυνάπτω φωτογραφία. Το δωμάτιο είναι σαν μια μικρή φυλακή, χωρίς ντουλάπα για τα ρούχα και χωρίς κάποιον έστω μικρό εξωτερικό χώρο για να καθίσει κάποιος ή να απλώσει τις πετσέτες. Ο οικοδεσπότης καθόλου εξυπηρετικός, ζητήσαμε να μας αλλάξει δωμάτιο ή να μας δώσει ένα άλλο διαθέσιμο που είχε για μία μέρα μέχρι να βρούμε κάτι άλλο, αλλά δεν έδειξε καμία προθυμία να το κάνει παρότι του είπαμε ότι δεν ζητάμε τα χρήματα μας πίσω. Μας είπε ότι η καθαρίστρια στοιχίζει 35,00 € και παρά του ότι του είπαμε ότι δεχόμαστε επιπλέον των 228,00 € που είχαμε ήδη πληρώσει και χάνουμε φεύγοντας, να δώσουμε εμείς τα 35,00€ της καθαρίστριας για να μείνουμε τουλάχιστον ένα βράδυ στο διαθέσιμο δωμάτιο που είχε μπαλκόνι μέχρι να βρούμε κάτι άλλο την άλλη μέρα. Καμία διάθεση εξυπηρέτησης ή βοήθειας. Φύγαμε αμέσως και νοικιάσαμε αλλού κρατώντας το κλειδί του δωματίου χωρίς να το χρησιμοποιήσουμε. Γυρίσαμε την προγραμματισμένη ημέρα και ώρα αναχώρησης και του αφήσαμε το κλειδί κατόπιν τηλεφωνικής επικοινωνίας. The studio we had booked did not have a balcony. Be careful that the sea view mentioned does not exist. There is only a small window where the sea is slightly visible in the distance - I am attaching a photo. The room feels like a small prison, without a wardrobe for clothes and without even a small outdoor space for someone to sit or to hang out towels. The host was not helpful at all; we asked to change rooms or to be given another available one he had for one day until we found something else, but he showed no willingness to do so even though we told him we were not asking for our money back.

• Laura Morando (4/5): - Good location, within walking distance of the town center and some very beautiful small beaches. The balcony with a table and chairs was excellent. The apartment could use some renovation. The air conditioning was leaking, which caused a puddle of water in the living room. The bathroom was quite basic, and the kitchen was poorly equipped with very outdated stovetops.

Plages, qui malheureusement sont très petites, est bondé de monde jusqu’à tard dans la journée. nous remercions la jeune fille qui nous a donné la bouteille d'eau en même temps que les clefs, à notre demande (pas de bouteille dans l'appartement, et eau non potable). Très peu réactifs dans les échanges (1h avant notre arrivée tjs aucune nouvelle ) Appartement sale (du sable sur le sol encore plein la chambre). Pas d'aspirateur. d'autant plus que nous avions un jeune enfant avec nous. Un vieux balai en décomposition comme unique moyen de nettoyer. Frigo en piteux état, tout rouillé à l'intérieur, cela faisait peur. 0 produit d’entretien (à part du liquide vaisselle) , 0 produits de première nécessité , aucun volet aux fenêtre, matériel pour cuisiner très endommagé, et équipements très limités. les photos ne sont pas représentatives de l'état actuel de l'appartement, qui est dans un état d'entretien très limite pour des locations saisonnières, et à ce prix là. Au final nous sommes partis 3 nuits avant de ce qui était prévu et payé.
• Arianna (6/5): Così e così - La posizione, vicino alla spiaggia saradani e al centro di hersonissos Poca pulizia gli asciugami in 6 giorni li hanno cambiati una sola volta, la cosa che più ci ha fatti rimanere male é che l’ultimo giorno arrivati dal mare prima di cena abbiamo parcheggiato la nostra auto nel parcheggio degli appartamenti e vengo chiamata dal titolare dicendo che dovevo spostare l’auto usciamo per capire e ci viene detto non educatamente che la nostra posizione era a destra e non a sinistra della piazzetta la figlia per niente gentile anzi… facciamo notare che nella notte precedente a destra non c’era posto e che quindi l’abbiamo messa a sinistra e la figlia ancora indisponente dice che non é possibile. Io consiglio alla signora di spiegare appena arriva un ospite la regola del parcheggio perché la figlia non é stata per niente simpatica.

• Katsiaryna (10/5): Great place to stay - • the view is great • everything was clean • there is a shop with everything you need on the ground floor • pleasant host • just a few minutes on foot to the municipal saradari beach • if we wanted, we could easily go to the city center of Hersonissos • there was no coffee, tea or anu basic supplies at all • every night we where bothered by mosquitoes. one night we killed 5 of them one by one
• Kätlin (9/5): This apartment will win your heart because of its special atmosphere. - This particular apartment captivates with its spaciousness, solid construction, unique interior, two balconies with a fabulously beautiful view of the sea and where you can admire the enchanting sunrise, also a large bathroom with a spectacular view of the sea when opening the window. The location of the apartment is unbeatable, you can reach lovely beaches in a few minutes, there are several romantic restaurants nearby, before dawn you will be greeted by the crowing of roosters, the clucking of hens, and the chirping of birds, while the most vibrant party street in Hersonissos is within walking distance. The kitchen is not the best equipped, but considering how many options there are for eating out, this aspect is not that important.
• Snezana (10/5): We had incredible time and property was amazing - Proximity to the beach was just as described . Clean studio and apartment on the top . Free parking right below the building with hose to rinse the sand after the beach . Comfortable beds and working AC . Oh and incredible sea views right from balcony. We loved it and will definitely be back . Host and his lovely son and wife were available 24/7 and accommodated our late check in the middle of the night . Everything was amazing

Clean bad sheets and towels.Air conditioner . Better to rent bigger rooms with a balcony and sea view here. The condition of my room was sad mostly , everything need renovation, painted tiles in the bathroom🤦bad cleaning - a lot of garbage under bad and sofa
• Leonildo (4/5): The owner was kind but the apartment was not worth the money spent - The apartment was a walking distance from the beach I used to go. The owner was open to our request to re-clean the apartment and he apologized for our bad experience. The apartment was in poor condition and looked dirty even though it could have been cleaned. The bathroom was very small. The bathroom had undergone a partial and very poor renovation. Also the shower was very small and without a curtain. For this reason the bathroom was constantly flooded. The was a small kitchenette corner but no table or chairs. Only outside there were a couple of chairs but they could not be used.

• Daniel (10/5): Exceptional - The hosts were super friendly. When we arrived at the night, the host drove us to an open restaurant. They were always ready to help us. The apartment is very close to the beach, and we can easily walk to both, the conference place and to the city center.

Great location As previously said before a new toilet brush would improve status 100% A change of sheets would have been nice in the 9days and a supply of toilet rolls would have been good - we got them but it was a guessing game. Bought our own in end. We should have mentioned all this to lovely landlord but there never seemed a good time as he had customers in the shop.
