• Victor (8/5): Good apartment with bad indications. - The apartment was good The checkin was 40 minutes late and I asked for reward regarding that with no answer from the property. Also, the apartment is located uphill where you have to walk a long distance form the entrance door and a lots of stairs that were not indicated in the announcement or in the checkin indications. That was not good because I was traveling with my parents that have some issues for walking in stairs.
• Lambo (7/5): Too noisy, no air conditioner working - Good location, spacious, lovely view of the beach It was very noisy from the pubs until 12am. Two of the nights, monday and Saturday the noise was unbearable. The rest of the nights it was ok. It will have been ok in that case. The 3 air conditioner were not working. When we asked, they said the remote controls might dont have bateries and i could buy some, if i didnt mind. I thought it was very suspicious the three of them not working. I tried the bateries of the tv remote control, still not working. We didnt investigate more as we didnt need them. They didnt have any basic condiments in the house ( salt, pepper, vinegar, oil). There is no kettle despite they said there is one. When I asked about it, they said there was a manual one. We looked in everywhere, nothing.
• Jane (7/5): Lovely location - Beds were very comfortable. Location and view great. Very spacious apartment. Not having plugs for the sink and wash basins. Not having a kettle. Not having extra blankets available. Towels were very thin. It all felt very basic. There were air conditioning/heating units that didn’t work.

• Diane (10/5): Diane and Nicky - Spacious and very clean. Lots of really good facilities. The complex is very clean, safe and secure. Never heard any noise from the pubs or restaurants which were really close. Lovely pool and also across from the beach. Everything on your doorstep from restaurants, supermarkets and a shopping mall, buses and more. Would totally recommend. No faults to report.

Only one remote control worked for aircon. 2 others had dead batteries. Fridge does not work. Stains on couches. Mould on sealant in kitchen, bathroom and living room. Check out is at 1200, cleaner knocking on door telling us to get out at 1120. Overpriced (£200) for one night.
• Andres (8/5): Muy buena ubicación - Buena ubicación, frente a Playa Grande y cerca de Playa Chica. Ideal para paseos en la playa durante el amanecer o la puesta de sol. Aunque podría ser peor dados los establecimientos que lo rodean, el aislamiento es bueno y el ruido exterior está muy reducido. Se nota su alta demanda, una renovación interior para modernizarlo, le convertiría en un alojamiento top.

You are in a gated community and it is very safe.. lovely pool area. Apartment has everything you need. This was our second stay here and intend on returning again. Nothing to dislike

• Ana Belen (8/5): Ubicación excepcional - La ubicación es perfecta,en frente de la playa y en la zona de ambiente( a pesar de ello, no se oía ruido por la noche). Desde la terraza(muy cómoda para cenar),se ve el mar. Las camas son cómodas, aunq yo añadiría una almohada más bajita y blanda. La cocina tiene lo necesario, nos falló encontrar cápsulas para la cafetera(Lorr). El frigorífico muy bien que sea de los grandes. El baño es amplio, con 2 lavabos;no hubiera estado mal que dejarán más de 2 rollos de papel higiénico;la ducha funcionaba al mismo tiempo la alcachofa y la ducha fija. El secador es de los buenos. Muy acertado el tenderete para la ropa. La piscina es pequeña pero suficiente,ya que no había mucha gente. Pudimos aparcar todos los días cerca del apartamento sin problema. La urbanización se veía bien cuidada,y nada ruidosa. A 10 minutos andando hay un mercadona, un montón de restaurantes,bares,tiendas( todo pensado en el turismo extranjero).Los restaurantes locales hay q buscarlos. El paseo marítimo está fenomenal para darse un paseito por la noche. Nos encontramos 2 cucarachas. Un poco más de limpieza en el baño. El aire acondicionado aboca en la terraza,y se llenaba todo de agua x lo que te metías todo el agua dentro de casa. Que hubieran dejado un bote de jabón pequeño para la lavadora, algún rollo de papel higiénico más . La luz principal de una de las habitaciones no funcionaba, por lo que si tenías usando el enchufe de cabecera, te quedas sin la luz de cabecera y la única que había en la habitación.

