- James (4/5): Many problems identified in previous reviews – I wish I had paid attention to them. Looks like there are other, better q - Only good things were the view and the comfortable bed. Everything else very disapointing. These are poorly constructed and unfinished. It was extremely cold inside due to lack of insulation and heating. There are openings in the walls with cables hanging from them and patched up tiling and window mistakes. The hot water lasts for 2 to 3 minutes before petering out. Could never find anyone at reception. No chairs provided inside or out. Expensive while failing to provide a quality experience. All problems identified in previous reviews – I wish I had paid attention to them. Looks like there are other, better quality options around – take them.
- Nicholas (3/5): Poor - Location was great, catching sunrise in the valley was beautiful. Breakfast was nice and the bed was pretty cozy. Oh where to start. The lack of communication and directions. No signage and no response from the host for hours. Needed to have two people come into the room to restart the WiFi and get that up and running. One tiny heater for the cabin. Unfinished and poor construction (when in doubt spay-foam it) open holes in the wall with a cold breeze blowing through. Dirty windows , in the bathroom the have a window that has no trim and you can see into the walls .Let the hot water shower run for 5 minutes and never got better then room temperature,Needs a few more days work before they should be up for rent. - Tnm (9/5): Excellent location! - Extremely romantic and picturesque. Looks exactly like in the pictures. You can hear the lovely river flowing when it gets quiet. The bed is extremely comfortable and cozy. We had really good sleep on it. The duvet was super comfortable and thermal regulated. However, there's no heating available, I'd assume during colder months it might get uncomfortable. The staff were amazing and very friendly. Breakfast was delicious. They accept card payment which saved us a lot of hassle. We extended our trip for another day and they let us to stay with no issues. It was difficult to get someone in the reception every time. However, someone is always present either at the market shop or the kitchen. There was electricity blackout for more than half a day - this has nothing to do with the place but the entire Theth electricity outage. There is also an annoying issue with hot water. It runs out very quickly and the pressure is not at all good which made it difficult to take a shower. The WiFi wasn't working and nobody actually addressed the problem. I had to reset the router and set a new password to be able to use it.

- Jean (10/5): After a rainy hike, very helpful and friendly welcome! - Very close to the ending of Valbona-Teth hike, exceptional views and very spacious property. Very friendly people and superbe food.
- Milan (6/5): Pleasant - The location, the staff and very good breakfast Cost was high for what you were getting. The chalet looked like it was not finished yet with some cables sticking out of the floor and the bathroom still being dusty from construction. It can be very cold because there is no heather.
- Gediminas (8/5): Beautiful location - Location 10/10! Absolutely stunning. Inside the villa everything was brand new and super well presented. The bed and bedding was the best thing about these villas! No directional signage. No one answers queries over the phone nor messages on booking.com Or even if they do its after you figured it out yourself. Reception person was never present.
- Christos (10/5): Exceptional - Cozy A-frame on the river was new and private. Good breakfast with friendly staff.
