• Martahr2016 (6/5): Bien situado pero muy ruidoso por la noche. - La ubicación en pleno centro. Bien distribuido y decorado. Cómodo en general. Se oyen mucho ruidos de los vecinos y gritos y voces de la calle..está muy mal aislado entre pisos y ventanas a la calle. Los baños muy pequeños y colchones y almohadas incómodas. Faltan trapos de cocina.

• Claire (10/5): Apartamento muy cómodo. - Excelente alojamiento muy cómodo con 2 dormitorios y dos cuartos de baño. Fue muy práctico. El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado, muy cerca de la plaza mayor y de la catedral. Una estancia fenomenal. Nada. Todo bien.

• Avi (1/5): - I've never before given such a low rating, but I've never had such a bad experience in a Booking.com reservation, and at a highly-rated place at that. Mistakes and glitches happen, that's a fact of life; the real test of a hospitality business is in their response, and "Alojamiento histórico Universidad Salamanca" thoroughly failed. 1. All our communications with them until the day before check-in were answered with the same generic and irrelevant (and probably automated) response in Spanish (we wrote in English). 2. The day before, they finally answered in English. The morning of check-in they notified us that we need to fill an online check-in form. The form does not support devices that are configured in some non-European languages; all other places in Spain agreed to get our details manually. Our contacts at Alojamiento histórico etc, told us that we won't be able to get in without filling the form, and were not interested in hearing that it's impossible (in the end we found a device that was configured in English; wasted 2 hours on this business alone). 3. Sometime previously, we asked if it's possible to separate one of the double beds to 2 single ones (which is possible in many places). Needless to say, we didn't get an answer. Upon our arrival in the early evening we asked again, and if not possible, asked to get an additional blanket so that our (adult) children could sleep separately, even if at the same bed. The response to this small ask was negative. This, by the way, is in stark contrast to the previous place we were staying. There, within an hour of making the request, a nice staffer arrived with sheets, pillows and a blanket and made the sofa-bed in the living room. 4. Additionally, each room had only one hand towel for 2 people, and in one of the bathrooms the shower gel and shampoo bottles were empty. Their answer: you have everything you need. It was clear they had no representative in the area. 5.

• Anthony (10/5): Fabulous stay cation apartment, - The apartment is in a great location, it is complete with everything that we needed, 2 bedrooms, double beds, 2 bathrooms, a great lounge, meals, kitchen area with plenty of rooms and views over the streets cap, quiet at night, comfortable beds, clean, and fabulous communication and response from the owner. I will recommend to friends for when the visit next year.

Espero que la próxima - Me gustó la ubicación de los apartamentos, limpios y cómodos, con un aparcamiento cercano. En el baño, el agua no se iba bien por el lavabo y la ducha, el desagüe estaba un poco atascado.

• Rachel (9/5): Location, location, location, and very clean! - The location was amazing! The hot water was awesome. The beds were comfortable. It was very clean. It was a little noisy late at night (after midnight) due to the central location. Luckily, we were up late. Also, one of the bedroom doors squeaks pretty loudly and you can hear it from inside the other bedroom when people go in and out of the bathroom at night.

• Sean (9/5): Perfect holiday apartment - This is an excellent professionally run holiday apartment. Very comfortable and well thought out which was perfect for a family with a 4 and 2 year old. Travel a lot staying at apartments, am quite picky and demand a high standard of accommodation and this ticks virtually all boxes. Appears to have been renovated recently. Very quiet for somewhere so central. Bigger than it appears in the photos. Very clean. Very little to dislike. If I was really picky perhaps somewhere to hang coats in the winter and hats in the summer?