Habitaciones amplias y camas muy cómodas Muchas escaleras para acceder con maletas y carro del bebé y muy difícil aparcar cerca del establecimiento. La ducha estaba estropeada y salía agua por la parte superior e inferior al mismo tiempo

• ANGELA (10/5): Superb - Large Terrace with sun loungers, sea view. Very clean and well equipped Brilliant location on the strip, easy minimal noise, easy to get to the Old town harbour. We were the only people at the pool area most days , just over the road straight onto the beach. Good supermarket 3 mins walk away. Hosts very helpful and responded quickly. Bathroom could do with some ventilation. But wouldn't stop me booking this property again. May be a local information book would be helpful.

Also had pools and sun lo - very well situated. above a Scottish bar. the staff there are lovely. There was no noise in the evening. The apartment was extremely clean, kitchen had fridge/freezer, washing machine, hob, oven and microwave. Apartment had air con in all rooms. beds were very comfy. lovely big balcony with table and chairs, plus sun loungers. in lounge there were two sofas plus table and chairs. everything was great.
• Paul (8/5): Very good - Great communication from friendly host. Very clean and comfortable. Lovely pool. Great location. Needs some maintenance. Wardrobe doors stuck, light in kitchen didn't work, tv had sound but no picture, needs some outlets for plugs but even so I would stay here again.
• Jodie (9/5): Lovely apartment, everything you need! - Fantastic view of the sea, lovely apartment suitable for a family of 4. Nice outside space with table and chairs and 2 sun loungers, comfortable beds, and an adequate kitchen area. Bathroom was lovely, big shower area, double sinks. Very quiet even though it's so close to the main strip. Hosts were very accommodating letting us have an early check in, as we had two small children and baggage, so thank you. Pool was nice, pretty cold though! 2 second walk over the road to the lovely clean beach and all the bars and restaurants. Couldn't fault our stay, would highly recommend. The sun loungers around the pool are so uncomfortable!! Definitely buy a lilo to lay on!

The apartment was spotless and well equipped, location is perfect, straight across from the beach, close to bars and restaurants, yet peaceful and very safe. Nothing!!
• Elaine (10/5): Fantastic location and a lovely sunny terrace. - This apartment’s prime location and sunny terrace mean we will return without hesitation. It sits just above Puerto Del Carmen’s main promenade, so has easy access to the beach and an array of wonderful restaurants, bars, and shops. The terrace faces the sea and enjoys sunshine and views from 10am till late afternoon. Although close to the promenade, we did not find it noisy. Instead, we could hear the soothing waves on the beach all day long. The apartment itself is modestly furnished, but could not be more comfortable. It had everything we needed for a very relaxing stay. We didn’t cook much as the nearby restaurants were so affordable and top quality. There is a large supermarket close-by, and a larger open-air shopping mall within 20 min walk. Communication with the rental company that manages this apartment was second to none. Instructions for arrival and departure were clear and they kept in touch to make sure we had everything we needed. Can’t wait to return!

• Amey-rose (9/5): Perfect location, clean and comfortable - Ideal position, just one flight of stairs to get up, unlike many others in the area. Great view from balcony and bedroom, others have mentioned a restricted view because of the hotel over the road but I didn't think this impacted - I've attached pictures. The apartment is literally directly over the road from the beach, next to a taxi rank, 3 minute stroll from bus stop, and near ALL types of food, drink, shopping, and entertainment venues. Beds were comfy and clean. Living room had comfortable sofas - enough to seat the family. We weren't disturbed by noise even though we were so close to the strip and the nightlife. The pool was closed, this was a huge disappointment for our teenager, and the pool was the reason we chose this apartment over another. This wasn't down to the host and they hadn't been made aware that the community were refurbishing the pool, but it's something to bear in mind if you're desperate for a pool - the host won't know if it is open or not. A couple of very minor points which I've fed back to host so hopefully will be rectified but didn't stop us enjoying the apartment. Only thing to bear in mind if you're a tea drinker like me - the kettle is a stove top and takes about 15 minutes to boil. I wish I'd brought a travel kettle! There's an electric coffee machine so you're fine if that's your preference.

Not effected by any noise outside Directios given dose not match the location on google maps. Walked 30 minets to wrong location, luckily locals directed us where to go. Management company only responds by text
• Eileen (10/5): Great place to stay. - This is a beautiful apartment. We had amazing views of the ocean.. located across from the beach. Lovely pool area with sunbeds. Spotlessly clean..very secure with gated entrance.. lots of shops and restaurants and your doorstep.. sad leaving. Felt very safe holidaying here.. Will definitely return. The following are not criticism but suggestions to enhance people's stay.. It would really help if there was an information booklet, 8 days later, we still couldn't use the hob, as the kettle required a hob we had to microwave water for a cuppa. Please remove the letter Z from the gate code as this can cause confusion when first attempting access. Again the washing machine requires instruction for use..

• Thomas (7/5): Nice place, trouble checking in - The room was modern and spacious, and in close proximity to restaurants. It's in a secure complex, and you can just about see the sea from the balcony. We found it impossible to find and it took us hours despite being in the right area. It was necessary to 'check in' via an online portal, which was glitchy and wouldn't allow us to proceed, to receive instructions as to how to find and access the property. Locals did not know where it was. We were left to call a number from booking.com, with no answer, but got a WhatsApp number from the answering machine to message. We got the same reply over and over, and in my opinion, the hosts were not local, and not familiar with the property. We eventually found it, but much more detailed instructions, and pictures, are needed to grant smoother access. The check in portal needs work. If you don't have internet /phone roaming you're going to struggle. There was also a bag of dirty towels in the wardrobe. In my opinion, it's not sea front. You can just about see the sea, however opposite you, on the other side of the road, is a big hotel with shops below, and this dominated the view from the balcony. That hotel is sea front. We booked really late due to a cancelled flight, but found the check in process frustrating. Despite this, once we arrived, we had a comfortable night in a nice apartment.
• Luka (8/5): Very good - good location, nice firstrow view at the sea the adress in the description was wrong - google is guiding you cca 2km at the other direction. the informations about collection the key for the door and entering the compound cam in our spam inbox so we struggled for an hour to get the right info from the owner

• Jonathan (8/5): After an hour of total frustration trying to find the place, the rest of the stay was fine thank you - The apartment was smart and functional. Very small balcony, but lovely views. Neighbour very close, but as one would expect of an apartment. Finding the place!! The address given is "Avenida de las Playas 11" .... BUT ... No. 11 DOES NOT EXIST. Google Maps puts a balloon at No.11 but it is in the middle of a block of shops and bars. NOWHERE is "11" to be seen. NOWHERE. The correct address of this place is "Caleton Blanco". This is a gated community. The gate (a huge iron affair) is up the steps next to "Bluebells". You will NOT SEE NUMBER 11 ANYWHERE. The shopkeepers and bar owners in the immediate vicinity have NEVER HEARD of number 11. So ... please, please ... change the FIRST LINE of your address to "CALETON BLANCO". This is what visitors need to focus on immediately. I know you do mention Caleton Blanco in the small print down below, but I never read small print. I truly thought this was one of those scams when I got to where Google Maps was taking me. Google gave me steps to walk to get to my destination which took me through a shop and to a concrete wall. When I found that nobody knew anything at all about number "11" I really started to doubt this whole affair. I had even been right up to the gate of Caleton Blanco but I did not know that was what I was looking for. Please put "CALETON BLANCO" at the top, in bold letters. This is what your guests must look out for.
